Position Summary
This position provides Employee Relations support to multiple company locations in the European Region.
As a member of the Bristol-Myers Squibb, Employee and Labour Relations Team, the role holder will build strong relationships between people leaders, employees, HR business partners, HR Law, the Office of Compliance and Ethics, Works Councils and Unions.
The role holder will investigate employee relations matters such as employee complaints, performance issues, allegations of misconduct, etc. and resolve in an appropriate manner, compliant with BMS policy and local legislation.
The Employee Relations team partner with all levels of HR management and business leaders as necessary. Partner with HR leaders to drive employee relations while maintaining a neutral position and consistent approach to BMS’s policies and procedures.
They will Minimize risk, align work to meet business needs and improve employee morale and culture. Build manager skill sets, provide advice, coach employees and managers. Investigate employee relations matters as necessary.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct investigations and cases of people-related issues including: HR policy violations, performance management, disciplinary issues, conduct management, and other investigations into discrimination or harassment claims as assigned
- Provide counsel and facilitate prompt and effective resolution of workplace conflict to address issues for employees, managers, and leaders in a manner consistent with BMS policies, practices and legal considerations
- Consult and coach managers and people leaders on employee relations issues
- Provide advice and counsel on HR practices and policy
- Partner with ER Lead in conducting investigations, research policies/practices, create and gather documentation, make recommendations and implement resolutions when applicable
- Consult with inside or outside counsel and/or labor consultants as necessary
- Ensure compliance and consistency in the execution of employee relations matters
- Develop effective relationships with the business to promote good employee relations across the organization
- Interact with HR Business Partners, and other HR functions, to ensure a high level of employee satisfaction & engagement
- Maintain strict confidentiality throughout conversations and investigations. Manage highly confidential human resources information and exercise sound judgment in handling or working with confidential data and situations
- Ensure that the Company operates within current and relevant local employment laws to maintain reputation as a good employer
- Maintain strong business acumen while maintaining objectivity in work
- Required to work with several different HR Business Partners and several different parts of BMS business units. Must be able to manage multiple cases at any given time
- Will work with remote locations frequently via phone or video call
Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of HR business partner, Labour Relations, or Employee Relations experience in the country location
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Experience with locally relevant employee representative bodies, works councils and/or trade unions
Ideal Candidates Would Also Have:
- Experience/ knowledge in Employee Relations and or Labour Relations for other countries in Europe.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Responsible for biomarker related activities in assigned clinical studies or programs in China R&D portfolio.
- Responsible for driving global and cross functional team work, to develop China biomarker assessment and CDx development strategy aligned with global strategy. Identify scientific gaps or a specific tailored biomarker strategy relevant for China for a certain asset.
- Drive and monitor activities of biomarker assessment and CDx development alongside with clinical trials to support China clinical development strategy.
- Serve as local representative for health authority interactions, responsible for elements relevant to translational medicine and biomarker, e.g. prepare required information in Chinese, review quality of translations, generate responses to questions raised by Chinese Health Authorities in conjunction with global translational medicine experts.
- Contribute to local KOL engagement meetings with scientific knowledge and leadership in translational medicine.
- Expand and strengthen external networks through:
Monitor biomarker and translational study outsourced to CRO.
Coordinate joined study with hospitals and vendor laboratories.
Support drug discovery collaboration with academic institutes.
- Serve as SME in a functional scientific area and provide consultation to the discipline.
- proactively fosters relationships across disciplines, and provide solutions to decisions impact ST, DT and TA. Lead cross functional projects/activities/communications with adequate knowledge in other disciplines.
Specific Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Experience requirements:
- PhD in life sciences or relevant areas, with strong scientific capabilities demonstrated by track-record publications, is required. Medical training or degree is a plus.
- Pharmaceutical industry experience of at least 5 years.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional team engagement are required.
- Hands-on experiences on biomarker assay development or transferring, and capability of monitoring clinical biomarker study in CROs are required.
- Experience in implementing program-based strategies for pharmacodynamics, disease surrogate and patient stratification biomarkers are required.
- Previous working experience with local CROs, local hospital and vendor laboratories and/or academic institutes are preferred.
- Proven ability of cross-functional team collaboration, KOL networking, global colleague engagement and resource management are preferred.
- Good language skill in English and Mandarin (in both verbal and written), good computer and presentation skills are required.

