• Working with sales leadership and their matrix counterparts to continue to drive the evolution of our sales force capabilities to meet the changing external environment
• Develop, review, and modify Territory-level business plans ensuring alignment with district, regional and national plans

• Collaborates with territory matrix team on identifying opportunities and developing appropriate tactics and strategies


• Builds and maintains strong professional relationships with physicians in private practice, medical group practices and or hospitals, office staffs and others in the patient care continuum

• Develop, maintain and grow customer touchpoints within territory.

Qualifications & Experience
Required:
• Minimum of 4 years of pharmaceutical field sales experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Experience working in a matrix environment
• Ability to travel as needed for customer interactions, internal meetings and congresses
Preferred:
• Recent Dermatology experience, defined by most recent 2 years of experience
• Launch experience in a competitive market
• Biologic or small molecule experience
• Proven top performance in field sales
• Experience working on matrix teams and valuing diverse backgrounds.
• Working knowledge of the psoriasis market, geographic conditions, customer base, etc.
• Understanding of environmental and industry trends, and impact on business

Duties: Provide strategic leadership of analytical activities in support of drug product development and to provide matrix leadership of a team of analytical scientists. Represent the Drug Product Development department on cross-functional teams responsible for analytical-related Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls strategy (CMC) development. Support small molecule drug product formulation and process development including analytical characterization of the process and finished product as a Drug Product Analytical Team Lead as well as an individual contributor. The Senior Manager, Site Production Planner and Scheduler is a member of Leiden’s Supply Chain team. You are accountable for the master production schedule for the site and for the efficient releasing of orders to manufacturing while ensuring sufficient materials and capacity are available for the manufacturing plan. Further, the role is responsible for building and developing the scheduling tools, processes, and resource requirements for the manufacturing of clinical and commercial drug products.
Your role collaborates with various stakeholders such as site Manufacturing, Quality groups, and Facility & Engineering, and with counterparts from the BMS Global network such as Patient Operations and it is a strategic role in the Cell Therapy Manufacturing processes managing all aspects of scheduling and production operations. You ensure patients’ material availability - end-to-end - starting from apheresis collection, through the manufacturing process, until the delivery of the patient material back to the treatment centre.

• Responsible to create and publish on-time the Site Schedule for Manufacturing Operations and Facility and Engineering associates to determine their organization’s assignments.
• Responsible to mitigate any scheduling risks that could negatively impact the production schedule by working together with relevant functions to resolve these.
• Support the S&OP process by providing site-level manufacturing capacities and operational capabilities.
• Responsible to manage RCCP (Rough Cut Capacity Planning) for assigned product(s).
• Schedule and forecast manufacturing slot availability with internal and global stakeholders.
• Create scenario plans to accommodate manufacturing batches and support this process.
• Participate in Tier 1 and/or Tier 2 meetings to communicate, address and resolve daily operational issues related to scheduling.
• Primary point of contact for the Manufacturing Operations team to provide support, facilitate operational continuity, and address issues as they arise.
• Develop, manage, and implement KPI and reporting capabilities.
• Collaborate with global Business Process Teams in support of modeling and scheduling simulation implementations, such as the to-be-implemented Emerson’s RTMS/Bio-G scheduling platform.
• Author and update scheduling operating procedures, work instructions and provide support on continuous improvement projects.
• Perform other job-related functions as assigned.

• Education in Supply-Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Biology, or similar education
• 10+ proven relevant work experience required; knowledge of SAP, APO, PPDS, BIO-G or other manufacturing scheduling software is preferred

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of cell culture, cryopreservation, purification, aseptic processing, lab technique is desired
• Knowledge of activity scheduling to maximize manufacturing operations performance is required
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams to deliver results and meet business objectives

The DAS is the trusted and respected partner within the Therapeutic Area Network (TAN)-team during the pre-launch and launch period. The DAS brings deep scientific knowledge to TAN-team, ensures flawless execution of medical tactics and engages in high-quality peer-to-peer scientific dialogues and discussions with Inter- and National Thought Leaders (TLs) within Innovative Medicines.

Key Responsibilities

The Medical Science Liaison Manager (MSLM) Innovative Medicines is the crucial bridge between Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) and the Therapeutic Area Network (TAN)-team.
