Position Summary:
The TAS is a critical role in our unique customer model to execute the BMS aspiration to be the BioPharma that delivers the most impactful engagement with Health Care Providers (HCPs), driving adoption of new and existing medicines for appropriate patients.
The primary role of the TAS is to drive demand for BMS medicines within their portfolio for the appropriate patients. To meet the HCPs expectations, the TAS engages them with a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper scientific dialogue on and consistent with label, leveraging new ways of working and CE^3.
The role builds and maintains strong professional credibility with regional thought leaders (RTLs) and community-based physicians/HCPs in private practice, medical groups practices, office staff, and other stakeholders in the patient care continuum as their primary point of contact.
The TAS liaises with other BMS functions as needed to deliver an overall higher Customer Experience (Cx) – by meeting HCP needs in a timely and scientific manner. This role will prioritize the safe and appropriate use of BMS products while also focusing on overall business results and performance objectives while exemplifying BMS values.
The TAS role is field-based. A TAS is anticipated to spend 100% of their time in the field with external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Promotion
- Promotes approved indications of BMS products and the launch of KarXT (xanomeline-trospium) within a defined territory or region to meet or exceed assigned sales targets in a compliant manner.
- Creates demand for BMS medicines by articulating in a balanced manner the clinical and scientific rationale for use of products in appropriate patients.
- Engages with and continuously maintains/grows a high level of scientific expertise in all assigned products and therapeutic areas.
- Prepares and successfully implements comprehensive territory and account plans.
- Proactively uses available tools such as CE^3 (once implemented) to derive insights and to dynamically inform call plans. Provides feedback on experience using these tools to leadership to enable continuous improvement.
Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue
- Demonstrates scientific expertise and passion in using approved scientific resources and publications to present information to HCPs and ensures medical accuracy.
- Conducts in-office presentations (e.g., lunch and learns) and discusses product-related scientific information with HCPs that is consistent with label.
- Organizes external speaker programs, selecting speakers from list approved by Speakers Bureau and facilitating scheduling and logistics.
- Maintains a high level of working expertise on emerging data for approved indications.
- Engages real-time medical support through Medical on Call to reactively answer unsolicited questions and complex technical inquiries.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Proactively collaborates with other field teams to ensure the best Customer Experience (Cx) for HCPs.
- Gathers and shares relevant insights and information internally with the appropriate stakeholders to enable BMS to better serve its customers.
Complies with all laws, regulations, and policies that govern the conduct of BMS.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Advanced scientific degree and/or preferred 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience as healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately and convincingly to help physicians best serve their patients.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong credibility with key customers, office staff, and others in the customer influence network via a customer-centric mindset and desire to create positive and differentiated Customer Experience (Cx).
- Experience in Neuropsychiatry is preferred.
- Demonstrated strong capability in account management skill sets, superior selling competencies, and proven sales performance track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively cross-functionally with a positive team mindset and can-do attitude.

