Position Summary
The TAS is a critical role in our unique customer model to execute the BMS aspiration to be the BioPharma that delivers the most impactful engagement with Health Care Providers (HCPs), driving adoption of new and existing medicines for appropriate patients.
The primary role of the TAS is to drive demand for BMS medicines within their portfolio for the appropriate patients. To meet the HCPs expectations, the TAS engages them with a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper scientific dialogue on and consistent with label, leveraging new ways of working and CE^3.
The role builds and maintains strong professional credibility with regional thought leaders (RTLs) and community-based physicians/HCPs in private practice, medical groups practices, office staff, and other stakeholders in the patient care continuum as their primary point of contact.
The TAS liaises with other BMS functions as needed to deliver an overall higher Customer Experience (Cx) – by meeting HCP needs in a timely and scientific manner. This role will prioritize the safe and appropriate use of BMS products while also focusing on overall business results and performance objectives while exemplifying BMS values.
The TAS role is field-based. A TAS is anticipated to spend 100% of their time in the field with external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Promotion
- Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory or region to meet or exceed assigned sales targets in a compliant manner.
- Creates demand for BMS medicines by articulating in a balanced manner the clinical and scientific rationale for use of products in appropriate patients.
- Engages with and continuously maintains/grows a high level of scientific expertise in all assigned products and therapeutic areas.
- Prepares and successfully implements comprehensive territory and account plans.
- Proactively uses available tools such as CE^3 (once implemented) to derive insights and to dynamically inform call plans. Provides feedback on experience using these tools to leadership to enable continuous improvement.
- Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue
- Demonstrates scientific expertise and passion in using approved scientific resources and publications to present information to HCPs and ensures medical accuracy.
- Conducts in-office presentations (e.g., lunch and learns) and discusses product-related scientific information with HCPs that is consistent with label.
- Organizes external speaker programs, selecting speakers from list approved by Speakers Bureau and facilitating scheduling and logistics.
- Maintains a high level of working expertise on emerging data for approved indications.
- Engages real-time medical support through Medical on Call to reactively answer unsolicited questions and complex technical inquiries.
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Proactively collaborates with other field teams to ensure the best Customer Experience (Cx) for HCPs.
- Gathers and shares relevant insights and information internally with the appropriate stakeholders to enable BMS to better serve its customers.
- Complies with all laws, regulations, and policies that govern the conduct of BMS.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or preferred 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience as healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately and convincingly to help physicians best serve their patients.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong credibility with key customers, office staff, and others in the customer influence network via a customer-centric mindset and desire to create positive and differentiated Customer Experience (Cx).
- Experience in Dermatology is preferred.
- Demonstrated strong capability in account management skill sets, superior selling competencies, and proven sales performance track record of meeting or exceeding goals.

The starting compensation for this job is a range from $132,000 -$155,000 plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility). The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed. The Cell Therapy Digital Platform (CTDP) is a collection of heavily integrated processes and IT systems to enable the vein-to-vein patient treatment process.
Patient Operations Senior Functional Analyst will be responsible to drive requirements analysis for technical capabilities required by the Global Patient Operations Team (GPO). This person will also be responsible to drive strong business relationships with GPO and cross functional business leads and support enablement of digital capabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Work collaboratively with POSI team to manage relationships and expectations.
- Work closely with the IT BPs to plan GPS releases and roadmap.
- Support IT Road mapping exercise with IT BPs and business stakeholders
- Responsible for user stories and requirement analysis in Jira and participate in grooming session as needed.
- Assign user stories to functional analysts and ensure its completed on time
- Lead planning efforts for releases and ensure requirements are adequately documented and per agreed upon timelines
- Participate in requirements and design sessions with cross functional teams as a Global Patient Services (GPS)functional SME.
- Work closely with the (GPS) technical architect and delivery team to hand off requirements and provide explanation as needed
- Own functional verification of defects as needed
- Collaborate with BMS Hyderabad team on user stories, requirements clarification, in-sprint refinement, sprint demos.

