As part of the commercial organization, the Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) is a trusted clinical expert responsible for developing professional relationships and educating key Health Care Professionals (HCP) involved in the care of patients receiving BMS hematology products in a defined geography.
Please Note: Incumbents must reside either within the Territories advertised or within 40 minute drive of the Territories advertised.
- The primary role of the CNC is to drive peer to peer interactions with customers that optimize patient outcomes by delivering end-to-end clinical exchanges that clarify the complexities of patient identification and management.
- The purpose of these interactions is to deliver a continuum of clinical education and support that address the needs of HCPs starting or continuing patients on BMS hematology medicines, optimizing patient management and duration of treatment. CNCs also educate on unmet disease needs and discuss the current treatment landscape for these patient populations. CNC interactions are aligned with on-label commercial strategies and the needs expressed by customers.
- CNCs develop relationships with hematology focused Patient Support Groups for the purpose of presenting approved presentations that address specific patient education needs identified by the group leader.
- CNCs are viewed as clinical experts by their customers for the BMS hematology portfolio and are responsible for REBLOZYL (MDS), ONUREG (AML), POMALYST & REVLIMID (MM), ABECMA & BREYANZI (CAR-T). Product responsibilities may change based on franchise and business needs.
Customer Focus
- Develop and maintain relationships with academic and community HCPs within assigned geography to provide on-label clinical and product education for BMS hematology products. The CNC will use various channels for interactions (1:1, group presentations, remote, etc.) while utilizing on-label approved marketing materials.
- Actively assess the treatment and patient management landscape by meeting with HCPs to understand their needs and current patient management processes/protocols.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using available on-label CNC resources and presentations. Effectively utilize platform skills for presenting information to HCPs and be able to respond to questions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local procedures, ethical and legal guidelines and directives.
- Consistently evaluate the impact of CNC activities in an account and plan for follow-up or next steps.
- Respond and adapt quickly to support new and ongoing educational gaps or other customer needs.
- Actively monitor CNC dashboard & account data, adjusting activities and business plans to meet goals and objectives.
- Continuously seek to increase knowledge of treatment landscape, product attributes and disease states. Actively prepare to address the educational needs of customers.
Provide Clinical Expertise
- In collaboration with sales partners, deliver on-label promotional speaker programs to HCP customers in approved out of office settings.
- In collaboration with sales partners, deliver on-label promotional in-services for HCP customers.
- Provide product demonstrations and infusion support for CAR T sites starting new patients.
- Support initial and ongoing clinical/disease area and product specific training to internal stakeholders (e.g. Commercial, Value Access & Payment).
- Participate in assigned Medical Congress activities.
- Share clinical insights and patient management experiences internally to support franchise strategy.
Commercial Planning and Execution
- Adopt account business planning approach and contribute to cross-functional business plans.
- Collaborate with peers and cross-functional partners to successfully execute Hematology franchise performance goals and metrics.
- Assist with the development of clinically meaningful CNC programs/projects in line with commercial strategies and plans.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- APP (DNP, APRN, NP, CNS) or MSN or BSN, minimum of 5 years clinical experience in a Hematology/Oncology Disease Area.
- Nurse Educator experience within the bio/pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Current active Nursing or PA licensure
- Clinical depth within Hematology and Cell Therapy including AML, Lymphoma, MDS, and Myeloma

Essential Qualifications

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated MES Infrastructure and Platform Administrator to join our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) team. As the MES Infrastructure and Platform Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of our Emerson Syncade MES platform and infrastructure. You will execute platform and infrastructure upgrade projects, develop Quality Review Manager (QRM), labels, and reports, and provide training to new MES resources and end users. Additionally, you will be part of a rotational on-call support team for manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the Emerson Syncade MES platform and infrastructure, including user access management, system configurations, and security settings.
- Execute Emerson Syncade MES platform and infrastructure upgrade projects, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to manufacturing operations.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Emerson Syncade MES technology platform to support investigations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Execute Quality Review Manager (QRM), labels, and reports development projects within the Emerson Syncade MES system.
- Utilize tools such as Infobatch and Bartender application for labeling and reporting.
- Create and maintain the MES Platform Administration framework, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Deliver training on the Emerson Syncade MES platform to new MES resources and end users, ensuring their proficiency in utilizing the system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as FDA regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines, during system changes and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Emerson Syncade MES system functionality and data integrity, working closely with IT and vendor support teams.
- Provide rotational on-call support for manufacturing operations, addressing urgent system issues and ensuring minimal disruption to production.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in MES systems, providing recommendations for system optimization and process improvements.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and align MES system capabilities with business requirements.
- Knowledge of industry standard integration protocols and programming applications such as OPC, ODBC, SQL, and Web API.
- SQL Server Administration and SQL programming.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in Emerson Syncade MES platform administration, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Strong knowledge of Emerson Syncade MES system, including administration, configuration, and user access management.
- Experience in executing Emerson Syncade MES platform and infrastructure upgrade projects.
- Proficiency in Quality Review Manager (QRM), labels, and reports development within the Emerson Syncade MES system.
- Experience with Infobatch and Bartender application for labeling and reporting.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements, such as FDA regulations and GMP guidelines, in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.

