Qualifications

  • Preference for Bachelor’s degree in science or technology
  • 3+ years of relevant biotechnology, life sciences, or related industry experience
  • Knowledge in Product Management and Agile software development
  • Preference for general understanding of validation steps for deploying releases to controlled testing environments
  • Experience collaborating across different departments, regions, and functions
  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical stakeholders during prioritization and planning
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrate the ability to work in a high pace and frequently shifting environment
  • Expertise in writing requirements and user stories

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams and stakeholders in an agile environment to deliver impactful solutions
  • Lead the development and implementation of innovative, high-quality product features aligned with product strategy and vision
  • Oversee product planning and development through daily collaboration with cross-functional teams including engineers, business representatives, or subject matter experts
  • Provide functional area representation to the stakeholders, maintaining regular touch points with key users to understand needs
  • Define and analyze metrics that measure and benchmark product success
  • Partner with Learning & Development team to create training material on new capabilities
  • Lead the solicitation of business requirements and enhance collaboration between stakeholders, Patient Operations, and IT
  • Drive business planning and analysis activities to build business cases for stakeholders to support enhancement requests
  • Approve and clarify user stories for the assigned functional area for each release
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for the assigned functional area
  • Participate in Business Acceptance Testing and Validation testing

The starting compensation for this job is a range from $75,000 - $95,000, plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility). The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and the geographic location where work is performed.
