Role Summary:
Coach, lead and inspire the KAM team to achieve sales objectives agreed upon for each Key Account customer. The Zonal sales Manager is responsible for managing a team of key account managers and ensuring the achievement of sales targets within the public market. This role involves developing and executing strategies to grow the business, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Key Role Accountabilities:
Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of key account managers.
- Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Create an environment within the team where compliance is an important factor in all decisions and actions taken by the team.
- Foster collaboration of the KAM team with multiple functions such as the sales team, medical field team, and marketing.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives within key accounts and the public sector.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor and analyze performance to provide business updates to the leadership team.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including public sector officials, procurement departments, and key account representatives.
- Act as a primary point of contact for escalations and solve complex issues within key accounts.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
Business Development:
- Maximize business opportunities for the product portfolio in all sectors of the Government Key Account Business.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., trade sales, marketing, public affairs, finance) to develop proposals and secure contracts.
- Maintain product, competitor, and health care environment knowledge.
- Analyze the market place and anticipate future changes to create a competitive advantage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in one of the Health Sciences field preferred.
- 10+ or more years in the pharmaceutical specialty market
- Experience in handling government business preferred.
- Proven track record of working with cross functions team.
- Strong leadership ability/ potential, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Previous experience that has required the use of analytical skills, selling skills, and development of strong business acumen, and working knowledge of the market access environment.

- Strong command of English and regional language(s)

Position Summary
The TAS is a critical role in our unique customer model to execute the BMS aspiration to be the BioPharma that delivers the most impactful engagement with Health Care Providers (HCPs), driving adoption of new and existing medicines for appropriate patients.
The primary role of the TAS is to drive demand for BMS medicines within their portfolio for the appropriate patients. To meet the HCPs expectations, the TAS engages them with a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper scientific dialogue on and consistent with label, leveraging new ways of working and CE^3.
The role builds and maintains strong professional credibility with regional thought leaders (RTLs) and community-based physicians/HCPs in private practice, medical groups practices, office staff, and other stakeholders in the patient care continuum as their primary point of contact.
The TAS liaises with other BMS functions as needed to deliver an overall higher Customer Experience (Cx) – by meeting HCP needs in a timely and scientific manner. This role will prioritize the safe and appropriate use of BMS products while also focusing on overall business results and performance objectives while exemplifying BMS values.
The TAS role is field-based. A TAS is anticipated to spend 100% of their time in the field with external customers.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Promotion
- Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory or region to meet or exceed assigned sales targets in a compliant manner.
- Creates demand for BMS medicines by articulating in a balanced manner the clinical and scientific rationale for use of products in appropriate patients.
- Engages with and continuously maintains/grows a high level of scientific expertise in all assigned products and therapeutic areas.
- Prepares and successfully implements comprehensive territory and account plans.
- Proactively uses available tools such as CE^3 (once implemented) to derive insights and to dynamically inform call plans. Provides feedback on experience using these tools to leadership to enable continuous improvement.
Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue
- Demonstrates scientific expertise and passion in using approved scientific resources and publications to present information to HCPs and ensures medical accuracy.
- Conducts in-office presentations (e.g., lunch and learns) and discusses product-related scientific information with HCPs that is consistent with label.
- Organizes external speaker programs, selecting speakers from list approved by Speakers Bureau and facilitating scheduling and logistics.
- Maintains a high level of working expertise on emerging data for approved indications.
- Engages real-time medical support through Medical on Call to reactively answer unsolicited questions and complex technical inquiries.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Proactively collaborates with other field teams to ensure the best Customer Experience (Cx) for HCPs.
- Gathers and shares relevant insights and information internally with the appropriate stakeholders to enable BMS to better serve its customers.
Complies with all laws, regulations, and policies that govern the conduct of BMS.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or preferred 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience as healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately and convincingly to help physicians best serve their patients.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong credibility with key customers, office staff, and others in the customer influence network via a customer-centric mindset and desire to create positive and differentiated Customer Experience (Cx).
- Experience in cardiovascular required.
- Demonstrated strong capability in account management skill sets, superior selling competencies, and proven sales performance track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively cross-functionally with a positive team mindset and can-do attitude.
- Strong selling and promotional skills proven through a track record of performance.

