The Senior Clinical Scientist reports through the Clinical Science function which provides scientific expertise necessary to design and deliver clinical studies and programs.
Position Summary / Objective
Responsible for implementation, planning, and execution of assigned clinical trial activities. Serves as Clinical Trial Lead for one or more trials
Successfully leads, plans, and executes trial level activities for multiple trials with minimal to moderate level of supervision
Provides scientific and clinical leadership to team of supporting Clinical Scientists (matrix leadership)
Co-Leads study team meetings in partnership with GDO protocol manager; and collaborate with cross functional study team members
May support clinical development planning (collaboration with Clinical Development Lead/Clinical Trial Physician for provision and analysis of data to support future planning)
Position Responsibilities
Maintain a thorough understanding of assigned protocols and protocol requirements; educate supporting team members
Plan and lead the implementation all study startup/conduct/close-out activities as applicable
Evaluate innovative trial designs (collaboration with Medical Monitor/Clinical Development Lead)
Protocol and ICF development process with minimal guidance; including writing, reviewing, adjudication/resolution of cross functional comments and ensuring high clinical quality (collaboration with Medical Writing)
Site-facing activities such as training and serving as primary contact for clinical questions
Activities related to data generation and validation, including CRF design, clinical data review/query resolution; ensure consistent, quality data review by supporting CS team
Clinical data trend identification; provide trends and escalate questions to Medical Monitor
Develop clinical narrative plan; review clinical narratives
Provision of information required by Protocol Manager for development of trial budget, CRO scope of work, etc.
Review development of site and CRA training materials and presentation at SIV and Investigator meetings and support on Study committee (e.g., DMC) activities
Drafting/review and validation of clinical study reports (CSRs) and clinical portions of Regulatory Documents (e.g., IB, DSUR, regulatory responses)
Collaborate and serve as primary liaison between external partners for scientific advice
Degree Requirements
Degree in Life Sciences (MD, PhD, Pharm D, MS, RN or other scientific field preferred)
Experience Requirements
5+ years of experience in clinical science, clinical research, or equivalent
Proficient knowledge of GCP/ICH, drug development process, study design, statistics, clinical operations
Proficient knowledge and skills to support program specific data review, trend identification, data interpretation
Knowledge of the establishment and operation of data monitoring committees, dose review teams, and independent response adjudication committees

Position Summary
The TAS is a critical role in our unique customer model to execute the BMS aspiration to be the BioPharma that delivers the most impactful engagement with Health Care Providers (HCPs), driving adoption of new and existing medicines for appropriate patients.
The primary role of the TAS is to drive demand for BMS medicines within their portfolio for the appropriate patients. To meet the HCPs expectations, the TAS engages them with a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper scientific dialogue on and consistent with label, leveraging new ways of working and CE^3.
The role builds and maintains strong professional credibility with regional thought leaders (RTLs) and community-based physicians/HCPs in private practice, medical groups practices, office staff, and other stakeholders in the patient care continuum as their primary point of contact.
The TAS liaises with other BMS functions as needed to deliver an overall higher Customer Experience (Cx) – by meeting HCP needs in a timely and scientific manner. Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Promotion
- Promotes approved indications of BMS products and the launch of KarXT (xanomeline-trospium) within a defined territory or region to meet or exceed assigned sales targets in a compliant manner.
- Creates demand for BMS medicines by articulating in a balanced manner the clinical and scientific rationale for use of products in appropriate patients.
- Engages with and continuously maintains/grows a high level of scientific expertise in all assigned products and therapeutic areas.
- Prepares and successfully implements comprehensive territory and account plans.
- Proactively uses available tools such as CE^3 (once implemented) to derive insights and to dynamically inform call plans. Provides feedback on experience using these tools to leadership to enable continuous improvement.
Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue
- Demonstrates scientific expertise and passion in using approved scientific resources and publications to present information to HCPs and ensures medical accuracy.
- Conducts in-office presentations (e.g., lunch and learns) and discusses product-related scientific information with HCPs that is consistent with label.
- Organizes external speaker programs, selecting speakers from list approved by Speakers Bureau and facilitating scheduling and logistics.
- Maintains a high level of working expertise on emerging data for approved indications.
- Engages real-time medical support through Medical on Call to reactively answer unsolicited questions and complex technical inquiries.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Proactively collaborates with other field teams to ensure the best Customer Experience (Cx) for HCPs.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or preferred 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience as healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately and convincingly to help physicians best serve their patients.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong credibility with key customers, office staff, and others in the customer influence network via a customer-centric mindset and desire to create positive and differentiated Customer Experience (Cx).
- Experience in Neuropsychiatry is preferred.
- Demonstrated strong capability in account management skill sets, superior selling competencies, and proven sales performance track record of meeting or exceeding goals.

