Position: Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist (TAS)

Position Summary
The TAS is a critical role in our unique customer model to execute the BMS aspiration to be the BioPharma that delivers the most impactful engagement with Health Care Providers (HCPs), driving adoption of new and existing medicines for appropriate patients.
The primary role of the TAS is to drive demand for BMS medicines within their portfolio for the appropriate patients. To meet the HCPs expectations, the TAS engages them with a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper scientific dialogue on and consistent with label, leveraging new ways of working and CE^3.
The role builds and maintains strong professional credibility with regional thought leaders (RTLs) and community-based physicians/HCPs in private practice, medical groups practices, office staff, and other stakeholders in the patient care continuum as their primary point of contact.
The TAS liaises with other BMS functions as needed to deliver an overall higher Customer Experience (Cx) – by meeting HCP needs in a timely and scientific manner. The TAS role is field-based. A TAS is anticipated to spend 100% of their time in the field with external customers.

Portfolio Promotion
- Promotes approved indications of BMS products and the launch of KarXT (xanomeline-trospium) within a defined territory or region to meet or exceed assigned sales targets in a compliant manner.
- Creates demand for BMS medicines by articulating in a balanced manner the clinical and scientific rationale for use of products in appropriate patients.
- Engages with and continuously maintains/grows a high level of scientific expertise in all assigned products and therapeutic areas.
- Prepares and successfully implements comprehensive territory and account plans.
- Proactively uses available tools such as CE^3 (once implemented) to derive insights and to dynamically inform call plans. Provides feedback on experience using these tools to leadership to enable continuous improvement.
Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue
- Demonstrates scientific expertise and passion in using approved scientific resources and publications to present information to HCPs and ensures medical accuracy.
- Conducts in-office presentations (e.g., lunch and learns) and discusses product-related scientific information with HCPs that is consistent with label.
- Organizes external speaker programs, selecting speakers from list approved by Speakers Bureau and facilitating scheduling and logistics.
- Maintains a high level of working expertise on emerging data for approved indications.
- Engages real-time medical support through Medical on Call to reactively answer unsolicited questions and complex technical inquiries.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Proactively collaborates with other field teams to ensure the best Customer Experience (Cx) for HCPs.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or preferred 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience as healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately and convincingly to help physicians best serve their patients.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong credibility with key customers, office staff, and others in the customer influence network via a customer-centric mindset and desire to create positive and differentiated Customer Experience (Cx).
- Experience in Neuropsychiatry is preferred.
- Demonstrated strong capability in account management skill sets, superior selling competencies, and proven sales performance track record of meeting or exceeding goals.

The starting compensation for this job is a range from $132,000 -$155,000 plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility). The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed. Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Equipment Commissioning & Qualification supports the successful operation of laboratory and commercial manufacturing operations at a product site through interaction with internal team members and peer‐level customers as well as external service providers. The incumbent in this role will support entry, junior, and experienced level professionals at the Libertyville Vector Manufacturing Facility (VMF), tasked with performing on demand, and qualification/requalification, periodic review activities of equipment according to established policies and procedures. In addition to answering questions and resolving issues for staff, the incumbent spends a portion of their time on individual work or improvements. The incumbent may lead modifications to work processes or procedures to functional management that impact their immediate function or organizational unit.
Key Responsibilities
Management Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of up to 10 contract personnel.
- Interview and hire internal and / or external personnel to fill necessary roles.
- Provide direction to internal and external team members.
- Ensure team members are appropriately trained for duties being performed.

- Develop, review and/or approve all qualification life cycle documents (e.g., SIA, Engineering Studies, Qualification Plan, URS, FS, DS, IOQ, PQ, and VSRs).
- Ensures compliance with Validation Master Plans.
- Coordinates and supervises vendors for preventative maintenance, calibration, and performance verification functions.
- Develops and reviews written procedures for commissioning, qualification, and performance verification of equipment.
- Maintain the equipment and instruments in a validated state.
- Creates and maintains with the creation of departmental metrics. Understand and review departmental metrics.
Promotes and provides excellent customer service and support:
- Regularly reviews, prioritizes, and promptly responds to customer equipment qualification/requalification, periodic review, and support requests.
- Provides technical support and guidance on equipment qualification/requalification, periodic review, and validations issues. Interfaces with customers to ensure all expectations are being met.
- Maintains a positive relationship with all the members of the Equipment Commissioning & Qualification department and site customers while promoting a positive team environment.
Inventory Management:
- Work with Asset Cycle group to ensure system is updated as qualification/requalification, periodic review activities are performed.
Service Contract Support:
- Manages Vendor service contracts to support equipment and systems including request for proposal development and manages bid process.
- Provide feedback to departmental leadership on vendor performance and needs.
Regulatory Responsibilities:
- Ensure Equipment Commissioning & Qualification program is maintained in compliance.
- May be called upon to act as SME in both internal and regulatory audits.
Qualifications & Experience
- BS in Engineering or Science related discipline preferred.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in FDA-regulated industry
- Minimum 7 years’ experience working directly with manufacturing and laboratory equipment (e.g., CTUs & CRTs, upstream and downstream equipment, Filler Machine, analytical lab equipment, autoclave, AKTA, etc.) required.
- Knowledge of cGMP in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge using Document Control Management such as Infinity, ValGenesis, CMMS systems such as QAD, MAXIMO & SAP.
- Strong knowledge using Ellab Valsuite Software and probe configuration.
- Excellent computer skills including knowledge of calibration management and environmental monitoring systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be a team player and be willing to work in an environment where individual initiative, accountability to the team, and professional maturity are required.

Description de la mission :
Élaboration et mise en œuvre de la stratégie de communication d’un portefeuille de produits innovants en Immuno-Oncologie dans un marché en pleine mutation.
Poste :
- Chargé de la gestion et du suivi des projets opérationnels en soutien de l’équipe marketing,
- Réaliser et valider des outils de promotion dans le respect des contraintes réglementaires et juridiques (Visite numérique, remis, fiche posologique…)
- Participer à la construction de programmes éducationnels,
- Analyse, réalisation et suivi des opérations clients (programmes RPs, staff, congrès...),
- Implication dans l'organisation des séminaires de la force de vente,
- Suivi de la formation des délégués,
- Travail en étroite collaboration avec les différents acteurs, en externe et en interne, pour assister l’équipe marketing sur les dossiers en cours : Ventes / Marketing Opérationnel / Médical / Affaires Réglementaires / Relations Externes / Communication Interne & Externe/ Juridique / Formation / Achats / Prestataires

Profil requis pour le poste :
- Double formation scientifique (médecin, pharmacien, scientifique, vétérinaire...) + 3ème cycle Marketing ou formation type ESC,
- Intérêt pour la science et le monde de la santé,
- Intérêt pour l’accès au marché de produits pharmaceutiques,
- Autonomie, rigueur, sens de l'initiative, force de proposition, bon relationnel,
- Dynamique, esprit d’équipe, curiosité, implication,