Position Summary
The Therapeutic Area Partner (TAP) role is a field-based role with aim of providing scientific exchange in his/her respective therapeutic area.
The TAP will be the primary point of contact for Health Care Professionals (HCPs), thus generating overall higher HCP engagement in a timely manner. In addition, the TAP is expected to interact with a broader sphere of stakeholders beyond treating physicians (clinical pharmacist, HEOR expert, multiple disciplinary team, etc…). This role will prioritize the safe and appropriate use of BMS products, all while focusing on overall performance objectives and exemplifying BMS values.
It is anticipated that a TAP will spend a minimum of 90% of the time in the field with HCPs including interactions and activities.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Disease Awareness and Treatment Landscape expertise
- Maintain a high level of disease expertise.
- Collect and synthesize large volumes of clinical data and provide key relevant insights to internal stakeholders, in order to inform future strategic direction (ex: from conferences).
- Understand the treatment landscape including mapping of HCPs and prepare to address their information needs.
- Understand knowledge and care gaps in territory and implement learning programs to address HCP needs.
2. Scientific Engagement and Product-related Communication
- Prepare and successfully implement a comprehensive territory plan as per the agreed metrics and KPIs.
- Effectively prepare for presentation and discussion of information to HCPs and be able to respond to questions, while ensuring medical accuracy.
- Proactive communications with physicians and other HCPs in support of approved indications.
- Reactively answer unsolicited scientific and product related questions, while leveraging internally approved tools.
- Maintain high level of working expertise on emerging data covering BMS products.
- Collect and provide meaningful medical insights back to the internal team to be actioned in support of the strategy development.
3. Product Enlistment and Economic Value Engagement
- Develop hospital mapping to enable customized plans per hospital.
- Understand & develop Patient Journey per hospital to identify access barriers and facilitate the formulary enlisting.
- Work closely with key HCPs across different hospitals and institutions etc. to expedite access and formulary enlistment of approved indications and products.
- Communicate scientific and economic value of BMS products to HCPs (clinical pharmacists, treating physicians, other relevant stakeholders etc…).
- Discuss and deliver Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) evidence based information to the relevant stakeholders (i.e., to government agencies, healthcare organizations), as appropriate.
4. Cross-functional collaboration and Execution
- Build strong working relationships with key external and internal stakeholders in order to fully understand HCPs challenges and concerns in a complex access environment.
- Develop and deliver plans aligned with the cross-functional team and product objectives.
- Deliver scientifically meaningful programs regarding the diseases and ensure flawless execution of activities to support overarching plan.
- Proactively seek cross-functional input to ensure optimal understanding of treatment landscape.
5. Compliance
- Endorse and implement a culture of compliance.
- Adhere to all internal and external rules and regulations.
- Alert management or the Compliance Department to any possible compliance issues.
- Act as a role model who demonstrates consistent ethical and professional behavior.
Qualifications:
- Pharmacist with relevant pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience, Master’s degree is considered an asset.
- Saudi Commission for Health Specialties valid license.
- Due to the obligatory requirements from the Saudi FDA, only Saudi Nationals preferred.
- Working in a scientific role with 2+ years’ experience.
- Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data in an understandable and valuable manner to help HCPs best serve their patients.
- Ability to develop and effectively manage new and existing HCPs relationships. Such HCPs ideally include key opinion leaders.
- Have pre-existing therapeutic area experience is considered an asset.
- Demonstrate ability to work effectively cross-functionally and independently.
- High level of scientific acumen, including the ability to interpret and present clinical data and effectively draw out clinical insights during dialogue with HCPs.
- Possesses a strong operations acumen.
- Embraces being independent and takes initiatives to further develop their scientific knowledgebase, while developing strong rapport and working relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrates a sense of learning agility by seeking out and learning from unfamiliar experiences and then applying those lessons to succeed in the next new situation.