- As this position requires the operation of a Company-provided vehicle, offers of employment are contingent upon the candidate meeting the requirements of “Qualified Driver,” as determined by the Company in its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following: 1) at least 21 years of age; 2) a driver’s license in good standing issued by your state of residence; and, 3) a driving risk level deemed acceptable by the Company.
The starting compensation for this job is a range from $122,000 - $143,000 , plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility). The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed. RayzeBio is looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple projects at their Indianapolis manufacturing site. The role involves ensuring the completion of project timelines and key deliverables, particularly in the context of clinical programs. This position will require a blend of technical knowledge in logistical process planning, production efficiency, project coordination, and the ability to effectively communicate plans to ensure successful execution. The Project Manager will manage internal stakeholders to ensure production schedules meet customer demand. The Project Manager will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Program Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day project activities and escalate issues across multiple departments.
Communicate project status effectively to senior management and stakeholders.
Oversee logistics and planning to meet clinical and commercial production timelines.
Serve as the primary contact for assigned programs, facilitating team discussions and decision-making.
Manage multiple large projects with minimal supervision.
Develop contingency and risk mitigation plans based on project requirements.
Proficiency in project management tools and software applications (SmartSheet, Excel, ERP systems) for planning, analysis, and reporting.
Effectively communicate and present project status to Sr. Manager of Program Management and key stakeholders.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of experience in a relevant scientific field.
- Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Understanding of clinical trial design and FDA clinical trial processes.
Skills and Qualifications:
Fluency in English.
Proficient in MS Office Suite. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is desirable.
Understanding of radiopharmaceutical production processes is a plus.
Strong long-term planning and cross-organizational management skills.
Ability to protect and maintain confidential information.
Excellent organizer, multi-tasker, and analytical person.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision. Must be willing to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) for long periods.
This is a position that requires working in a laboratory environment, protective clothing, gloves, and safety glasses are required while working in a laboratory environment with radioactive materials.

The Cheminformatics team within Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an exceptional scientist with an interest in the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning for molecular design. In this role, the selected candidate will use cutting edge techniques to accelerate the drug discovery process from hit identification through candidate nomination and will actively participate directly on therapeutic projects.
The scientist must have a broad knowledge of modern data science methods with an emphasis on machine learning to advance multi-objective molecular design efforts. We are looking for expertise in generative molecular design with applications to therapeutic projects. The successful candidate must have a sufficient understanding of chemistry and the ability to communicate with collaborative scientists from a broad array of backgrounds. Key objectives for this position will be to identify and use machine learning methods to drive chemical structure optimization within the context of therapeutic projects, and to enable other scientists within the team to benefit from those tools and methods in their projects.
The selected candidate will join a research team with a track record of pipeline impact across modalities and across therapeutic areas. This is an exciting opportunity as we combine the best of physics-based modeling with data analytics and machine learning to accelerate drug discovery and bring benefit to patients.

Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Python, C/C++, and/or R etc.
Expertise in a subset of machine learning and cheminformatics libraries, such as TensorFlow, Kera’s, PyTorch, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, DeepChem, RDKit or OEchem is essential.
Sensitive to data. Critical assessment of experimental data and combinations of different data sets. Incorporate data knowledge into development and application of suitable machine learning algorithms to produce meaningful predictive models.