The starting compensation for this job is a range from $132,000 -$155,000 plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility). Position Summary

Portfolio Promotion
- Promotes approved indications of BMS products and the launch of KarXT (xanomeline-trospium) within a defined territory or region to meet or exceed assigned sales targets in a compliant manner.
- Creates demand for BMS medicines by articulating in a balanced manner the clinical and scientific rationale for use of products in appropriate patients.

Required Qualifications & Experience

The molecular genomics Sr. Scientist role is responsible for developing molecular assays and generation of research use genomics data in support of BMS clinical trial analysis. This includes but is not limited to responsibility for genomics and gene expression profiling (GEP) biomarker assay technology/ platform selection, evaluation of in-house or vendor choice per assay use requirements, development, optimization, qualification/validation and/or execution of biomarker analysis for BMS translational medicine and clinical programs.
The Sr. Scientist candidate must have a strong technical background in PCR and NGS-based genomics and transcriptomics and its application in clinical programs, specific requirements are listed below:
- This position is 100% lab focused requiring onsite attendance.
- The individual is expected to work on multiple projects to support translational medicine and clinical programs.
- The individual works on genomics/transcriptomics strategy (assay, platform) per program requirements, protocol requirements, program biology and mechanism. Assays include but are not limited to broad genomic/GEP profiling, pharmacodynamic assays, target engagement assays, predictive, prognostic assays and technology platform development.
- Assay design and development: Develop the framework for assay development, qualification/validation protocols and timely, well-planned execution of assay and clinical analysis working with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the individual is expected to help assist with any troubleshooting of any assay performance-related activities. As an individual contributor operating within a matrix organization would facilitate the design, develop, optimize genomics and genetics biomarker assays and develop and execute the qualification/validation of these assays for clinical trial assays in house and/or potentially with external vendors.
- Key assay profiles likely to include NGS or PCR based gene expression systems, genotyping or variant analysis utilizing NGS or PCR or other methodologies.
- Evaluation of emerging technologies including new prep kits and developing expertise in assay methodology.
- A significant part of time will be spent overseeing assay/workflow development and generation/analysis of qualification/validation data. A strong understanding of assay development and fit for purpose assay qualification requirements will be essential.
- In case of outsourced studies, the individual will provide subject matter expertise and oversight of assay development and execution of sample analysis including review of QC data, working in tandem with the TS&Dx Project Management team and other enabling cross-functional teams.
- Drafts experimental plans, including qualification protocols and reports, work instructions/SOPs, technology transfer documents, and study reports or summaries.
- Actively participate in internal/external collaboration and clinical study and biomarker execution teams as appropriate.
- Providing subject matter expertise for functional lead stakeholders as required.
- Accurate record keeping of experiments and procedures.
- Act as a technology evangelist and help assess (including conducting due diligence and pilot projects to assess feasibility) and onboard relevant technologies working with matrixed teams per program requirements.

- Provide mentorship and leadership within the MAD lab team.
- Work to develop a lean organization with highly efficient genomics processes and best practices.

- Expertise, in-depth hands-on experience is expected in genomics platforms (NGS, qPCR, variant analysis platforms) for assay development, qualification/validation, troubleshooting, and reviewing run QC data.
- Experience with additional technologies leveraged for ctDNA analysis and GEP analysis is considered a critical requirement for this role.
- Understanding of fit for purpose genomics assay validation principles for clinical assays.
- Expertise in serving as subject matter expert on technology specific data structure, data analysis, data QC in working with data analysis team and biostatistics teams.