- Salesforce and Integration defect triage and helping technical resources on defect management.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Requires advanced knowledge applicable to a wide range of work in own function and thorough knowledge of other functions, typically gained through a university degree and 7-8 years of experience. Demonstrates mastery in area of specialization/responsibility.

Position Summary
This position, within the Privacy function of the Compliance and Ethics group at Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS), will conduct regulatory intelligence, draft and update privacy policies and procedures, lead the development of a privacy compliance risk assessment framework, and support the demonstration of accountability with BMS’ Privacy Program, including its Binding Corporate Rules and any other transfer mechanisms, privacy standards codes of conduct and certifications. This role requires a blend of privacy knowledge and compliance expertise to provide timely, pragmatic, and solution-oriented advice while balancing the need to safeguard sensitive information and enable business innovation and growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry and a passion for championing privacy principles throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Regulatory Intelligence: Monitor and analyze emerging global and U.S. privacy laws, significant case law, and new guidance from supervisory and data privacy authorities to identify impactful requirements on company operations. Develop a communication framework to effectively inform the organization of relevant legal developments. Participate in Training & Awareness activities by developing materials and conducting training to BMS employees. Provide support to the Data Risk Office and relevant stakeholders in the enhancement of Privacy Program related activities to address the new requirements.
- Privacy Policies and Procedures: Draft and revise the BMS’ Privacy Policies and Procedures. Identify non-privacy policies and procedures that include embedded privacy requirements, ensuring they comply with current privacy standards. Propose and implement necessary updates to privacy policies and procedures and facilitate alignment with regulatory expectations.
- Privacy Compliance Risk Assessments: Identify key areas requiring assessment and establish criteria for evaluating privacy risks. Support the development of a privacy compliance risk assessment framework by outlining the methodology, timing, and focus areas. Create a privacy risk assessment template with clear criteria and measurement standards. Evaluate assessment responses and collaborate with the Compliance team to determine risk scores. Collaborate with the Data Risk Office and relevant stakeholders in identifying and enhancing program controls to increase effectiveness of the privacy program and to further mitigate privacy risks.
- Privacy Standards, BCR Monitoring and Compliance Support: In close collaboration with the European Data Protection Officer, support evaluation and enhancement of internal compliance mechanisms to demonstrate adherence to BMS’ Binding Corporate Rules (BCRs), GDPR and any other privacy related standard, code of conduct, transfer mechanism or certification that BMS adheres to. Monitor BCR compliance, recommend improvements, and maintain detailed documentation of data processing activities, risk assessments, impact assessments, and compliance measures.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with legal, compliance, IT, security, and other stakeholders to align privacy initiatives with broader business objectives and ensure a coordinated approach to privacy risk management. Serve as a trusted advisor on privacy compliance matters and provide regular updates on privacy-related developments and initiatives.
- Other Duties and Responsibilities: Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned, including tasks that may arise to support the overall goals and objectives of the Privacy function and the Compliance and Ethics group.
Key Competencies
- Candidate should have a law degree and a minimum of 5 years of legal experience, preferably at another pharmaceutical company, a research institution, or with a law firm that advises pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical research institutions.
- Candidate should have functional knowledge of emerging US privacy laws especially CCPA, WMHMDA, and GDPR with demonstrated experience in identifying and communicating impact of emerging legislation on business operations.
- CIPP/CIPM/CIPT certification (or equivalent) preferred.
- Candidate must have strong analytical skills to identify, assess, and mitigate privacy risks, ensuring the comprehensive development of a privacy compliance risk assessment framework.
- Candidate should have experience working with the technology department to support and provide advice with respect to integrating privacy requirements into technological processes and systems.

Position Summary
The TAS is a critical role in our unique customer model to execute the BMS aspiration to be the BioPharma that delivers the most impactful engagement with Health Care Providers (HCPs), driving adoption of new and existing medicines for appropriate patients.
The primary role of the TAS is to drive demand for BMS medicines within their portfolio for the appropriate patients. Position Summary
The Brand Lead is the CEO of a product portfolio, who integrates across functions/ customer types to deliver on Brand objectives with an enterprise mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Owns holistic brand strategy & imperatives across all stakeholders; provides tactical oversight for brand team members.
- Leads a cross-functional team across Commercial, Access, Medical, and enabling functions, and is responsible for establishing compliant, shared set of brand objectives.
- Owns the E2E HCP and Patient journey from omnichannel strategy to execution.
- Integrates insights from advanced analytics models and market research to create tailored omnichannel strategies.
- Collaborates with Access and Medical teams to translate insights into Brand strategic imperatives.