Job Description:
- Within the Market Access and Government Affairs department, the Accounts Management Manager - Gulf Countries will report to the Accounts Management Lead, Saudi Arabia and Gulf Countries.
- Handles the relationship with clinical pharmacies, buyers, planners, finance at Hospitals/Institutions level, and Procurement Bodies on national level where applicable, in close connection with Local Distributors in every market, to facilitate the completion & the execution of the LPOs and contracts at Hospital/Account level (including quantities calculation, tenders awards, delivery schedule, PO preparation/completion and consumption) on a timely manner as per the accounts and patient’s needs. S/He will also monitor the products' stocks across the supply chain in the Gulf Countries (Distributors, Hospitals, Institutions, Public/Private Sector, etc…).
- Assist in analyzing and interpreting government policies and strategies related to access to medicines, Health Economic Assessment policies and the trend in pharmaceutical spending, cooperating with Market Access and Government Affairs Regional/Global Leads in assessing possible impact on the company portfolio.
- This role requires regular interactions with cross-functional BMS teams (Franchise Teams, Access and Govt. Affairs, Medical, Regulatory, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.), Distributors, Pharmacy, Planning, and Purchasing Departments at public bodies, institutions and Health Clusters, Central Medical Supplies and regional ministry branches at MoH in Saudi Arabia, Procurement Bodies where applicable, and also key private accounts.
- Ensure full compliance with laws, regulations, and BMS Standards of Business Conduct and Ethics.
Key Responsibilities:
- S/he will establish relationships and work closely with all distributors, MoH, Institutions, Clusters, Procurement Bodies.
- Encourage and support cross-functional collaboration.
- Facilitate the completion & execution of all tender awards / contracts (including accounts PO issuance) on a timely matter across Saudi Arabia and Gulf Countries.
- Monitor the market/accounts needs, the monthly consumption & stock.
- Main Point contact for any supply/stock related issue at account/national level.
- Develops and maintain a deep knowledge of the health-care environment, trend, and potential emerging segments, propose strategies and plans to establish BMS as a partner of choice. Disseminates the information promptly to senior management to have an effective decision-making.
- Keeps aware of all changes concerning environment, communicates and constantly interact with the Franchise Teams to drive a superior competitive advantage.
- Display superior communication and negotiation skills.
Role Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a Pharmaceutical / Medical field
- Business School degree or MBA is preferred.
Experience and Knowledge:
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience in similar role.
- Strong business understanding and marketplace knowledge.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders successfully and effectively.
- Strong project management, analytical and forecasting skills.
- Effective presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence decisions in senior management.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.
- Travelling is required.

Position: Environmental, Health and Safety Senior Specialist
Location: Devens, MA
*This is a 12-hour rotating night shift position, therefore eligible for a 20% shift differential
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures compliance with Federal, State, and Local environmental, safety, medical surveillance and sustainability laws, regulations, codes, rules, and consensus guides.
- Develop and implement new EHS programs, policies, and procedures and update and improve existing ones.
- Develop, create, maintain, and distribute EHS reports, and records as assigned.
- Create and maintain a systemic process to ensure workflow timelines for EHS events and action plans are adhered to including mechanisms for EHS performance and trend reports.
- Using a client representation model, support day-to-day activities in one or more operational functions across the Devens campus. This may include Commercial and/or Clinical drug substance manufacturing, support of Site Engineering (Maintenance and Metrology activities), Supply Chain/Warehouse, Laboratories (Quality Control and Process Development), or Cell Therapy Manufacturing.
- Key contact for internal customers, researchers, facilities, management, and other cross functional groups, building strong relationships by handling EHS inquiries.
- Participate in and show leadership in an EHS culture at the site that partners with operational teams to ensure all are accountable for EHS culture and performance, modeling what good looks like.
- Proactively collaborates at site and above-site levels.
- Support the training program by assisting in the development and delivery of EHS committees and teams; and EHS self-assessments, inspections, GEMBAs, and audits.
- Perform risk and hazard assessments throughout the campus. This includes involvement in PHAs for Process Safety.
- Challenges the status quo and brings new approaches to continually improve the effectiveness of workflows and processes (Learn and apply new concepts).
- Review and ensure accurate and complete resolution of issues as they arise and escalate concerns, resource constraints, needs, with urgency to appropriate leaders in the organization.
Qualifications & Experience:
- B.S. Degree in environmental studies, health & safety, science or engineering
- Minimum 4 - 6 years of prior EHS Experience
- Proficient with MS Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Minimum 4 years’ experience with incidents and/or learning systems databases (e.g., Enablon, Success Factors, etc.)
- Minimum 4 years’ experience related to the EHS federal and state regulations (EPA, MassDEP, OSHA, etc.)
- Ability to take initiative and adapt to frequently changing priorities simultaneously and think creatively, critically, and strategically to solve problems in a complex environment with urgency, agility, and calm.
- Prioritizes work and thinks independently, analyzes, and solves complex problems with excellent judgement, quality, and detail in an urgent manner.

