The Senior Director, Corporate Development will report to the Executive Director, Corporate Development and will be responsible for leading various transactions including Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and other strategic initiatives such as partial or full externalization approaches (outlicensing, spin-outs) and divestitures. The role requires extensive experience in the life sciences and biopharmaceutical industry along with strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills to work with multiple internal stakeholders on highly visible and time-sensitive Corporate Development projects. The candidate will take the lead in performing strategic, commercial, and financial assessments of corporate development opportunities, collaborate on due diligence and valuation, and manage transaction processes in support of BMS strategy and objectives.
Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Demonstrate business acumen while collaborating closely with internal Business Development Search and Evaluation (S&E), R&D, Finance, and Commercial stakeholders as well as external advisors.
Lead, facilitate, and support the active monitoring and surveillance work on a broad set of Corporate Development priorities.
Support triage, evaluation, and tracking of Corporate Development opportunities (M&A, externalizations, and divestitures) working closely with our internal Search & Evaluation team and other key stakeholders.
Support the Corporate Development deal process:
Lead and support project team interactions with functional representatives, including those from third parties (i.e. bankers, lawyers, accountants, and consultants, etc.).
Lead and manage the development, drafting, and execution of project team deliverables and recommendations.
Ensure robustness of the overall Corporate Development process and complete deliverables under time-sensitive deadlines.
Participate in the successful structuring, negotiation, and execution of Corporate Development transactions with supervision to successful completion.
Support the delivery of business assessments and recommendations of Corporate Development opportunities including deal proposals, valuation, deal status, and key issues of the transaction to BMS governance bodies for endorsement.
Collaborate with a broad range of BMS functions, including coordinating with internal stakeholders / external counterparts to ensure smooth execution and working with Transaction Legal on contracts.
Responsible for coordinating team meetings, preparing agendas, and minutes for various BD related M&A teams as needed.
Take active responsibility of mentoring and coaching across the Corporate Development team and other internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Minimum education of a bachelor's degree is required; MBA, JD or other advanced business degree preferred.
Minimum of ten (10) to fifteen (15) years of business experience within the life sciences industry, business/corporate development, strategy, finance, investment banking, or management consulting.
Experience in biopharmaceutical various Corporate Development transactions (M&A, divestitures, outlicenses, etc.) and strategy.
Ability to analyze and understand sales forecasts, P&Ls, risk analyses, and company valuations; strong understanding of discounted cash flow, net present value, internal rates of return and risk analysis techniques.
Able to collect and integrate key business and scientific points across therapeutic areas into M&A target monitoring, evaluation and valuation.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and independently with supervision of Business Development leadership.
Strong knowledge of biopharmaceutical industry issues, trends, scientific innovation and their business impact and expertise in the Corporate Development process and landscape.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with experience in communicating effectively with senior management.
Support the Corporate Development team on all aspects of major transactions.
Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess, evaluate, and execute on key strategic priorities within Corporate and Business Development.
Demonstrated negotiation skills.

