In support of Commercialization Strategy, the Sr. Manager of Commercialization Data Science & AI Predictive Solutions organization partners with Commercialization and Medical leadership and BIA Business Partners to pioneer new machine learning solutions, improved ways of applying data science to drive value, sophisticated solution designs and cutting-edge modeling capabilities relating to Commercialization portfolio in US and Major Markets, to drive competitive advantage and analytically informed decision making
Key Responsibilities and Major Duties
Hands-on data scientist or machine learning engineer that will be expected to ideate, design, develop, model and deploy advanced solutions
Hands-on use of cutting-edge analytics and machine learning to pioneer new solutions or improved ways of doing existing solutions to drive improved value capture
Build and own predictive machine learning based solutions to enable better understanding, experience and engagement of our patients and HCPs
Employs disruptive thinking to improve value to the business and our global customers through deepened market understanding, streamlined business engagement and practically applied, data driven analytics
Use a sound mix of market knowledge, brand strategy and knowledge of advanced data science capabilities to identify, build and enhance the analytical solutions for value capture
Be able to work cross functionally with analytics and business stakeholders to rapidly pilot and deploy a wide variety of solutions
Be able to translate the complexity of the models in business language to make the insights understood better and drive the use of these models further
Partners with broader Commercialization Data Science & AI Predictive Solutions organization to provide guidance on how advanced analytics and machine learning can be leveraged to solve ad-hoc non-commercialization needs
Partners with broader Commercialization Data Science & AI Predictive Solutions organization to monitor the external, Commercialization Analytics landscape, identifying and applying new capabilities in support of continuous BIA evolution and business performance
Be able to apply NLP techniques and understand how they can be leveraged to solve business problems
Qualifications/Degree/Certification/Licensure
BA/BS required (quantitative area of study preferred)
MBA/other graduate degree preferred
Knowledge of Medical field is preferred
A minimum of 3 years of hands-on data science experience
Hands on experience with designing and deploying machine learning models using Scikit-Learn, Tensorflow, Pytorch, etc is preferred
Experience with Git is preferred
Experience with cloud based environments (AWS, Azure, etc)
Experience with MLOps
Proficiency in Python/R, SQL, Tableau and MS Office Suite
Excellent communications and presentation skills. Proven ability to explain complex analyses and outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

The Role
BMS Cruiserath Biologics is seeking to recruit on a permanent contract Senior Specialist, Data Governance & Analytics.
Reporting to the Senior Manager-Asset Lifecycle SME, the Senior Specialist will act as the owner of site CMMS data accuracy and compliance as well as providing SME support on data analytics capabilities within Engineering.
This role will be responsible for oversight of non-GxP change controls for the site as well as providing guidance on this process to ensure compliance with site procedures.
This role will be responsible for execution of the Engineering compliance program for CMMS data and will work to monitor Engineering adherence to site and global procedures from an Asset Management perspective.
This role will work to promote the use of data analytics within the Engineering group, support the creation of KPI and analytics dashboards and standardize the use of data analytics tools.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Continuous improvement of CMMS data accuracy, standardisation, and completeness
- Ownership for CMMS Data compliance program
- Audit of Work order accuracy and compliance
- Investigation of compliance deviations and support CAPA completion.
- Support site teams to drive improvement in compliance.
- Standardisation of Compliance KPIs across Engineering groups.
- Non GxP change control governance.
- Act as gatekeeper to ensure standards are followed and change control compliance.
- Continuous improvement of non-GxP change control process & KPIs.
- Provide data related support for site projects
- Engineering Data Analytics lead, working with dept stakeholders to increase level of knowledge of Data Analytics
- Develop and coordinate data analytics activities within Engineering group and support development of Data analytics dashboards.
- Become SME on use of Spotfire & Tableau to allow for faster development of metrics dashboards.
- Liaise with Site and global Digital Plant and data teams to ensure that Engineering Dept has access to the latest Data Analytics capabilities.
- Develop interconnectivity between data sources, (Maximo, Data lake, PI, SEEQ, BIM etc.)
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Engineering/ Science Qualification with minimum 3 years’ experience
- Strong understanding of all aspects of data quality & compliance
- Technical experience & understanding of Maximo CMMS system.
- Experience in creation and management of Engineering /Data management KPIs would be an advantage.
- Understanding of data analytics concepts and tools (Spotfire/Tableau experience would be an advantage)
- Experience in creation and maintenance of procedures and documentation
- Experience collaborating with cross functional teams and communication to diverse stakeholder groups.
- Some experience of change management/change control
- Some experience of OPEX methodologies/tools would be an advantage.

