Position:          Associate Director (Ref: 4241)

Location:         3401 Princeton Pike, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648

Duties:  Improve value to the business and patients through deepened market understanding, streamlined business engagement and practically applied, data driven analytics by drawing on experience with natural language processing using R or Python; regression and classification using Machine Learning; managing large analytical projects with matrix teams in global setting; development of analytical platform using business intelligence tools; and cloud-based technology. Use cutting edge analytics and machine learning to understand and predict patient opportunity using claims data to drive effectiveness of commercial tactics. Provide guidance on how advanced analytics and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning can be leveraged to solve ad-hoc non-commercial need. Build Intelligent and Agile Customer insights platform to enable better understanding of our customers at any given point of time as well as enable quick analyses leveraging that data for broader commercial application. Translate the complexity of the Machine Learning models in business language to make the insights understood better and drive the use of these models further. Lead large, complex analytical projects with multi-functional team members and matrix teams. May work remotely 5 days every 2 weeks within normal commuting distance of Lawrenceville, NJ.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Applied Analytics, Data Science or a related field plus 5 years of post-baccalaureate experience showing demonstrable ability in the skills set described above. The required skills do not need to be maintained over the full term of required experience.       

The starting compensation for this job is a range from $158,496/year - $204,523/year, plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility).

The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
