The Executive Protection Specialist will provide safe and efficient transport and protection services for senior leadership/management as requested, including close protection, trip planning, advance work, driver services, corporate event coverage, and security coverage for executive offices, residences, external meetings, and occasional business trip settings.  Transportation is provided to designated/requested locations avoiding any possible harm to the executives in the transfer process.  The EP Specialist must possess excellent collaborative skills and be capable of working as part of a dynamic team focused on protecting the business executives in a constantly changing environment.  This position requires a high degree of professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion. 

The Executive Protection Specialist will be a member of a team that reports directly to the Bristol Myers Squibb Associate Director of Corporate Security responsible for the Executive Protection Detail.  The EP Specialist will be engaged with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team on a daily basis to ensure their safe transportation and protection.  The team is seeking a self-motivated individual who is professional and courteous while continually focused on providing the leadership team with the highest quality of service possible.  It is preferred that the Executive Protection Specialist have law enforcement, military, or security related experience that included the direct delivery of executive protection services in a private or public organization including the development of event plans, assessment of meeting and travel routes and locations, and identification of contingency strategies.  It is critical that the EP Specialist possess exceptional collaboration skills while also being experienced at making critical decisions independently during a stressful situation.

• Transport designated executives to and from corporate facilities, special events, airports, and specified locations within the local and regional area.

• Maintain excellent levels of interpersonal skills to exchange information, answer questions, interact with senior executives, and coordinate with administrative assistants.

• Identify and avoid potentially hazardous and/or life-threatening situations and provide cover and remove passengers from harm to a safe location.

• Develop and implement plans for safe routes of travel, arrival and egress from moderate/high risk locations, and diversion opportunities to ensure a safe and uneventful conveyance. 

• Conduct pre-trip advanced security checks of venues to include a walk-through of all locations including meeting rooms, rear corridors, and evacuation routes with a focus on security risks, fire protection, and medical risks.

• Maintain a high level of confidentiality with regards to Corporate Executives, including, but not limited to, family contact information, residence location, residence security systems, business discussions, and travel plans.

• Handle disruptions by protestors or other persons according to policy.

• Provide security for the executive team during large meetings, special events, and at other designated times and locations.

• Provide emergency medical care including CPR, AED, bleeding control, and basic first aid.

• Support CEO and LT travel, including on private and commercial flights, to domestic and international locations.

• Oversee the overall appearance and care of company vehicles utilized for executive protection including the scheduling and coordination of proper maintenance as recommended by the BMS fleet management team.

• Attend defensive driver training once per year and additional training as assigned by management.

• Provide and maintain a weapon in accordance with BMS policy. Maintain a valid firearms permit (concealed carry/RPO/LEOSA) to include annual qualification on the weapon and use of force training as required by state and/or federal laws. Comply with BMS Policy and all state and federal laws regarding the use of force.

• Bachelors’ Degree in a field relevant to corporate security, or minimum of 7 years relevant and demonstrated success in law enforcement or corporate security

• Possess a valid concealed carry, RPO, or LEOSA firearms permit

• Possess a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and highly technical driving skills

• Availability to work weekdays, evenings and weekends, as needed

• Knowledge of executive protection techniques, planning, and strategies

• Ability to function and use sound judgement in high profile situations to include oral and written communication skills, and have problem-solving skills to handle and prioritize executive’s requests and other duties

• Excellent physical condition and be fit to perform duties including running, lifting heavy objects, kneeling, and navigating physical obstacles

• Possess basic computer skills in the use of MS Office products and scheduling programs

• Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time including climbing stairs, and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain

Position Summary:
 

Ensure accurate and timely delivery of the payroll services compliant with the organization and legal requirements; manage day to day vendor activities; respond to  payroll operations queries. The BMS HR Service Delivery Model is a Shared Service model and this role will interface with a range of stakeholders, as well as our outsourced providers. This role will mainly cover India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement processes related to payroll delivery
• Provide Tier 2 support to inquiries related to payroll
• Facilitate and participate in governance process used for analysis and approval of payroll work requests and projects.
• Coordinate with Outsourced Service Provider regarding all policies, programs and processes related to payroll.
• Work with the BMS HR Service Delivery Team to ensure service provider is achieving SLA’s
• Research, problem solve and respond to issues related to queries raised by employees, HR and third party vendors
• Assess the delivery impact of any HR Management Policy changes, regulatory or compliance changes may have on the service provider and BMS Payroll operations.
• Develop practical implementation plans for HR Service delivery taking into account any local regulations and/ or needs
• Proactively develop and maintain technical knowledge in specialized area(s), remaining up-to-date on current trends and best practices
• Interface with payroll and benefits vendors, as needed, to ensure compliance with established procedures