The Material Handler, Material Kitting MSS manages material needs / requirements for CAR-T production per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in controlled and / or classified environments under the supervision of Warehousing Operations Management. Material Handlers must adhere to regulatory requirements while performing job functions. Job duties are performed within a team according to an assigned, production shift schedule. Communication of production deviations and assistance with quality investigations are required, as applicable.

Quad 4 11:00am – 11:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Performs inventory control: cycle counts, material stocking, scrapping, at a minimum.
- Manages material expiry, allocation, kitting, and maintains material condition requirements.
- Quantifies and maintains materials in production dispensary.
- Performed apheresis receipt of incoming raw materials and prepares final product shipments for couriers.
- Maintains timing according to the production schedule to ensure on-time logistics.
- Records material handling data and information in a clear, concise, format according to proper GDPs.
- Works in a team based, cross-functional environment to complete warehousing tasks required by shift schedule.
- Must be able to work in an environment with blood derived components.
- Other duties may be assigned, as necessary.
- Performs other tasks as assigned.
- Available to work OT when business requires.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Knowledge of cGMP/FDA regulated industry
- Basic mathematical skills
- General understanding of cGMPs

Working Conditions:

- Flexibility to don clean room garments and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Clean room environment is an enclosed, restricted space, with assigned pressure and temperature conditions. Reagents, chemicals, and exposure to sanitization agents are expected.
- Routine exposure to human blood components.
- Designated areas may prohibit food, any outside materials such as cell phones, tablets, at a minimum.

Position Summary
The Senior Manager of Biostatistics is a member of cross-functional development teams and contributes to trial design, protocol development, analysis planning, interpretation of results, and preparation of regulatory submissions. These individuals develop collaborative relationships and work effectively with the Biostatistics Lead, and other cross functional team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborates in design of clinical study including methodology, data analysis & interpretation, and reporting of study results.
- Authors and/or reviews protocol synopsis, protocol, statistical analysis plans, case-report forms, clinical study reports, associated publications, and other study level specification documents with minimum supervision
- Performs and/or validates statistical analyses, advise ways to maximize clarity of data display
- Communicates results to cross-functional teams, provides data interpretation in study documents such as clinical study reports, and publications.
- Translates scientific questions into statistical terms and statistical concepts into layman terms.
- Compliant with BMS processes and SOPs, adherence to global and project standards within an indication or therapeutic area and responsible for quality of deliverable.
- Continually develops technical knowledge of statistical methodology and how it is appropriately applied in trial design and data analysis for clear, concise, high-quality results.
- Continually enhances knowledge of drug development process, regulatory and commercial requirement
- Develops & advises team members.
- Effectively communicates the GBDS Mission and Vision in a fashion that generates pride, excitement and commitment within GBDS.

Qualifications & Experience
- Fresh PhD with 3+ years’ experience or MS with 5+ years’ experience in statistics or biostatistics or related scientific field with clinical trials, drug development, pharmaceutical industry or healthcare experience
- Proficiency in scientific computing/programming (SAS, R or Python) and implementation of advanced statistical analysis, data manipulation, graphing & simulation.
- Good interpersonal, communication, writing and organizational skills
- Ability to:
- learn regulatory requirements & clinical trial design, data analysis and interpretation,
- work successfully within cross-functional teams,
- organize multiple work assignments and establish priorities
- Experience in standard and advanced statistical methods is preferred.