The Quality Assurance Specialist position plays a key role in supporting the cGMP quality operations for the Bothell Manufacturing Plant (Jump). Primary Responsibilities include the review of cGMP Controlled Documents such as SOPs, specifications, completed batch records, material disposition, and manages implementation of required changes to meet cGMP and internal standards. This role directly supports Jump’s release for infusion (RFI) timeline from the date of manufacture and will support all activities for routine clinical and commercial product release at Jump with an emphasis on supporting Manufacturing with a Quality perspective within a regulated cGMP environment. The primary focus of the QA Specialist role will be to support routine clinical and commercial production to ensure consistent compliance with regulatory and industry expectations. Assist the QA department in maintaining the Quality focused culture at Jump by ensuring documentation is complete, accurate and that batch records are executed in accordance with approved and effective standard operating procedures and specifications.
Shift Available:
Wednesday – Saturday, Onsite 9 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.
Responsibilities:
Review executed batch records to ensure compliance with approved procedures and communicate and resolve discrepancies with manufacturing operators or supervisors.
Conduct Quality on the Floor activities including quality walk-throughs of the production, testing and warehouse locations.
Provide Quality support to Manufacturing personnel on the floor; provide guidance during GMP events and initiation of deviation investigations.
Review deviations, product non-conformities, and GMP investigations to ensure adequate resolution and compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
May own department events and minor deviations.
Support the batch disposition process by ensuring that all required documents are accurately and properly completed, including all batch related deviations.
Oversee manufacturing operations during patient material receipt and drug product pack out.
May support internal and external audits, including documenting observations and implementation of corresponding CAPAs.
Lead small scope projects as assigned.
Revise Standard operating Procedures as needed.
May train and mentor junior team members.
Knowledge & Skills:
Hands-on experience with batch record review and product disposition.
Strong computer skills with Word and Excel and other electronic manufacturing systems.
Detail oriented team player with effective planning, organization, time management and execution skills.
Proven experience working on teams where combined contribution, collaboration, and results were expected.
Must exercise accurate judgment and be able to evaluate information critically and decide upon appropriate course of action.
Ability to work in a high paced team environment.
Strong written and verbal skills.
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant science or engineering discipline is preferred. Minimum of Associate's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cGMP facility.
Minimum of 1 year of experience with writing or approving deviations.
Minimum of 1 year of experience with technical writing and routing documents to approval.
Minimum of 1 year of experience with batch record review.
Preferred Requirements:
Experience in FDA/EMA regulations in biopharmaceuticals or cell therapy manufacturing.
Experience with use of complex research techniques and methodologies like six sigma and Kaizen to improve process/product quality is preferred.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; bend; stretch; use hands and fingers, with various manipulations; reach with hands and arms; and effectively communicate with others in the workplace, including the ability to make and promptly respond to audible cues and warnings.
May Work in areas that may have strong magnets.
May work in areas with exposure to vapor phase liquid nitrogen and other chemicals.
Must be able to gown per requirements to enter manufacturing space.
Will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and other clean room garments daily. This may include, but not limited to safety shoes, safety glasses, aprons, face shields, lab coats, full body gowns, hairnets, gloves, and hearing protection.
The starting compensation for this job is a range from $69,000 to $86,000, plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility).
The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed.
Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.

