Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, designing, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Define technology strategy & roadmaps for omni-channel capabilities including (a) content management/delivery on our digital core platforms (b) quality & compliance across our digital assets.
  • Leading digital assets planning, development, & deployment on Web, Social and Podcast channels.
  • Support the publishing of content on social media sites using Sprinklr. Work with teams to update content on brand-sponsored social media channels and profiles.   
  • Implement technology strategy & roadmaps for omni-channel capabilities including (a) content management/delivery on our digital core platforms (b) quality & compliance across our digital assets.
  • Responsible for managing requests to access social media and podcasting platforms via platform business managers, controlling access levels for agency partners and internal teams.
  • Partner with technology teams, both internal and vendor, to develop and continually evolve key products and services.
  • Strong technical writing skills for updating supporting documentation, Knowledgebase articles etc.
  • Be a point of contact for vendors and agency partners who have request to leverage podcasts via brand sites or public distribution. Support with providing reports and metrics to understand performance of podcasts.
  • Build and stand up new social media channels and profiles partnering with OCS leads and brand teams to support social media advertising activations and campaigns. Ability to support project timelines and aggressive deadlines.
  • Partner with the WCE team leads to support the adoption of omni-channel solutions by designing & deploying effective operating models, change management processes, and end user training.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement such as increasing productivity or cost savings.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all IT functions are successful in their delivery of services for the WCE teams.  Key matrix IT partner functions include enterprise & data architecture, cyber security, application build & support, portfolio & program management, enterprise information management, collaboration services, infrastructure services.

  • Deep understanding & experience of web technologies (AEM), social media technologies (Sprinklr or native social platforms mgmt. like Meta, TikTok, Linkedin etc.), virtual assistants like chatbots/voicebots & audio/video podcasting.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Innovative and inquisitive nature to ask questions, offer bold ideas and challenge the status quo. 
  • Self-motivated & be able to work with agility to learn new tools and processes. 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of IT work experience.
  • Experience with managing various web, social media and podcasting platforms including business managers.
  • Familiarity with virtual assistant platforms e.g. Chatbots/Voicebots and GenAI.
  • Capable of working cooperatively across boundaries and within a matrix to achieve results.
  • Ability to deliver complex systems to one or multiple geographies and business units.
  • Experienced in information technology and management, project and portfolio management, planning & delivery of systems/solutions.
  • Hands-on working experience of web technologies (AEM), social media technologies (Sprinklr or native social platforms mgmt. like Meta, TikTok, Linkedin etc.), virtual assistants e.g. chatbots/voicebots, audio & video podcasting as well as integration (batch/API based) methodologies.
  • Familiarity with and awareness of the Pharmaceutical Industry.

Desired Experience

  • Digital Marketing experience leveraging social media channels and understanding of podcast tools and distribution platforms.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the confidence to build strong partnerships & influence senior business leaders.
  • 5+ years of IT experience combined in Web and Social Media digital channels.
  • General knowledge of Virtual Assistant (Chatbot/Voicebot) capabilities and use of Conversational AI/Gen AI.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple implementations of non-personal, customer engagement channels.
  • Ability and comfort working with matrix management in delivering omni-channel capability solutions.  Matrix management includes business capability leaders as well as IT capability leaders.
  • Strong understanding of IT processes like information/data architecture, data privacy reviews, cyber security reviews, risk assessments etc

Other Experience

  • Working knowledge of agile software-development lifecycle methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to support a dynamic culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Potential to develop into an internally and externally recognized thought-leader in the field of omni-channel capabilities & solutions/services.
  • Experience working with geographically separate project teams.
  • Strong technical writing skills for creating/updating technical documentation, knowledge base articles etc.