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Must have requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, accounting or finance;
• Minimum of 5 years APAC Payroll (Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia, or any other APAC regions) relevant business experience including experience with time and attendance.
• Experience working in a Shared Services environment and with a third party service provider.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Payroll, Payroll Tax, and Payroll Accounting and related end to end processes.
• Strong SAP Payroll technical expertise including integration points with Organizational Management and Personnel Administration and SAP Finance.

Position Summary:

Support the organization’s payroll and time and attendance to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely delivery of assigned payroll service to our internal customers. To be compliant with the organization and legal requirements, manage vendor relationships at specialist level and respond to the payroll and time and attendance operations queries.

The BMS HR Service Delivery Model is a shared services model and this role will interface with Business Partners, Total Rewards COEs, Financial Shared Services General Accounting, as well as outsourced payroll providers.

The position is also responsible for end-to-end payroll processing including employee queries, vendor management, preparation and the upload of assigned country payrolls related data into the required payroll vendor tools, downloading, controlling and validating of the payroll outputs, and distribution to the relevant individuals or teams within the BMS business, as per the payroll BPMs.

Key Responsibilities and Major Duties:

• Ensure to process timely and accurately the assigned country payrolls.
• Implement process improvements related to payroll delivery.
• Provide Tier 2 support to all country payroll queries, ensuring to deal with responses in a timely manner.  Where required, follow up with vendors or escalate to direct manager or up on People Services hierarchical chain.
• Use global payroll tools and prepare appropriate payroll calculations to ensure proper payroll processing.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for time and attendance.
• Facilitate and participate in governance process used for analysis and approval of allocated country payrolls work requests and projects.
• Collaborate with People Services Total Rewards to understand the savings and benefits calculations and leave of absences and the impact these have on payroll calculation and declarations.  Ensure clear understanding of end to end processes to ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Collaborate on regular basis with the Service Provider regarding implementing and testing the BMS requirements, programs and processes related to payroll and time and attendance.
• Work with the BMS People Services to ensure payroll deadlines are achieved.
• Work with the payroll vendor to assess the delivery impact of HR management policy changes, regulatory or compliance changes may have on the service provider and BMS Payroll operations.
• Contribute in the implementation of payroll system solutions for acquisitions.
• Proactively develop and maintain technical knowledge in payrolls remaining up-to-date on current trends and best practices.
• Interface with payroll and benefits vendors, as needed, to ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Maintain and report a scorecard to communicate vendor SLA and performance to regional leads and to global process leaders.
• Follow the People Services processes in executing the job responsibilities: Global BPMs and the Localized Work Instructions (LWIs) for allocated countries. To maintain the LWIs content updated and in line with People Services requirements as well as country local legal and regulatory aspects.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree, major in accounting or finance is preferred; advanced degree a plus.
• Minimum of 5~7 years India Payroll relevant business experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of Payroll, Payroll Tax, and Payroll Accounting and related end to end processes.

The Clinical Trial Disclosure Manager will provide the operational support of: 

· Redaction of clinical trial documents in accordance with evolving global regulations.  

· Develop training and drive change management for novel processes related to the EU Clinical Trial Regulation and other regulations 

· Manage and Coordinate redaction of clinical documents in accordance with EMA Policy 0070, Health Canada Public Release of Clinical Information (PRCI), EU Clinical Trial Regulation, and other global regulations. 