The Associate Director of Legal Entity Reporting is an integral part of the GPS Controllers team and plays a pivotal role in supporting the overall GPS Legal Entity financial planning, analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities
- Train, lead, and perform quality control for a team of Contract Facilitators.
- Create training materials in collaboration with Contract Legal Support (CLS), leveraging a deep knowledge of contract terms and conditions and negotiation best practices, and BMS Standard Operating Procedures.
- Confidently facilitate, including negotiating, highly complex contract types in collaboration with internal stakeholders and CLS ae required by BMS SOPs and escalation protocols.
- Coordinate with functions and stakeholders across BMS to ensure timely, compliant, and effective facilitation of contracts.
- Maintain awareness of pre-contracting steps, including underlying BMS policies and procedures related to the contracts and the contracted activities within scope.
- Act as the first escalation point on substantive contracting related questions and team related questions for the team.
- Appropriately document systems and processes, including collaborating with CLS to ensure relevant tools (such as playbooks) and contract templates are up to date.
- Make recommendations for continuous improvement with standardization, process simplification, and automation to elevate the customer experience.
- Grow and develop an evolving customer focused organization internally and externally.
- Assess and analyze data to report SLA, KPIs, and other team performance metrics to support execution of long-term business plans and growth and share with Pod Leads to drive business decisions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years prior experience with legal and contracting within the pharma/biotech/CRO industry and team leadership required.
- Excellent understanding of pharma contracting, compliance, and policies relevant to the services within the remit of the role.
- Proven leadership success and demonstrated ability to work and influence within a matrix structure.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and diplomacy to convey information and influence others with a strong customer focus.
- Proven ability to engage teams and inspire them to sustain high levels of performance in a constantly changing environment.

The Director will be the clinical lead to progress early clinical assets from first-in-human through proof-of-concept and will prepare the clinical development plan, design clinical trials and lead the clinical development team. Position Summary
The TAS is a critical role in our unique customer model to execute the BMS aspiration to be the BioPharma that delivers the most impactful engagement with Health Care Providers (HCPs), driving adoption of new and existing medicines for appropriate patients.
The primary role of the TAS is to drive demand for BMS medicines within their portfolio for the appropriate patients. To meet the HCPs expectations, the TAS engages them with a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper scientific dialogue on and consistent with label, leveraging new ways of working and CE^3.
The role builds and maintains strong professional credibility with regional thought leaders (RTLs) and community-based physicians/HCPs in private practice, medical groups practices, office staff, and other stakeholders in the patient care continuum as their primary point of contact.
The TAS liaises with other BMS functions as needed to deliver an overall higher Customer Experience (Cx) – by meeting HCP needs in a timely and scientific manner. Required Qualifications & Experience
Advanced scientific degree and/or preferred 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience as healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse.

The Manager, Senior Engineer I role is responsible for supporting the production of personalized cell therapy products at Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) for both global clinical trials and commercial supply in collaboration with the US-based External Manufacturing GMSAT team.
Potential areas of responsibility include (a) providing day-to-day manufacturing support, (b) leading manufacturing investigations pertaining to the process control strategy and associated elements, (c) managing multidisciplinary projects aimed at improving the process and/or drug product life cycle sustainability, (d) managing CPV and process monitoring program, and (e) support development and lifecycle management of MBR, MES, and/or eBR. Cross-functional collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) from the Development Group, Manufacturing Group, Supply Chain Group, and Quality group is essential to ensuring technical support is delivered to a rapidly growing CAR-T manufacturing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Function as technology and process SME.
- Provide on the floor or remote real-time troubleshooting and technical process support for ongoing manufacturing activities when needed.
- Lead deviation investigations utilizing root cause analysis tools and identify appropriate Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPAs), ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Author product impact assessments to support investigations.
- Review and approve manufacturing batch records, change controls, and deviations authored by the CMO.
- Execute process change implementation at CMO in accordance with the overall lifecycle plan for the product.
- Support change initiatives by working with technical and quality teams at CMO to evaluate and implement process improvements.
- Ensure the manufacturing process is in a state of control through the understanding of Continued Process Verification (CPV) data.
- Perform and support data monitoring of manufacturing processes to understand process capability, resolve production issues, and troubleshoot investigation-driven events.
- Author risk assessments, study protocols, and technical reports and revise process documents as needed to support technology transfer and process changes.
- Assist with revisions of the content of technical documentation (e.g. investigations, changes, SOPs and batch records).
- Leverage and maintain strong relationships with CMOs and their vendors, peers, and stakeholders.
- Support health authority and/or internal inspections.
- Interact with other teams including Technical Product Team, Validation, Development, Operations, QA and Regulatory.
- Participate on project teams to help prepare project schedules, execute technical projects and develop presentations to disseminate results to project stakeholders and senior management.
- This position requires up to 10% of travel
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in science or engineering.
- Eight (8) or more years of manufacturing support or related experience in the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Mastery of SOPs andcGMPs and the know-how to work and manage within a regulatory environment.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma projects, Cellular therapies, process validation, in-depth manufacturing systems is strongly preferred.
- Experience with regulatory agency inspections and regulatory responses is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work in cross-functional teams, meet deadlines, and prioritize multiple projects.
- Knowledge of cGMPs and multi-national biopharmaceutical regulations. Cell therapy experience is a major plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with single-use technologies, closed systems, and cold chain/cryogenic technologies.