Position Summary:
The Therapeutic Area Specialist (TAS) plays a critical role in Bristol Myers Squibb's (BMS) unique customer model, driving the adoption of new and existing medicines for appropriate patients through impactful engagement with Health Care Providers (HCPs).
The TAS's primary responsibility is to generate demand for BMS medicines within their portfolio by engaging HCPs with a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper scientific dialogue, consistent with the product label, leveraging innovative working methods and CE^3 tools.
The TAS builds and maintains professional credibility with regional thought leaders (RTLs), community-based physicians, medical practice groups, office staff, and other stakeholders in the patient care continuum. They act as the primary point of contact, ensuring timely and scientifically accurate information.
Additionally, the TAS liaises with other BMS functions to enhance the overall Customer Experience, prioritizing the safe and appropriate use of BMS products, focusing on business results, performance objectives, and embodying BMS values.
This is a field-based role, with 100% of the TAS’s time spent with external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote approved BMS product indications within a defined territory or region to meet or exceed sales targets.
Create demand for BMS medicines by articulating the clinical and scientific rationale for proper use.
Engage with HCPs to build and continuously grow scientific expertise in all assigned products and therapeutic areas.
Prepare and implement comprehensive territory and account plans.
Utilize tools like CE^3 to derive insights and inform call plans, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
Demonstrate scientific expertise and passion using approved scientific resources and publications.
Conduct in-office presentations (e.g., lunch and learns) and organize external speaker programs.
Maintain expertise on emerging data for approved indications.
Use Medical on Call to respond to unsolicited questions and complex technical inquiries.
Collaborate with other field teams to ensure the best Customer Experience for HCPs.
Gather and share relevant insights internally to better serve customers.
Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience in healthcare sales, MSL, HCP, or nursing.
Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately to help physicians serve patients.
Proven experience building credibility with key customers and influencing networks through a customer-centric mindset.
Preferred experience in Dermatology.
Strong account management skills, superior selling competencies, and a proven sales performance track record.
Ability to work effectively cross-functionally with a positive team mindset.
Strong selling and promotional skills demonstrated by performance history.

As this position requires operation of a Company-provided vehicle, employment offers are contingent on meeting “Qualified Driver” requirements, including at least 21 years of age, a driver’s license in good standing, and an acceptable driving risk level per Company standards.
The starting compensation for this job is a range from $136,000 - $160,000, plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility).The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.

Au sein de l’équipe Marketing Immunologie, vous participerez à l’élaboration et la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de communication d’un portefeuille de produits avec de nouvelles indications en lancement, innovants en Immunologie dans un marché en pleine mutation.

- Participer à la création des plans stratégiques
- Réaliser et valider des outils de promotion dans le respect des contraintes réglementaires et juridiques (Visite numérique, remis, fiche posologique…)
- Participer à la construction de programmes éducationnels,
- Analyse, réalisation et suivi des opérations clients (programmes RPs, staff, congrès...),
- Implication dans l'organisation des séminaires de la force de vente,
- Suivi de la formation des délégués,
- Travail en étroite collaboration avec les différents acteurs, en externe et en interne, pour assister l’équipe marketing sur les dossiers en cours : Ventes / Marketing Opérationnel / Médical / Affaires Réglementaires / Relations Externes / Communication Interne & Externe/ Juridique / Formation / Achats / Prestataires

Vos principales missions :
Au niveau stratégique :
- Assurer la veille sur les activités pipeline de la Division qui ont un impact commercial ;
- Assurer la veille technologique (en particulier les innovations autour de l’IA) ;
- Soutenir le Directeur Strat&Ops dans les projets stratégiques cross division.
Au niveau opérationnel en étroite collaboration avec le coordinateur aire thérapeutique :
- Assurer le suivi du respect de la Charte des Activités Promotionnelles et des procédures internes/externes ;
- Assurer l’alignement des stratégies et tactiques marketing au sein de la Division ;
- Assurer la gestion et la coordination des revues de performance pour la Division ;
- Assurer la consolidation des tableaux de suivi relatif aux indicateurs de performance au périmètre de la Division ;
- Planifier les activités annuelles de la Division (dont les réunions nationales) ;
- Participer activement à la mise en place et à l’analyse de projets transverses inter Division et Cross Division.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Marketing et commerciales

