Position Summary
The TAS is critical role in our unique customer model to execute the BMS aspiration to be the BioPharma that delivers the most impactful engagement with Health Care Providers (HCPs), driving adoption of new and existing medicines for appropriate patients.
The primary role of the TAS is to be accountable for the appropriate adoption of BMS assigned [Cardiovascular] portfolio and generates demand. To meet the HCPs expectations, the TAS engages them with a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deep scientific dialog.
The role builds and maintains strong professional relationships with regional thought leaders (RTLs) and community-based physicians/HCPs in private practice, medical groups practices, office staff, and other stakeholders in the patient care continuum as their primary point of contact.
The TAS liaises with other BMS functions as needed to deliver an overall higher Customer Experience (Cx) by meeting HCP needs in a timely and scientific manner. This role will prioritize the safe and appropriate use of BMS products while also focusing on overall business results and performance objectives while exemplifying BMS values.
The TAS role is field- based. A TAS is anticipated to spend x% of their time in the field with external customers, depending on the geographic area.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Promotion
- Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory or region to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Organizes promotional programs like lunch & learn and speaker programs.
- Creates demand for BMS medicines by articulating the clinical and scientific rationale for use of products in appropriate patients.
- Engages with and continuously maintains/grows a high level of scientific expertise in all assigned products and therapeutic areas.
- Prepares and successfully implements comprehensive territory and account plans. - Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue
- Demonstrates scientific expertise and passion in using approved scientific resources and publications to present information to HCPs and ensures medical accuracy.
- Conducts in-office presentations and discusses product-related scientific information with HCPs that is consistent with label.
- Maintains a high level of working expertise on emerging data.
- Engages real-time medical support to reactively answer unsolicited questions requiring scientific exchange.
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Proactively collaborates with other field teams to ensure the best Customer Experience (Cx) for HCPs.
- Gathers and shares relevant insights and information internally with the appropriate stakeholders to enable BMS to better serve its customers. - Complies with all laws, regulations, and policies that govern the conduct of BMS.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or preferred 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience as healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data convincingly to help physicians best serve their patients.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, office staff, and others in the customer influence network via a customer-centric mindset and desire to create positive and differentiated Customer Experience (Cx).
- Experience in [Cardiology/ heart failure] required
- Demonstrated strong capability in account management skill sets, superior selling competencies, and proven sales performance track record of meeting or exceeding goals.

The Role
BMS External Manufacturing is looking to recruit on a permanent Contract Senior Manager, QA Lead - QP Operations Pharmaceutical Quality, reporting to Director, Pharma QP Operations Global Quality External Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
The QA Lead – QP Operations (Pharma) will provide technical leadership and guidance to the QP Disposition Specialists and Managers on SFDP and FDP QP pack preparation in the pharma organisation. They will have responsibility for working with stakeholders such as internal sites, external VPTs and supply chain planners to co-ordinate activities within the QA function of the QP team to ensure the efficient operation of the QP team as a whole. They will also be involved in assisting in the activities related to Batch Certification of Bulk, primary packed and Finished Drug Product at Plaza 254 and Utrecht in accordance with cGMP regulations.
Based on your function, department or individual position, you will have the opportunity to discuss with your Manager the option to work remotely up to 50% of the time, over a two-week period, with the flexibility to choose the days that align with your collaboration needs.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the Qualified Person with the Batch Certification function
- Manage a team of Quality Specialists and managers to ensure that batch certification lead times are consistently met
- Facilitate preparation and review of batch documentation packages for QP release as per SOP requirements
- Communicate and collaborate with BMS Supply Chain to support QP release schedule, as required
- Develop, prepare, and report Quality Metrics
- Co-ordinate activities associated with new product introductions
- Authoring, review and approval of QA-related procedures and relevant controlled documents.
- Provide training to new team members, as required
- Support the site inspection readiness program for corporate and regulatory inspections and act as SME, when required
- Preparation of quality documents supporting batch certification e.g., QP declarations, Product Quality Reviews and Risk Assessments
- Act as functional lead for QMS activities e.g., Change Control assessments, Investigations and Quality Agreement updates.
- Perform additional team tasks as agreed to support effective running of the function
- Support Opex programs and champion continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Interface with relevant departments to ensure compliance with corporate policies, GMP and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Required:
- BSc in Science or related discipline with 5-7 years QA experience in a pharmaceutical environment, preferably Operations based.
- A clear understanding of cGMP requirements for manufacturing and/or systems and compliance
- Demonstrated proficiency communicating and collaborating at a variety of levels and across divisions
- Demonstrated ability to recognise issues, highlight risks and prioritise workload based on schedule requirements
- Proven success working well in a team environment with flexibility to react to changing business needs
- In addition to the BMS Core behaviours, the job holder should exhibit;
- Good interpersonal, oral, and written communications skills.
- The Manager must demonstrate an ability to coach and mentor others, as well as be able to prioritise objectives from multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and ability to contribute to and lead team based in collaborative environment is essential.