Position Summary:
The TAS is a critical role in our unique customer model to execute the BMS aspiration to be the BioPharma that delivers the most impactful engagement with Health Care Providers (HCPs), driving adoption of new and existing medicines for appropriate patients.
The primary role of the TAS is to drive demand for BMS medicines within their portfolio for the appropriate patients. To meet the HCPs expectations, the TAS engages them with a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper scientific dialogue on and consistent with label, leveraging new ways of working and CE^3.
The role builds and maintains strong professional credibility with regional thought leaders (RTLs) and community-based physicians/HCPs in private practice, medical groups practices, office staff, and other stakeholders in the patient care continuum as their primary point of contact.
The TAS liaises with other BMS functions as needed to deliver an overall higher Customer Experience (Cx) – by meeting HCP needs in a timely and scientific manner. This role will prioritize the safe and appropriate use of BMS products while also focusing on overall business results and performance objectives while exemplifying BMS values.
The TAS role is field-based. A TAS is anticipated to spend 100% of their time in the field with external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Promotion
Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory or region to meet or exceed assigned sales targets in a compliant manner.
Creates demand for BMS medicines by articulating in a balanced manner the clinical and scientific rationale for use of products in appropriate patients.
Engages with and continuously maintains/grows a high level of scientific expertise in all assigned products and therapeutic areas.
Prepares and successfully implements comprehensive territory and account plans.
Proactively uses available tools such as CE^3 (once implemented) to derive insights and to dynamically inform call plans. Provides feedback on experience using these tools to leadership to enable continuous improvement.
Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue
Demonstrates scientific expertise and passion in using approved scientific resources and publications to present information to HCPs and ensures medical accuracy.

The Early Clinical Development function is part of a global scientific organization dedicated to initial evaluations of new molecules, biomarkers, and mechanistic hypotheses in humans. The group drives early clinical strategy, and the design, execution, and interpretation of studies to select the most promising drug candidates for later development.
Position Summary / Objective

Position Responsibilities
Medical Monitoring
- Serves as an independent Medical Monitor for clinical trials from Phase 1 through Proof-of-Concept by
- Articulating clinical development strategy
- Analyzing, interpreting, and acting on clinical trial data to support development
- Serving as principal functional author for Regulatory submission, study reports, and publications
- Provides oversight and medical accountability for multiple trials across early development clinical lifecycle
- Manages site interactions in partnership with the Clinical Scientist for medical questions and education (including safety management guidelines)
- Assesses key safety-related serious adverse events in partnership with Worldwide Patient Safety and oversees contributions to safety narratives
- Contributes to and is a key member of a high performing Study Delivery Team (SDT) and may be a member of the Development Team
- Collaborates with Clinical Scientists and provides input into protocols, contributing medical strategic oversight in protocol development (input on inclusion/exclusion and other safety-related clinical considerations)
- Fulfills GCP and compliance obligations for clinical conduct and maintains all required training
- Acts as a focal point for defining and establishing relationships with key global Phase I Centers
- Works on multiple trials across early development clinical lifecycle
Clinical Development Expertise & Strategy
- Designs and develops clinical studies and research plans in support of asset strategy with the Early Clinical Development Leadership team; clinical studies include first-in-human Phase I, proof of concept Phase I/II, entry registrational studies, biomarker qualification studies, and/or clinical pharmacology studies
- Liaises with Clinical Scientists, Translational & Discovery Scientists and Development Teams to define dose and schedule, indications, and patient selection (e.g., biomarker qualification and implementation)
- Leads the analysis of benefit/risk for clinical development protocols in a matrix team environment working with Clinical Scientists
- Partners with Clinical Scientists to support executional delivery of studies (e.g., site activation, enrollment status, as well as adjudication for protocol violations, significant, non-significant deviations etc.)
- Maintains a strong medical/scientific reputation within the disease area; has in-depth knowledge of etiology, natural history, diagnosis, and treatment of the disorder
- Keeps up to date in the disease area by attending scientific conferences and ongoing review of the literature
- Keeps abreast of development and regulatory issues related to other competitive or relevant compounds in development and how our portfolio fits into the competitive landscape
- Provides ongoing medical education in partnership with Clinical Scientists to allow for protocol-specific training, supporting the study team, investigators, and others
- Ad-Hoc involvement in various departmental initiatives (e.g., committees, sub-teams etc.)
- Presents and/or articulates clinical strategy to senior leadership and to support progression of portfolio
Health Authority Interactions
- Contributes to key Health Authority interactions and advisory board meetings as Early Clinical Development Physician; serves as Primary Clinical Representative in Regulatory interactions for early development projects
- Authors/drafts clinical content for CSRs, regulatory reports, briefing books and submission documents to support closure, clinical narratives, reporting and filling of the study in partnership with Clinical Scientists
External Partnerships, Alliances, and Publications
- Sits in team responsible for establishing key alliances with academic centers, co-operative groups, vendors and government agencies
- Represents department in business development due diligence and partner alliance management with oversight
- Acts as a focal point for defining and establishing relationships with key global Phase 1 Centers
- Track record or recognized for contributions to field (e.g., publications, patents, keynote participation in conferences etc.)
Degree Requirements
- Advanced degree(s) in relevant field: MD, MD/PhD (or x-US equivalent) and clinical expertise in a therapeutic area (e.g., attending level or international equivalent)
- Subspecialty fellowship training in applicable therapeutic area preferred
Experience Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in discovery, translational and/or clinical research in academic or industry setting including education where applicable