Activités pour le Service Customer insights and engagement (70% du temps)
- Intégration du service Customer insights and engagement d’un laboratoire pharmaceutique pour participer à la transformation et au développement de la Culture Client sur la Business Unit ONCOLOGIE et HEMATOLOGIE.
- Gestion des dossiers insights clients et enquêtes de satisfaction client pour les BU Oncologie et Hématologie : Mesurer l’expérience client des médecins et professionnels de santé, analyser les résultats et les partager aux équipes commerciales en vu d’améliorer les services, outils et événements.
- Analyser les retours clients afin de comprendre les raisons d’insatisfaction et de satisfaction et faire des recommandations d’amélioration
- Accompagner les équipes dans le développement de l’orientation client et l’utilisation des insights clients pour la construction de services, plan tactique en lien avec les brands en Oncologie et hématologie.
- Suivre et communiquer les KPI insights clients : NPS, Satisfaction client, dashboard POWER BI
- Pilotage des outils de mesure de l'expérience client, et organisation des évolutions techniques et métiers de ces outils.
- Participation à la mise en place de workshops cross-fonctionnels sur le design des parcours clients, personaes et idéation d’expérience client.
- Développement et pilotage des formations Expérience Client, animation des formations et coaching d’équipe.
Activités pour le service Field Force Effectiveness (FFE) (30% du temps) :
- près s’être familiarisé avec le CRM et l’écosystème et l’architecture des systèmes informatiques liés à la performance et à l’activité des itinérants, travailler avec l’Analyste FFE et les Responsables FFE, ainsi que les équipes support du Global pour mettre en œuvre la nouvelle gouvernance de la data et suivre les demandes de paramétrages de nos différents outils :
- Maintenance du catalogue de données en support de l’Analyste FFE,
- Suivi des demandes de paramétrage en coordination avec l’Analyste FFE et les Responsables FFE.
- Support des 2 Responsables FFE dans la gestion de CE3 :
- Support lors des UAT,
- Support dans l’animation des Ambassadeurs terrain.
- Maintenance des SharePoints FFE, Systèmes de motivation et Terrain Ventes :
- Mise à jour des documents et des liens selon les besoins.
Compétences requises :
- Profil analytique avec une appétence pour les chiffres.
- Connaissance de l'environnement SharePoint appréciée.
- Intérêt pour l’expérience client et l'efficacité des forces de vente.
- Intérêt pour l’expérience client (CRM, marketing de la relation client, expérience client, culture client).

Nous recherchons un alternant Assistant(e) Chef de produit CARDIOVASCULAIRE pour rejoindre notre équipe. Le poste est basé au siège social français de l’entreprise situé à Rueil-Malmaison (92), et est rattaché au Brand Lead Cardiovasculaire dans la division INNOVATIVE MEDICINES.

Au sein de l’équipe Marketing Cardiovasculaire, vous participerez à l’élaboration et la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de communication d’un portefeuille de produits avec de nouvelles indications en lancement, innovants en Cardiovasculaire dans un marché en pleine mutation.

Vos principales missions :
- Chargé de la gestion et du suivi des projets opérationnels en soutien de l’équipe marketing,
- Contribuer à l’implémentation de la stratégie de lancement d’un produit innovant,
- Participation à la construction des plans stratégiques
- Réaliser et valider des outils de promotion dans le respect des contraintes réglementaires et juridiques (Visite numérique, remis, fiche posologique…)
- Participer à la construction de programmes éducationnels,
- Analyse, réalisation et suivi des opérations clients (programmes RPs, staff, congrès...),
- Implication dans l'organisation des séminaires de la force de vente,
- Suivi de la formation des délégués,
- Travail en étroite collaboration avec les différents acteurs, en externe et en interne, pour assister l’équipe marketing sur les dossiers en cours : Ventes / Marketing Opérationnel / Médical / Affaires Réglementaires / Relations Externes / Communication Interne & Externe/ Juridique / Formation / Achats / Prestataires
- Veille concurrentielle
Compétences requises :
- Double formation scientifique (médecin, pharmacien, scientifique, vétérinaire...) + 3ème cycle Marketing ou formation type ESC,
- Intérêt pour la science et le monde de la santé,
- Intérêt pour l’accès au marché de produits pharmaceutiques,
- Autonomie, rigueur, sens de l'initiative, force de proposition, bon relationnel,
- Dynamique, esprit d’équipe, curiosité, implication,
- Bonne maîtrise de l'informatique,
- Bon anglais