As part of the commercial organization, the Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) is a trusted clinical expert responsible for developing professional relationships and educating key Health Care Professionals (HCP) involved in the care of patients receiving BMS hematology products in a defined geography.
Please Note: Incumbents must reside in one of the territories advertised
- The primary role of the CNC is to drive peer to peer interactions with customers that optimize patient outcomes by delivering end-to-end clinical exchanges that clarify the complexities of patient identification and management.
- The purpose of these interactions is to deliver a continuum of clinical education and support that address the needs of HCPs starting or continuing patients on BMS hematology medicines, optimizing patient management and duration of treatment. CNCs also educate on unmet disease needs and discuss the current treatment landscape for these patient populations. CNC interactions are aligned with on-label commercial strategies and the needs expressed by customers.
- CNCs develop relationships with hematology focused Patient Support Groups for the purpose of presenting approved presentations that address specific patient education needs identified by the group leader.
- CNCs are viewed as clinical experts by their customers for the BMS hematology portfolio and are responsible for REBLOZYL (MDS), ONUREG (AML), POMALYST & REVLIMID (MM), ABECMA & BREYANZI (CAR-T). Product responsibilities may change based on franchise and business needs.
Customer Focus
- Develop and maintain relationships with academic and community HCPs within assigned geography to provide on-label clinical and product education for BMS hematology products. The CNC will use various channels for interactions (1:1, group presentations, remote, etc.) while utilizing on-label approved marketing materials.
- Actively assess the treatment and patient management landscape by meeting with HCPs to understand their needs and current patient management processes/protocols.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using available on-label CNC resources and presentations. Effectively utilize platform skills for presenting information to HCPs and be able to respond to questions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local procedures, ethical and legal guidelines and directives.
- Consistently evaluate the impact of CNC activities in an account and plan for follow-up or next steps.
- Respond and adapt quickly to support new and ongoing educational gaps or other customer needs.
- Actively monitor CNC dashboard & account data, adjusting activities and business plans to meet goals and objectives.
- Continuously seek to increase knowledge of treatment landscape, product attributes and disease states. Actively prepare to address the educational needs of customers.
Provide Clinical Expertise
- In collaboration with sales partners, deliver on-label promotional speaker programs to HCP customers in approved out of office settings.
- In collaboration with sales partners, deliver on-label promotional in-services for HCP customers.
- Provide product demonstrations and infusion support for CAR T sites starting new patients.
- Support initial and ongoing clinical/disease area and product specific training to internal stakeholders (e.g. Commercial, Value Access & Payment).
- Participate in assigned Medical Congress activities.
- Share clinical insights and patient management experiences internally to support franchise strategy.
Commercial Planning and Execution
- Adopt account business planning approach and contribute to cross-functional business plans.
- Collaborate with peers and cross-functional partners to successfully execute Hematology franchise performance goals and metrics.
- Assist with the development of clinically meaningful CNC programs/projects in line with commercial strategies and plans.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- APP (DNP, APRN, NP, CNS) or MSN or BSN, minimum of 5 years clinical experience in a Hematology/Oncology Disease Area.
- Nurse Educator experience within the bio/pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Current active Nursing or PA licensure
- Clinical depth within Hematology and Cell Therapy including AML, Lymphoma, MDS, and Myeloma

The Opensource Lead position is responsible for overseeing the setup, configuration, and maintenance of opensource environments like R and Python, ensuring their seamless integration with existing technology. This role involves developing and enforcing SOPs and WIs to facilitate the compliant use of these technologies within the regulatory domain. Key responsibilities include managing workflows, ensuring security and compliance, providing training and support, and fostering collaboration and innovation. The Opensource Lead will stay up to date with emerging technology trends, evaluating and recommending new tools to enhance capabilities. They will work closely with IT to ensure smooth integration, address compatibility issues, and drive strategic planning efforts. Additionally, the role involves developing and executing a strategic roadmap to foster innovation, continuously improving processes to optimize the use of opensource tools and support organizational success.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, biostatistics, mathematics, computer science, data science or life sciences required or equivalent.
- At least 3 years programming experience in industry recommended.
- For US positions: US military experience will be considered towards industry experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using, R, python or other opensource programming languages to produce derived analysis datasets and TFLs.
- Understanding of clinical data structure (e.g. CDISC standards) and relational database.
- Demonstrated skills in using software tools and applications, e.g., MS office, XML.
- Demonstrated ability in the handling and processing of upstream data, e.g., multiple data forms, workflow, eDC, SDTM.
- Demonstrated ability in providing outputs to meet downstream requirements, e.g., ADaM, Data Definition Table, e-submission.
- Have good understanding of regulatory, industry, and technology standards and requirements.
- Have good knowledge of statistical terminology, clinical tests, medical terminology and protocol designs.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with clinical team members.
Preferred Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years clinical / statistical programming experience within pharmaceutical clinical development
- Knowledge of the drug development process, clinical trial methodology, statistics and familiarity with global regulatory requirements
- Experience in other software packages (e.g. R)