Position Summary
The Associate Director of Portfolio Management plays a pivotal role within Finance Strategic Operations overseeing and optimizing the Finance of the Future project portfolio including the FCE, LEAP and Enterprise FP&A initiatives. The primary focus of this position is to support Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) as the Project Coordinator of EOHSS for the Devens Facility within the Department of Environmental, Occupational Health, Safety and Sustainability (EOHSS). As the Project Coordinator you will play an active role in supporting the company’s environmental, occupational health, safety, and sustainability (EOHSS) efforts within the Devens Facility to drive long-term company and stakeholder value.
The individual in this role will be responsible for providing administrative support and developing, planning, organization, and executing EOHSS programs, policies, procedures, and training to ensure that the site maintains a safe, healthy, and environmentally compliant facility in accordance with company and regulatory requirements. This position plays a key role in aligning corporate and local policies and procedures and will enable and foster a proactive and integrated EOHSS culture that promotes a positive, proactive approach throughout all operations.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Function as Incident Coordinator including internal notifications and reports, database maintenance, and tracking of EHS events, investigations, and action items. Assist with coordinating daily department Tier meetings.
Manage a wide range of communications and preparation / distribution of Site EOHSS communications.
Develop, create, and manage site platforms, databases, and SharePoint for documentation of procedures, forms, SOPs, investigations, communications, and other management system platforms and their outcomes in line with all EOHSS and Site requirements.
Develop, create, and maintain, and distribute EOHSS reports, and records as assigned.
Assist with coordination of group meetings, audits, and Site EOHSS events as needed.
Perform data analysis, trending, and deep data dives within EOHSS management system(s). Be familiar with the DMAIC process and assist with those continuous improvement activities.
Manage the EOHSS training schedule and help with coordination of assignments. Administer and review training reports, assignments, and work with Learning & Development Team on both submitting forms and implementing new initiatives. Independently assigns/determines training components for job classifications based upon existing guidelines. Exercises strong judgment when assigning qualifications.
Assist with document control process, including submitting documents for review and approval, submitting appropriate forms in document control system, and working with EOHSS Team on any periodical reviews required. Maintain a schedule for those periodic reviews to ensure timely completion.
Executes, tracks, and manages P.O.s, check requests, financial reports, and assists with purchases as needed.
Key contact for internal customers, researchers, facilities, management, and other cross functional groups, building strong relationships by handling EOHSS inquiries and managing central EOHSS e-mail box for the Site.
Challenges the status quo and brings new approaches to continually improve the effectiveness of workflows and processes (learn and apply new concepts).
Review and ensure accurate and complete resolution of issues as they arise and escalates concerns, resource constraints, needs, with urgency to appropriate leaders within the organization.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local environmental, safety, medical surveillance and sustainability laws, regulations, codes, rules, and consensus guides.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Executive Director, Cell Therapy Quality Analytical Science & Technology (ED, CTQ, AST) is accountable for delivering commercially robust and globally compliant analytical strategies and outcomes that sustain the product supply chain throughout the product lifecycle. Accountable for cell therapy analytical method validation and transfer, including highly complex bioanalytical methods, analytical CMC strategy, stability program, and end to end life-cycle management for cell therapy. The scope of the role includes cell therapy cell banks, plasmids, viral vectors, drug product intermediates, drug products, and finished labeled drug product. The Executive Director, Cell Therapy Quality, Analytical Science & Technology (ED, CTQ, AST), in the nascent field of cell therapy, is skilled at development of analytical strategy including strategies for complex early generation bio-assay methods with limited industry guidance. The ED, CTQ, AST is a motivated, engaged, solutions-driven and adaptable leader who supports the VP of Cell Therapy Quality, the senior Cell Therapy Leadership Team, in the advancement of analytical readiness for Cell Therapy at BMS. The ED, CTQ, AST is a strategic leader, operational integrator, and implementer to ensure that analytical strategies and methods are commercially ready across the Cell Therapy landscape, as well as direct management of operational responsibilities including CT global stability programs, QC readiness, reference standard support and analytical leadership for the CT GO teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the Cell Therapy Analytical Science & Technology team for BMS Cell Therapy franchise.
- Ensure the methods used to release product and support shelf life are suitable for their intended use, robust, and globally compliant.
- Cell Therapy AST partners and collaborates with Cell Therapy Operations and Cell Therapy Development to troubleshoot and triage methods to minimize or eliminate the impact of test methods on the global supply chain.
- Partner across development, operations, and regulatory to define and deliver analytical control strategies (methods and specs) that comply with internal and external quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develops and improves analytical method control strategies for cell banks, plasmids, viral vectors, drug product intermediates, drug products, and finished labeled drug product.
- Oversees generation and review of data (i.e., market life stability programs, periodic review of methods, etc.) used to determine continued suitability of drug supply throughout the product lifecycle.
- Ensures that clinical and commercial analytical strategies and outcomes comply with internal and external directives/policies/procedures and for assurance that product quality is maintained through the testing and release process.
- Supports clinical and commercial global regulatory filings and authors/ reviews/approves portions of the filings related to method development, qualification, and/or validation as required.
- Provides quality oversight of analytical method strategies in support of development, characterization, and comparability studies conducted in collaboration with process development, manufacturing sciences and technologies, analytical development, quality control, and/or stability.
- Excels at analyzing complex data, information and issues, assessing risk, designing appropriate strategies and overseeing execution of the strategies through completion.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Specific Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, etc:
- Expertise in GMP compliance, global regulations and strong understanding of pharmaceutical analytical development lifecycle are required.
- Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving capabilities relative to Quality, compliance, technical considerations, and regulatory requirements are required.
- Experience in Cell Therapy (preferred), Biologics and Sterile manufacturing or technical support.
- Proven track record of delivering the analytics and associated analytical CMC strategies for late stage and commercial cell therapy products.
- Experience implementing quality strategy and standards related to analytics.
- Direct experience managing interactions with global regulatory agencies and in the preparation of regulatory submissions.
- Demonstrated ability to develop technical and strategic leadership talent to meet current and future business needs.
- Experience leading a large, diverse, geographically dispersed group of colleagues.
- Ability to build strong, trusting relationships, lead large/complex teams, and work across divisions, diverse business backgrounds and cultures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent influencing and negotiating experience and capabilities in a matrix environment. Must be able to interact with senior leaders from both Cell Therapy Development and Operations and Global Product Development & Supply in this capacity and as such is seen as a highly regarded and a credible leader with the ability to act on behalf of the VP of Cell Therapy Quality to interface with stakeholders in a matrix environment.
- Has a proven track record of delivering results and is action-oriented.
Education/Experience/ Licenses/Certifications:
- Advanced degree in life sciences or related discipline preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of biopharmaceutical and/or quality experience in both R&D and commercial manufacturing environments.