- Leverages omnichannel capabilities and rapid, personalized content creation process to enhance customer experience and engagement.
- Accountable for fully loaded P&L and owns decision on how the budget is used for cross-functional team resourcing/capabilities (within the archetyping framework), (e.g., functional mix and capability needs, FTE v. non-FTE budget)
- Drives dynamic resource allocation (i.e., ability to make a business case to adjust budget) to meet brand / DA objectives over time.
- Provides input to BI&A teams on development of advanced analytics and uses them to inform/ refine brand strategies and understand brand performance.
- Actively participates in cross-functional calibration sessions and provides input (on objectives and compliant performance feedback) to functional managers for performance reviews of Medical Lead (& associated teams), Access Strategy Lead (& associated teams) and OCS
Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced Degree preferred (MS, PhD, or MBA)
- 5+ years of relevant therapeutic area experience
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical experience, with commercial experience preferred.
- 1+ years of people management experience, preferred.
- 5+ years of experience managing a brand or a portfolio of brands in different points of their life cycle (launch, grow, mature)
- Experience launching new products or new indications.
- Leadership and commercial experience in Puerto Rico markets strongly desired.
- Success in effectively communicating and influencing decisions with senior management.
- Ability to "flex" across different types of cultures, work, complexities, business situations and proven ability to work with matrix partners.
- Understanding of regulatory policies and impact of public relations (Market or region preferred).

The Chief Boiler Engineer will provide people leadership to the facility & plant engineering department. The Chief Boiler Engineer has the working knowledge of utility systems and leadership skills to drive performance. Is an advocate of designing for reliability, maintainability and operability, and other end-to-end processes associated to Reliability Engineering. Partner with other functions to improve the overall engineering process. In some instances, manage other project engineers in the execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Checks, inspects and monitors various types of machinery, equipment and systems such as steam distribution and condensate return systems (steam traps, condensate receivers and piping), heat control panels, heat exchangers, safety valves and gauges, low water cut-outs and/or steam pressure reducing stations, gas and fuel oil delivery systems, etc., to ensure the boiler plant is operated in a safe, efficient and pollution-free manner
Coordinate repairs, overhauls and maintains machinery and equipment by replacing burners, motors, pumps and compressors.
Cleans and maintains work areas, plant machinery and equipment to ensure the safety and efficiency of plant operations, including but not limited to: painting floors and equipment, as well as suction and discharge oil strainers, burners, boilers and pumps
Respond to emergencies and breakdowns by the following: evaluating equipment or systems problems; identifying problems with systems covered under service contract and informing the appropriate contractor; determining what repairs are necessary and taking corrective action; deciding when to shut down equipment or systems; transferring from automatic to manual operation; and by operating the power plant when other systems fail to ensure uninterrupted service
Performs related functions such as inspecting operating systems on a regular basis and identifying and reporting faulty equipment; calibrating pneumatic temperature and pressure controls systems; making entries in logs or other records of fuel consumption, temperatures, etc.; reviewing blueprints, technical manuals or other specialized material; adjusting heat levels according to outside temperatures; identifying work-related problems noted by personnel; responding to complaints; interpreting laws and codes and assessing their applicability to plant operations; attending training programs; and setting work or repair priorities

Knowledge & Skill:
A minimum of 5-8 years relevant experience working in manufacturing or power plant settings.
Possession of a Second Class or higher Stationary Engineers license, based on the standards established by the Massachusetts Department of Public Safety and pursuant to Chapter 146 of the Massachusetts General Laws, is required.
Demonstrated proficiency in managing and organize multiple complex technical projects and familiarity with the manufacturing operations of large-scale production facilities as well as GMP experience.