Overview of Medical Excellence Team:
Medical Excellence is a global organization, which drives excellence in external customer engagement across TAs and for all markets within the Global Medical Affairs organization. This high-performing team contains 6 capabilities that work in partnership to translate TA strategy into impactful market execution: Field Medical Excellence, Congress Excellence, Customer Engagement, Digital Engagement, Medical Policy, and Medical Performance and Outcomes. Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
• Accountable for the strategic planning & execution, finance and resource management, metrics & performance measurement, communication & collaboration, governance, quality & continuous improvement, vendor & contract management, and operational support for the Medical Excellence organization
• Critical skills will include being able to bring structure to vaguely defined problems while utilizing a pragmatic problem-solving approach to translate strategy to actionable next steps

• Budget Management: Collaborate with Finance to drive quarterly financial projection process, including facilitating trade-off discussions

Qualifications:

Crossing all therapeutic areas and research phases, collaborate with cross-functional global teams to execute assigned operational aspects of global clinical research studies from protocol development to final clinical study report.
- Functions as a Mentor and key resource for GTS team members.

The Director, Dermatology and Rheumatology, WW Medical Evidence Strategy Lead provides strategic and scientific guidance for cross functional matrix teams on behalf of WW Medical. This individual will lead the development and facilitate prioritized execution of the WW Evidence strategy for Dermatology and Rheumatology by partnering to provide insights on what activities and deliverables must be prioritized for the WW Medical teams to deliver against the therapeutic area strategy.
In this role, he/she will be a key partner to the Medical Evidence Generation (MEG) lead to identify what modalities for data generation are most aligned with strategic priorities.
WW Evidence Strategy
Collaborate with the medical and development matrix teams to ensure alignment and transparency of evidence generation strategy and projects
Establish linkages across all major functions (e.g. Development, R&D, HEOR, Value Access & Pricing, Regulatory, Commercial, Corporate Affairs, etc.) and building alignment with cross-functional partners (MEG) on key initiatives such as developing an optimal approach to data generation, communication and supporting access in the markets
Co-design the evidence strategy with the WW therapeutic area and indication leads, markets and cross functionally, aligned with the Brand strategy
Lead the development and update of the evidence section of the Scientific Narrative with the various scientific communication teams and the markets providing strategic direction in communicating the evidence plan and the results of studies
Create a portfolio-level scientific and medical communication strategy to highlight and elevate the position of BMS within Dermatology, Rheumatology, and across therapeutic areas in Immunology
Partnership with MEG (Medical Evidence Generation)
Lead the Medial Evidence Plan development for Therapeutic Area strategic discussions in partnership with Medical Evidence Generation Lead for a holistic view of data generation
Define the areas of interest for evidence generation in line with strategy while working cross functionally with MEG, HEOR, access, Digital Health, R&D, regulatory, pharmacovigilance and commercial
Provide input for data generation activities in MEG to shape integrated evidence plan (IEP), and partner with MEG / clinical operations to ensure timely execution of the medical clinical trials
Lead the identification and prioritization of post-hoc or additional data analyses, partner with Data leads and Biostats to ensure strategic execution of those analyses
Co-Chair the Review Committees (or provide oversight where appropriate) for investigator-sponsored research studies and BMS-sponsored, medically-led research studies.

Work with the markets and the respective market functions to align on the evidence strategy at the market level
Lead the strategic “opportunistic” leveraging of market level data globally or global data at the level of the market
Qualifications & Experience
Advanced scientific degree required (Pharm. D, PhD, MD) with at least (5-10) years experience in Medical Affairs/Medical Strategy; formal specialization in areas associated with the current TA portfolio and/or professional experience with assets in this space is preferred.
Clinical trial experience and/or pharmaceutical industry experience, preferred.
Experience in a customer-facing role with thought leaders and key customers preferred.
Successful track record of leading through influence and working across complex, global organizational matrices, preferred experience working with clinical, commercialization, regulatory and early discovery.