The Role
Bristol Myers Squibb is looking to recruit a permanent Marketing Strategy Lead, Haematology/Oncology to join our team in Dublin.
This role partners with the Irish Commercial and Strategy Lead to drive Haematology and Oncology activities, across all appropriately prioritized brands and indications. The Marketing Strategy Lead – Haematology and Oncology - is a core member of the local Irish cross-functional team, responsible for driving in-line marketing and launch strategies for Irish healthcare practitioners along with ensuring market leading tactical execution to achieve Irish brand and sales objectives. Furthermore, this role requires close collaboration and co-ordination with our UK based Haematology & Oncology Brand Team to capitalize on efficiencies across both jurisdictions, all whilst generating both superior short-term as well as sustainable long-term performance.
This individual has and maintains a deep understanding of Irish Oncologists and Haematologists and associated customers and partners, and has a successful track record of working with same as well as delivering superior sustainable financial results.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategy Development
- Builds and delivers the relevant brand HCP & customer strategy and plan that drives success and growth in line with annual sales budgets and relevant KPIs
- Owns the end-to-end brand and HCP customer journey
- Fosters collaborative working relationships with both the local Irish as well as UK Brand Leads and cross-functional brand team members to ensure the creation of a unified brand strategy
- Integrates insights from advanced analytics models, market research, field team as well as other sources to develop and drive strategy
- Utilizes engagement and performance feedback to improve customer engagement strategies as well as campaigns
- Defines success for the relevant HCP and customer segments
Execution / Launch Excellence
- Leads strategic development with tight pull through as well as implementation of tactical plans fostering a tight trusting relationship with the cross functional team, in particular the local sales team
- Collaborates with Market Access, Medical as well as Sales teams to translate insights into Brand strategic imperatives and tactical plans
- Plans and delivers content across personal and non-personal channels, including working iteratively with UK brand team and agencies, as appropriate, to ensure approval and production of personalized content for customers
- Drives financial assumptions as well as forecasting, including stock management and product supply
- Oversight and management of brand spend
- Works with business, insight and analytics team (BI&A) to define and implement performance metrics
- Champions modular content production and omnichannel deployment in collaboration with Omnichannel Centre of Excellence, BI&A, and agencies
General
- Ensures all strategies and execution plans and resultant activities and materials maintain the highest levels of compliance strictly adhering to all relevant internal SOPs as well as external codes of practice (IPHA, HPRA)

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Educated to degree level (minimum requirement)
- Prior Irish based Oncology (desirable) and Haematology (preferred) marketing experience – minimum of 5 years marketing experience with preferably previous sales experience
- Relationships with Key Oncology Customers (preferred)
- Knowledge of HCP customer journeys, preferences, and needs within Oncology and Haematology
- Fluency in interpreting analytical models and ability to translate analytics from business insights and analyitics teams into actionable strategies
- Familiarity with omnichannel strategy and modular content production
- Ability to navigate and build trusting and collaborative relationships across teams and functions (e.g., Medical, Access, Sales)