Position Summary
MSLs embody our medical mission in becoming a trusted, agile partner who engages in relevant dialogue and delivers timely, high impact data and insights that advance the science or accelerate access, optimize medical practice and drive appropriate adoption of BMS medicines. The MSL role is a field-based role and it is anticipated that a MSL will spend their time in the field with external customers.
The primary role of MSLs is to develop and maintain contacts with Thought Leaders (TL) and Healthcare Providers (HCP) within their healthcare system. The purpose of interactions is to ensure patients have access to BMS medicines, to ensure their safe and appropriate use through peer-to-peer discussions aligned with medical strategies and needs expressed by the stakeholders. The scientific dialogue focuses on scientific/clinical information around disease management and BMS products in a fair and balanced way and includes appropriate Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) data.
Position Responsibilities
1. External Environment and Customer Focus
- Develop and maintain interactions with Thought Leaders, appropriate HCPs, and access stakeholders, within a given geography to answer scientific, unsolicited product and HEOR related questions. MSLs will use various channels for interactions (1:1, group presentation; remote, etc.).
- Effectively present information to HCPs and be able to respond to questions, ensuring medical accuracy and compliance with local procedures, ethical and legal guidelines and directives.
- Actively assess the medical landscape by meeting with Thought Leaders to understand their needs and expertise. Continuously update own knowledge in treatment strategies, products, unmet medical needs, clinical trials and scientific activities. Understand the competitive landscape and actively prepare to address informational needs of customers.
- Collect and provide meaningful medical insights back to the medical and commercial organization to be actioned in support of the strategy development.
2. Contribute to the Medical Plan
- Develop territory Field Medical plan and TL Interaction plans based on therapeutic area objectives and TLs needs.
- Adopt institution/account planning approach and contribute to cross-functional institution/account plans.
- Contribute to development and delivery of scientifically meaningful medical programs/projects in line with the local Medical and Field Medical plan.
3. Provide Medical Support
- As necessary and appropriate, support the initial and ongoing medical/scientific area and product specific training and provide key scientific updates to internal stakeholders (e.g. Commercial, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, Legal, HEOR, Market Access).
- Provide scientific support at promotional meetings by presenting unbiased scientific and clinical data, by evaluating speakers and by giving support to BMS-contracted speakers.
4. Support Clinical Trial Activities
- Support Interventional and Non-Interventional Research (NIR) studies (e.g. identification and assessment of potential study sites) to support patient recruitment and/or discussions around the safe and effective use of BMS investigational products, as agreed with local medical management and as defined by the study scope document.
- Provide recommendations and insights to clinical development team on study and site feasibilities within the therapeutic area based on knowledge of the field and through direct contacts with potential investigators, as agreed with local medical management.
- Actively support CRO sponsored studies as agreed with local medical management and as defined by the study scope document.
- Support HCPs in the ISR submission process as agreed with local medical management.
5. Support Patient Safety Activities
- Ensure that BMS Pharmacovigilance procedural documents are understood and applied by investigators of local studies, and alert appropriate BMS personnel to any identified Adverse Events.