The Senior QP - QP Operations Pharmaceutical Quality will work independently on behalf of the QP organization to provide conceptual and practical expertise in QP requirements and ways of working. They will use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues and the regulatory landscape to improve products/services or processes across the business. They will typically resolve complex problems or problems where precedent may not exist and represent the QP team on cross functional projects.
The Qualified Person is invested with the authority to make decisions with regards to product quality, safety, purity, and efficacy independent of other business interests
- EU QP Certification of non-Sterile and Sterile pharmaceutical products for the EU/EEA and ROW markets which have been manufactured and checked in accordance with its marketing authorization, the principles and guidelines of GMP as laid down in Directive 2003/94/EC and other relevant legal requirements
- Continually maintain familiarity with the manufactured and tested requirements specified in the Market authorisation, national legislation or cGMPs for all products under their remit as per the MIA. .
- Guidance and support of the Quality Operations teams to support batch certification activities.
- Actively support the BMS Fact Finding Investigation Teams (FIT), Fact Finding review Meetings (FIRM) and Product Review Committee (PRC) processes for investigations.
- Collaboration with launch excellence and other functional areas to support new product introductions and new market launches
- Participate in regulatory and corporate audits as required.
- Participation in the product recall process and Competent Authority notification process.
- Undergo continuous professional development including self- study, site visits, internal and external training courses to keep abreast of current trends in manufacturing technology, GMP and regulatory affairs.
- When operationally required this role will have people management responsibilities to manage a team of Senior Manager, Qualified Persons and other Quality professionals.
Requirements
In addition to the BMS Core behaviors, the job holder should exhibit;

- EU/EEA QP Eligible, MSc (or equivalent) in a technical or scientific discipline which meets educational requirements as described in Article 49 2001/83/EC
- Minimum 10 years experience directly related to the role in a regulated environment including audit, batch record review, change control, complaint handling and investigations experience
- Minimum 2 years experience as an actively releasing QP
- A clear understanding of cGMP requirements for manufacturing and/or systems and compliance to include a good knowledge of the dosage forms within the scope of responsibility
- Demonstrated proficiency communicating and collaborating at a variety of levels and across divisions and with external parties including health authorities
- Demonstrated ability to recognise issues, highlight risks and prioritise workload based on schedule requirements
- Proven success working well in a team environment with flexibility to react to changing business needs

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in SAP Solution Manager 7.2 SP12, including ChaRM and SvRM configuration, and technical monitoring.
- Knowledge in all aspects of SAP Solution Manager ChaRM and SvRM applications, including continual and phase cycles, landscape management, change types and workflows, Retrofit, CSOL, digital signatures, consistency checking,
- Experience with SAP CTS, CTS+, TMS and cTMS. Good knowledge of SAP transport management mechanism, transports, transport tasks, transport content, transport release, transport of copy (TOC), transport imports in ABAP and cloud environments.
- Experience in full lifecycle implementation or upgrade of SAP systems is preferred.

The Agile Sourcing, Director will be the lead for Strategic Sourcing & Procurement (SS&P) in Hyderabad managing site resources reporting directly to this position as well as other team members who are part of other SS&P towers and plays a critical role in driving the execution of global category strategies and ensuring best practices, continuous improvement, and data-driven outcomes. This role is responsible for leading the Sourcing Execution (Source to Contract) program at Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS) and enabling the Category Management program across a diverse range of categories, including R&D, GPS, Professional services. This role drives resource allocation for sourcing excellence staff and outsourced providers supporting this function. This role is responsible for developing resource allocation plans, balancing critical competing priorities, and getting required buy-in from category leaders and SS&P Functional lead. They will ensure resources have required capabilities in sourcing, contracting, analytics, and are employing leading practices on a fit-for-purpose basis. This role is responsible for removing barriers to execution and leading negotiations for high touch/high complex deals.
This role will be a Change leader using a data-driven approach and BMS’ Procurement Digital capabilities to sourcing and contracting activities, utilizing analytics and insights to inform decision-making and optimize productivity and outcomes. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements leading to best-in-class approach.

