Position Summary

The Senior Human Resources Coordinator provides complex administrative and project support to the Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures, Change & Transformation team and the projects that this group will lead, reporting to the HRVP, Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures, Change & Transformation.  The successful candidate will be a dynamic, performance-driven, well-organized and flexible individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the MA&D C&T team (of 5) in the delivery of our People Strategy.
  • Coordinate projects, often highly confidential. Maintain ad hoc projects sharepoints and databases for MA&D C&T team.
  • Develop and maintain data collection vehicles and standard reporting on progress and impact.
  • Produce engaging and visually appealing content for presentations, capability building and promotion of MA&D C&T services. 
  • Manage and/or support capability building systems including Success Factors, Credly, Microsoft Teams, Outlook and SharePoint.
  • Conduct external benchmarking and research in support of evolving and continuously improving our function and services.
  • Work in coordination with other global functions HRCs and business Executive Assistants.
  • Create, lead and maintain the MA&D C&T team Microsoft Teams Space and SharePoint.
  • Responsible for the organization and planning of complex remote meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Plan and organize off-site in-person meetings for globally based teams in domestic and international locations.
  • Perform highly diverse and complex administrative function in support to the MA&D C&T team.
  • Support team meetings & governance needs.
  • Proactive calendar management (select team members)
  • Execute domestic and international travel and accommodation arrangements; Travel & Expense reports
  • Anticipate needs of manager and/or team and produce high-quality deliverables independently with accuracy and efficiency to meet all deadlines.
  • Interface in a professional manner with senior executives and matrix team members, handle confidential information with discretion and demonstrate diplomacy and excellent judgment in dealing with sensitive situations.
  • Exhibit a positive work attitude, high productivity and a collaborative approach across multiple global teams.
  • Prioritize activities and take action aligned to department objectives, customer needs, and BMS business strategy.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Successful candidate must possess a High School diploma.  BS degree preferred.
  • 5 to 7 years of progressive administrative experience with at least 4 years of experience in office administration for a senior level executive.
  • Exhibit a positive work attitude, high productivity and a collaborative approach.
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset – willingness to embrace new opportunities and learn and develop skills.
  • Very strong written and verbal skills and the capability to produce excellent work with minimal supervision is required
  • Strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, high sense of urgency and strong attention to details and superior follow-up skills are a requirement
  • Proven skills in balancing competing demands and requests by taking initiative to adjust or change priorities.
  • Adept in navigating highly matrixed teams and environment.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively with high levels of self-accountability.
  • Skilled at interacting with high level external and internal contacts and handling exposure to sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems with excellent judgment.
  • Based out of BMS Lawrenceville, NJ, this person would also need to be able to travel weekly to other NJ BMS sites such as PPK and New Brunswick, depending on business needs.
  • The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft applications—Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook—and Workday.