Position Summary
The TAS is a critical role in our unique customer model to execute the BMS aspiration to be the BioPharma that delivers the most impactful engagement with Health Care Providers (HCPs), driving adoption of new and existing medicines for appropriate patients.
The primary role of the TAS is to drive demand for BMS medicines within their portfolio for the appropriate patients. To meet the HCPs expectations, the TAS engages them with a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper scientific dialogue on and consistent with label, leveraging new ways of working and CE^3.
The role builds and maintains strong professional credibility with regional thought leaders (RTLs) and community-based physicians/HCPs in private practice, medical groups practices, office staff, and other stakeholders in the patient care continuum as their primary point of contact.
The TAS liaises with other BMS functions as needed to deliver an overall higher Customer Experience (Cx) – by meeting HCP needs in a timely and scientific manner. This role will prioritize the safe and appropriate use of BMS products while also focusing on overall business results and performance objectives while exemplifying BMS values.
The TAS role is field-based. A TAS is anticipated to spend 100% of their time in the field with external customers.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Promotion
Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory or region to meet or exceed assigned sales targets in a compliant manner.
Creates demand for BMS medicines by articulating in a balanced manner the clinical and scientific rationale for use of products in appropriate patients.
Engages with and continuously maintains/grows a high level of scientific expertise in all assigned products and therapeutic areas.
Prepares and successfully implements comprehensive territory and account plans.
Proactively uses available tools such as CE^3 (once implemented) to derive insights and to dynamically inform call plans. Provides feedback on experience using these tools to leadership to enable continuous improvement.
Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue
Demonstrates scientific expertise and passion in using approved scientific resources and publications to present information to HCPs and ensures medical accuracy.
- Conducts in-office presentations (e.g., lunch and learns) and discusses product-related scientific information with HCPs that is consistent with label.
Organizes external speaker programs, selecting speakers from list approved by Speakers Bureau and facilitating scheduling and logistics.
Maintains a high level of working expertise on emerging data for approved indications.
Engages real-time medical support through Medical on Call to reactively answer unsolicited questions and complex technical inquiries.
Cross-functional collaboration
Proactively collaborates with other field teams to ensure the best Customer Experience (Cx) for HCPs.
Gathers and shares relevant insights and information internally with the appropriate stakeholders to enable BMS to better serve its customers.
Complies with all laws, regulations, and policies that govern the conduct of BMS.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Advanced scientific degree and/or preferred 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience as healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse.
Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately and convincingly to help physicians best serve their patients.
Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong credibility with key customers, office staff, and others in the customer influence network via a customer-centric mindset and desire to create positive and differentiated Customer Experience (Cx).
Experience in Oncology required.
Demonstrated strong capability in account management skill sets, superior selling competencies, and proven sales performance track record of meeting or exceeding goals.

The Senior Manager supports the successful qualification of laboratory, clinical and commercial manufacturing systems to support operations at a multi-product site (Biologics / Cell Therapy) through interaction with internal team members and peer‐level customers as well as external service providers.

Position Summary
The TAS is a critical role in our unique customer model to execute the BMS aspiration to be the BioPharma that delivers the most impactful engagement with Health Care Providers (HCPs), driving adoption of new and existing medicines for appropriate patients.
The primary role of the TAS is to drive demand for BMS medicines within their portfolio for the appropriate patients. To meet the HCPs expectations, the TAS engages them with a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper scientific dialogue on and consistent with label, leveraging new ways of working and CE^3.
The role builds and maintains strong professional credibility with regional thought leaders (RTLs) and community-based physicians/HCPs in private practice, medical groups practices, office staff, and other stakeholders in the patient care continuum as their primary point of contact.
The TAS liaises with other BMS functions as needed to deliver an overall higher Customer Experience (Cx) – by meeting HCP needs in a timely and scientific manner. This role will prioritize the safe and appropriate use of BMS products while also focusing on overall business results and performance objectives while exemplifying BMS values.
The TAS role is field-based. A TAS is anticipated to spend 100% of their time in the field with external customers.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Promotion
- Promotes approved indications of BMS products and the launch of KarXT (xanomeline-trospium) within a defined territory or region to meet or exceed assigned sales targets in a compliant manner.
- Creates demand for BMS medicines by articulating in a balanced manner the clinical and scientific rationale for use of products in appropriate patients.
- Engages with and continuously maintains/grows a high level of scientific expertise in all assigned products and therapeutic areas.
- Prepares and successfully implements comprehensive territory and account plans.
- Proactively uses available tools such as CE^3 (once implemented) to derive insights and to dynamically inform call plans. Provides feedback on experience using these tools to leadership to enable continuous improvement.
Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue
- Demonstrates scientific expertise and passion in using approved scientific resources and publications to present information to HCPs and ensures medical accuracy.
- Conducts in-office presentations (e.g., lunch and learns) and discusses product-related scientific information with HCPs that is consistent with label.
- Organizes external speaker programs, selecting speakers from list approved by Speakers Bureau and facilitating scheduling and logistics.
- Maintains a high level of working expertise on emerging data for approved indications.
- Engages real-time medical support through Medical on Call to reactively answer unsolicited questions and complex technical inquiries.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Proactively collaborates with other field teams to ensure the best Customer Experience (Cx) for HCPs.
- Gathers and shares relevant insights and information internally with the appropriate stakeholders to enable BMS to better serve its customers.
Complies with all laws, regulations, and policies that govern the conduct of BMS.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or preferred 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience as healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately and convincingly to help physicians best serve their patients.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong credibility with key customers, office staff, and others in the customer influence network via a customer-centric mindset and desire to create positive and differentiated Customer Experience (Cx).
- Experience in Neuropsychiatry is preferred.
- Demonstrated strong capability in account management skill sets, superior selling competencies, and proven sales performance track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively cross-functionally with a positive team mindset and can-do attitude.
- Strong selling and promotional skills proven through a track record of performance.