Installations (50 %)
Recruter et former le personnel de la réception à titre de cadre hiérarchique.
Élaborer des processus et peaufiner les pratiques actuelles pour assurer le fonctionnement efficace du bureau.
Planifier et gérer les services centraux de l’installation, comme le courrier, la destruction sécurisée/la gestion des déchets, les fournitures de bureau, le stationnement, services de nettoyage, etc.
Gérer le budget des installations en fonction d’objectifs précis en gérant activement les comptes principaux et en négociant les achats.
Assurer la liaison avec le propriétaire à titre de personne-ressource principale et veiller au respect des obligations liées à la location.
Gérer les projets de rénovation et/ou de relocalisation des bureaux, du début à la fin – conception, appels d’offres, gestion du budget, etc.
Gérer et surveiller les activités des fournisseurs contractuels et les relations avec les fournisseurs.
Gérer et passer en revue les contrats de service pour s’assurer que les besoins en matière de gestion des installations sont satisfaits.
Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des initiatives de réduction des coûts.
Planifier et gérer toutes les exigences en matière d’entretien du matériel de bureau, y compris l’entretien préventif.

Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des programmes de sécurité – Créer une culture de la sécurité, créer et surveiller les objectifs de SSE, et assurer la conformité aux règlements et aux politiques internes.
Gérer les systèmes et la formation liés à la SSE – Gérer et peaufiner le système de gestion de la SSE, donner de la formation et diriger des vérifications et des programmes de prévention des risques.
Gestion des crises et des incidents – Participer à la gestion de crise, superviser les modalités du retour au travail, enquêter sur les incidents et les signaler pour prévenir de nouveaux incidents.
Communication avec les intervenants – Communiquer les problèmes de sécurité, gérer les relations avec les intervenants et les fournisseurs, animer le comité de sécurité et gérer les responsables en cas d’incendie.
Planification de la continuité des opérations :
Élaborer et mettre en œuvre un plan de continuité des opérations complet pour veiller à ce que l’organisation puisse poursuivre ses activités pendant et après une crise.
Effectuer des évaluations des risques pour cerner les menaces et les vulnérabilités potentielles qui pourraient avoir une incidence sur les opérations commerciales.
Collaborer avec divers services pour élaborer et tenir à jour des stratégies de continuité des activités et des plans de rétablissement.

Position Summary
Reporting to the Finance Director, the Facilities & EHS/BCP has three primary functions:
Manage and maintain BMS Canada facilities and all associated activities
Establish procedures, develop and implement programs to provide a safe and healthy working environment for all

Key Responsibilities :

Facilities (50%)
Recruit, train and line manage Reception Staff
Develop processes and refine current practices to ensure the proficient running of the office
Plan and manage facility central services such as, mail, secure destruct/waste, stationery, car parking, cleaning, etc.
Manage Facilities budgets within specified targets by actively managing key accounts and negotiating purchases
Primary contact for landlord liaison ensuring lease obligations are met.
Project Manage office refurbishments and / or any relocation projects from design development, tendering and budget management through to completion.
Manage and monitor activities of contract suppliers and vendor relationships.
Manage and review service contracts to ensure facility management needs are being met.
Develop and implement cost reduction initiatives.
Plan and manage all office maintenance requirements including preventative maintenance.
Lifting and Moving Responsibilities: Support the relocation of office furniture, appliances, and equipment as needed to maintain an organized and functional office environment.
EHS and BCP (50%)
EHS:
Develop and Implement Safety Programs: Build a safety culture, create and monitor EH&S objectives, and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
Manage EHS Systems and Training: Own and refine the EHS Management System, conduct training, and lead audits and hazard prevention programs.
Crisis and Incident Management: Assist in crisis management, lead return-to-work arrangements, and investigate and report incidents to prevent future occurrences.
Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate safety issues, manage relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, and lead the Safety Committee and Fire Wardens.
Business Continuity Planning :
Develop and implement a comprehensive Business Continuity Plan (BCP) to ensure the organization can continue operations during and after a crisis.
Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities that could impact business operations.
Collaborate with various departments to develop and maintain continuity strategies and recovery plans.
Coordinate regular BCP training and drills to ensure all employees are aware of their roles and responsibilities during a disruption.
Establish communication protocols for use during emergencies to ensure timely and accurate information dissemination.
Monitor and review the effectiveness of the BCP, making necessary updates and improvements based on lessons learned from drills and actual events.
Ensure alignment of the BCP with local regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Act as the primary point of contact for business continuity issues and coordinate with external agencies and stakeholders as needed.
Integrate business continuity considerations into the overall EHS strategy to enhance organizational resilience.