- Sourcing Execution:
- Accountable for developing and driving the sourcing strategies to support multi-category business spend. Drive compliance to optimal buying channels.
- Lead team to use appropriate methods of procurement and perform cost benefit analysis, prepare and solicit competitive bids, quotations and proposals with pertinent specifications, terms and conditions
- Evaluate and advise on competitive offerings to determine the overall best offer for a product or service while overseeing relationships with external partners to support sourcing facilitation and administration of contracts where appropriate
- Ensure negotiated terms are translated into contractual terms, following BMS templates provided by Legal Dept / Strategic Corporate Transactions, and working in close partnership with BMS Lawyers when needed.

Position Purpose
This role sits within the European Tax Centre of Excellence.
The main aspect of the role is:
- To take responsibility for and to manage all direct tax reporting compliance requirements for a group of markets within the Europe region.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and submission of Tax reporting including tax provision, quarterly tax contingency and projections.
- Preparation of annual Corporate Income Tax Returns, coordination of external preparation and review.
- Calculation and instruction of Corporate Income Tax Payments.
- Liaison with tax authorities
- Continuous review of tax legislation to identify relevant changes. Analyse impact and communicate to business partners.
- Participate in internal projects to ensure direct tax compliance, provide advice and support for any tax advisory questions, utilising third party resource
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies
Education & Experience
- Qualified Accountant and / or Chartered Tax Adviser.
- Understanding of accounting provisions, accounting principles, statutory audit and disclosure requirements of financial statements in at least one jurisdiction in Europe.

Position Summary
This position is the Senior Software Engineer - Front End within the Commercialization IT function, responsible & accountable for leading and contributing on viable technical solution design, development/configuration & deployment in accordance with a release management plan. The key responsibilities would go across investment projects and operational changes for bug fixes/enhancements, and innovation projects supporting organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the leads of Commercialization IT and the broader IT matrix organization with a focus on solution design, development, and implementation of digital capabilities, for new and existing capabilities, to drive effective customer engagement & experience.
- Collaborate with IT partners and business teams to understand requirements and use cases. Improve or align requirement outcomes to deliver successful release for new initiatives and enhancements.
- Understanding of Veeva Vault PromoMats and MedComms development processes. Strong knowledge & hands on experience managing the end-to-end content lifecycle i.e., content creation, content storage, content review & approval, content assembly/authoring & content distribution.
- Responsible for regular coaching and training for depth of knowledge of Jr Developer team to match Veeva and BMS technology need and job growth. Set training objectives and ensure knowledge success or certifications.
- Work in conjunction with all development teammates to contribute towards requirement grooming, documentation, UT test plan, ST and UAT during release.
- Provide hands-on L2/L3 support for applications and dependent apps. Assist with tracking, logging, monitoring, and driving to resolution of end user issues.
- Design/Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) with user management, security, data privacy & performance as key considerations to help prove out/establish a potential digital capability solution to scale into production.
- Demonstrate the ability to identify high value capabilities with clear differentiators when making digital capability platform choices. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Shared responsibility for ensuring that all development functions are successful in their delivery of services to support the digital solutions enablement of the Omni-Channel Capabilities group. Qualifications & Experience

- Ability to clearly document Knowledge Base Documents, SOPs, User Manuals/Training Materials for local and global teams.

- Solid understanding of Veeva CRM application, especially as it integrates with PromoMats and MedComms.
- Experience with effectively using the CI/CD processes to streamline and integrate with the AGILE ways of working/delivery.
- Proponent of following all the best practices in every stage of SDLC including consistent architecture practices across deliverables using IT operating model and EA frameworks.
- Should be able to closely work with a diverse set of teams spread across different locations globally that would comprise of BMS resources as well as Service Providers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in an IT technical role.

Git/GitHub/SVN, NPM/Pip, Axios/Fetch API to integrate with APIs, Vite, Docker, AWS S3 webkit, Tailwind css, Basic Python, Figma, command line tools, IDE (VSCode, Pycharm), SQL, working with databases - Exposure Veeva API connection and coding for functionality enhancements and integration.
- Knowledge of multi-channel content distribution to CRM (Veeva IVA and Approved Email).
- Strong knowledge of Vault content load in Vault (and manual in Veeva CRM).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with and awareness of the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Demonstrates strong presentation, persuasion and influencing skills.
