Rattaché à la Directrice associée Efficacité Opérationnelle et amené à travailler également au Directeur associé Expérience Clients ou la Directrice Business Insights & Analytics selon les sujets.

Le service Efficacité Opérationnelle est au cœur de la mise en œuvre des tactiques définies par le Marketing par les Délégués Médicaux pour assurer la promotion de nos médicaments auprès des Professionnels de Santé. Il est en charge du CRM (Outil de gestion de la relation client) et de l’ensemble des solutions et outils pour permettre aux Délégués Médicaux d’être le plus efficients possible.

Dans un contexte d’évolution des métiers de l’industrie pharmaceutique incluant l’utilisation de l’intelligence artificielle, l’ensemble des données en lien avec la connaissance client devient stratégique et cela nécessite d’optimiser leur utilisation.

Notre alternant aura à gérer des missions et des projets qui pourront évoluer pour s’adapter à la fois à nos priorités, mais aussi à ses compétences et aspirations.

A titre illustratif :

Après s’être familiarisé avec le CRM et l’écosystème et l’architecture des systèmes informatiques liés à la performance et à l’activité des itinérants, travailler avec l’Analyste Efficacité Opérationnelle et les Responsables Efficacité Opérationnelle, ainsi que les équipes support du Global pour mettre en œuvre la nouvelle gouvernance de la data et suivre les demandes de paramétrages de nos différents outils :

• Maintenance du catalogue de données en support de l’Analyste FFE,
• Suivi des demandes de paramétrage en coordination avec l’Analyste FFE et les Responsables FFE.

Support des 2 Responsables FFE dans la gestion de CE3 :

• Support lors des UAT,
• Support dans l’animation des Ambassadeurs terrain.

Maintenance des SharePoints FFE, Systèmes de motivation et Terrain Ventes :

• Mise à jour des documents et des liens selon les besoins.

Profil recherché :

• Bac + 3 minimum (idéalement Bac + 4 ou Bac + 5)
• Anglais écrit et oral
• Curiosité, autonomie, travail en équipe et gestion de projet
• Profil analytique, appétence aux chiffres
• Appétence aux outils informatiques
• Maîtrise du pack Microsoft (notamment Excel +++ et PowerPoint)
• Connaissance de l’environnement SharePoint appréciée