Senior Managers of Statistical Programming provide comprehensive programming expertise to clinical project teams to lead statistical programming teams and support the development, regulatory approval and market acceptance of Bristol Myers Squibb products. This position is primarily responsible for the design, development and implementation of technical solutions for integrating, analyzing and reporting clinical data. Senior Managers develop collaborative relationships and work effectively within Global Biometrics & Data Sciences (GBDS), with external vendors and members of cross-functional development teams.
Senior Managers of Statistical Programming also support and lead improvement initiatives. Strategy & Execution:
- Assumes full P&L responsibility
- Oversees all commercial functions and leads through partnership with global/corporate functions including but not limited to: regulatory, medical, HR, finance, legal, compliance, corporate affairs, and clinical operations.
- Leads the development and execution of customer-focused strategy to drive superior short-term and long-term market performance through effective investment, innovation, resource allocation and prioritization.
- Oversees strategic decision making and adaptation where necessary to maximize opportunities for growth and in line with the changing external landscape.
Leadership & Matrix Alignment:
- Demonstrates the business ethics and judgment to enforce internal controls in line with the company’s policies and procedures and maintains the compliance.
- Builds and develops strong cross-functional teams with a cohesive and collaborative culture that embraces diversity and drives employee engagement across all functions.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
- Builds and manages relationships with internal stakeholders in local, Asia Cluster, Intercon and Worldwide (WW) commercial and matrix teams.
- Leads the organization to help efficiently navigate complex decision-making and play an active role in the BMS community.
- Manages integration points and outbound/inbound communications with key stakeholders across all BMS enabling function/commercial areas to ensure alignment.
- Actively contributes to shaping the industry, external environment and building key relationship in all relevant areas.
Hematology/Oncology/Immunology/Cardiovascular expertise
- Ability to stay up to date with the science/ strategy
- Creation of detailed business plans

- Drive execution of WW commercial strategy

Market Access:
- Shape the environment and policy framework

Requirements:
- BA/BS with MBA or other advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical/healthcare experience, with 5+ years of general management experience and/or Business Unit Lead experience in a medium to large market
- Successful / strong track record of performance
- Ability to set and implement the strategy related to managing a successful business
- Successful track record of driving growth, managing a team with P&L responsibilities, demonstrating tangible and significant business impact
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, and strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills in a highly matrix environment
- Ability to manage a team successfully (direct and indirect reports), by applying the right level of management focus and support and ensuring commitment and engagement. Experience and track record of coaching individuals as well as leading teams
- Ability to formulate and communicate strategic thinking in a highly complex environment

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Business Partner to join our team. As an IT Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business units and global IT organization, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment of technology solutions with business objectives. Your Digital Marketing and (Pharma)Business understanding will help to support your stakeholders when transforming to new and more data driven marketing models.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster strong relationships with business stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing strategic guidance on technology solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive innovation through the use of modern technologies.
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT, translating business requirements into technical specifications and ensuring successful implementation.
- Manage and prioritize IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Provide guidance on IT security and compliance, ensuring data protection and privacy.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential impact on the business and making recommendations for adoption.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between global teams, considering diverse cultural backgrounds and perspectives.
Additional priorities in Germany:
- Leads on the relationship with digital agencies/vendors to define project scope, costs, timelines, and deliverables.
- Contributes to the continuous improvement of the digital footprint regarding channels and customer experience.
- Provides digital-marketing expertise for the ongoing evolution of capabilities by working with business leads / S&O / Omnichannel on critical business priorities

Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as an IT Business Partner or similar role in a large global organization.
- Strong understanding of IT processes and key modern technologies, including databases, cloud, data analytics, AI, and RPA.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate decision-making processes and find solutions in complex and conflicting situations.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and cultures.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, Natural Sciences or a related field OR strong technical interest and capabilities paired with Digital Marketing, Digital Brand and Product Communication or Content Production and Web Expertise.
- Experience with all pharma marketing and launch scenarios, a plus
- 5-10% Travel
- Fluent in German and English