Position Summary
The TAS is a critical role in our unique customer model to execute the BMS aspiration to be the BioPharma that delivers the most impactful engagement with Health Care Providers (HCPs), driving adoption of new and existing medicines for appropriate patients.
The primary role of the TAS is to drive demand for BMS medicines within their portfolio for the appropriate patients. To meet the HCPs expectations, the TAS engages them with a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper scientific dialogue on and consistent with label, leveraging new ways of working and CE^3.
The role builds and maintains strong professional credibility with regional thought leaders (RTLs) and community-based physicians/HCPs in private practice, medical groups practices, office staff, and other stakeholders in the patient care continuum as their primary point of contact.
The TAS liaises with other BMS functions as needed to deliver an overall higher Customer Experience (Cx) – by meeting HCP needs in a timely and scientific manner. This role will prioritize the safe and appropriate use of BMS products while also focusing on overall business results and performance objectives while exemplifying BMS values.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Advanced scientific degree and/or preferred 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience as healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse.
Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately and convincingly to help physicians best serve their patients.
Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong credibility with key customers, office staff, and others in the customer influence network via a customer-centric mindset and desire to create positive and differentiated Customer Experience (Cx).
Experience in Psychiatry is preferred.
Demonstrated strong capability in account management skill sets, superior selling competencies, and proven sales performance track record of meeting or exceeding goals.

Position Summary
The TAS is a critical role in our unique customer model to execute the BMS aspiration to be the BioPharma that delivers the most impactful engagement with Health Care Providers (HCPs), driving adoption of new and existing medicines for appropriate patients.
The primary role of the TAS is to drive demand for BMS medicines within their portfolio for the appropriate patients. Position Summary / Objective:
Responsible for the oversight of the progress of a clinical trial, and of ensuring that it is conducted, recorded, and reported in accordance with the protocol, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and the applicable regulatory requirement(s).
Act as one of the points of contact at a Site level for internal and external stakeholders.
Position Responsibilities
• Identifies new potential Investigators, through ongoing collaborations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assesses potential Investigators and their sites to ensure they have the resources and capabilities to conduct clinical trials.
• Develop Site relationships (incl. Contract Research Organization related issue management and non- registrational /Investigator Sponsored Research Studies).
• Recommends sites during the site feasibility and/or site selection process
• Conducts pre-study visit as appropriate.
• Conducts initiation visits to ensure Investigator and site personnel receives adequate protocol specific training prior to site activation.
• Reviews site activities and quality through on-site and off-site visits. Conducts monitoring activities and ensures safety and protection of study subjects as per the monitoring plan, BMS procedural documents, protocol, ICH/GCP Guidelines and other local regulations as applicable.
• Perform Unblinded Site Monitor activities to protect the blind of the study by acting as secondary monitoring source separate from the blinded monitor.
• While monitoring demonstrates the ability to use data to assess risks, identify issues and make appropriate decisions.
• Serve as a point of contact for Sites.
• Provides trainings to sites.
• Performs site closure activities when all required protocol visits and follow-up are completed.
• Manages multiple protocols, across multiple therapeutic areas, which may require travel, based upon assigned site location and/or geographic territory.
• Ensures completeness and quality of data submitted from study sites.
• Ensures eCRF data is available and current by using the available systems to follow site activities. Oversees activities of site personnel over whom there is no direct authority.
• Motivates/influences the site to meet study objectives, including enrolment and retention goals. Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability when communicating with different stakeholders utilizing the most appropriate communication method.
• Anticipates, identifies and proactively supports site in resolving issues as they occur. Appropriately documents and promptly escalates serious or persistent outstanding issues to management and project team. Initiates, recommends, documents, and communicates corrective actions as needed and follows up to ensure corrective/preventive actions based on root cause analysis are implemented.
• Involvement in Regulatory Compliance audit/inspection process, as needed. This includes the development and implementation of site corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepares and submits written reports, both monitoring and administrative, in a timely, accurate, concise, professional and objective manner.

Purpose
The Associate Director, Biostatistics is a core member of cross-functional development teams and contributes to trial design, protocol development, analysis planning, interpretation of results, preparation of regulatory submissions and publications. Statisticians develop collaborative relationships and work effectively with the Global Biometric Sciences (GBS) Lead, the GBS Planning and Execution Lead, statistical programmers, external partners, medical monitor, protocol manager, data manager, PK scientist, and other members of the study/indication team.