· Collaborate with Global Development Operations, Global Biostatisticians, Medical Writing, Submission Managers, and other stakeholders to operationalize redaction requirements  

· Manage and track redaction book-of-work; compile and report on volume and performance metrics  

· Provide operational support to CT Results Managers, as required 

· Assist in monitoring the global regulatory environment and maintains working knowledge of disclosure requirements  

· Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to improve on processes and manage unmet need

Position Summary:

The Sr. Manager, Business Process Delivery, Cell Therapy SAP Implementations plays a key role in leading, analyzing, and delivering a portfolio of solutions that enhance and extend the capabilities offered to Manufacturing organizations and their close partners. The Sr. Mgr. Business Process Delivery leverages knowledge of manufacturing & Supply Chain planning processes and familiarity with manufacturing technology to either deliver solutions directly, or partner closely with IT Delivery teams to clarify detailed requirements and drive for technical solutions to be delivered right the first time with minimal need for rework. 

 
The Sr. Mgr. Business Process Delivery is a key member of cross-functional, cross-site communities within the Cell Therapy organization. The Sr. Mgr. Business Process Delivery works collaboratively with Global and Local Business Process Owners, and the SC Portfolio & Project Management team to understand and influence the road map for desired scheduling capabilities. 

Role & Responsibilities:

• Work cross functionally, including with IT and other process domains to support Cell Therapy 

• Support identifying and managing timelines, resources and tasks during all phases related with Supply Chain planning projects or initiatives, as well as ongoing business activities. 

• Support and lead continuous improvement opportunities for SC planning processes 

• Act as a community expert for manufacturing  and planning processes and their execution in planning systems 

• Lead solution designs that impact Warehouse management, production planning  and manufacturing , with a primary focus on supporting eWM  Cell Therapy requirements. 

• Write test plans, conduct quality assurance (QA) testing, support user acceptance tests (UAT) 

• Expertise with SAP ERP system is a must. 

• Play a key role in continuous improvement activities 

• Actively engage with business partners and community members 

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business or Engineering. 

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical industry preferred). 

• 8+ years of ERP implementation  experience using SAP. 

• Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group 

• Experience working in a manufacturing or supply chain organization or IT delivery team enabling manufacturing  or Supply/ production planning  is a plus 

• Advance knowledge of personal computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite 

• Expert in eWM ( Extended Warehouse management) 

• Familiarity with SAP PP (Production Planning), MM (Materials Management), WM (Warehouse Management), QM (Quality Management), SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), BM (Batch Management), CO Product Costing. 

• Extremely flexible and open to collaboration and to adopting new ideas to resolve complex business problems. 

• Possess the skills to initiate, evaluate, develop, defend, and influence users on the adoption of solid, actionable recommendations. 

• Ability to lead, manage and participate in multiple division-level projects/assignments with a typically high degree of complexity and change management components. 

• Be an in-house expert for project teams consisting of various cross-functional roles and consultants.

The starting compensation for this job based in Washington state is a range from $143,000 - $179,000, plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Quality on-the-floor oversight to Manufacturing/ QC/ Warehouse/ Supply Chain operations. Identify departures from approved procedures & responding to minor issues or escalating to senior members.
• Perform and document operational verification per approved procedures.
• Observe manufacturing operations and identify departures from clean room behaviors and aseptic techniques.
• Provide quality oversight to maintenance operations and support of pre-approved return to service plans
• Perform area walkthroughs to identify quality issues and support remediation to ensure the floor and operations are in adherence with cGMP and approved procedures.
• Review manufacturing or testing records to ensure compliance with approved procedures. Communicate and resolve discrepancies and escalate as required.
• Maintain compliance with assigned learning plan.
• Support internal and external inspections as required.
• Contribute to the assessment of discrepancies and initiation of quality events.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in STEM field preferred.
• High school diploma/ associate degree with equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
• 0-2 years of relevant cGMP experience. Experience in FDA/EMA regulations in biopharmaceuticals or cell therapy manufacturing is preferred.

• Possess basic computer skills with knowledge of MS Office.

The IT Quality & Compliance Manager works cross-functionally to lead compliance-related activities for GxP electronic systems and applications. This role is primarily an individual contributor but may manage supporting contract resources periodically. The IT Quality & Compliance Manager will partner with Quality, Business Owners, and Technical Owners to create and manage Quality Systems deliverables for electronic systems and applications throughout their lifecycle to ensure regulatory and procedural compliance, supporting the site’s right to operate.

On-site Protocol

BMS has a diverse occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:

Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture. For field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
