Nous recherchons un alternant Chef de Projet Strat & Ops pour rejoindre notre équipe. Le poste est basé au siège social français de l’entreprise situé à Rueil-Malmaison (92), et est rattaché au Directeur Associé Stratégie & Opérations dans la division INNOVATIVE MEDICINES

A propos du poste

Soutien auprès du Directeur Associé Stratégie et Opérations (Strat & Ops) au niveau des activités stratégiques et opérationnelles de la Division Innovative Medicines (IM) ayant un portefeuille de produits innovants en Cardiovasculaire et Immunologie dans un marché en pleine mutation. Le Directeur Associé lui-même soutenant le Directeur de Division (BUD) dans le déploiement opérationnel de sa vision et gouvernance.

Vos principales missions : 

Au niveau stratégique :
 

• Assurer la veille sur les activités pipeline de la Division qui ont un impact commercial ;
• Assurer la veille technologique (en particulier les innovations autour de l’IA) ;
• Soutenir le Directeur Strat&Ops dans les projets stratégiques cross division.

Au niveau opérationnel en étroite collaboration avec le coordinateur aire thérapeutique :

• Assurer le suivi du respect de la Charte des Activités Promotionnelles et des procédures internes/externes ;
• Assurer l’alignement des stratégies et tactiques marketing au sein de la Division ;
• Assurer la gestion et la coordination des revues de performance pour la Division ;
• Assurer la consolidation des tableaux de suivi relatif aux indicateurs de performance au périmètre de la Division ;
• Planifier les activités annuelles de la Division (dont les réunions nationales) ;
• Participer activement à la mise en place et à l’analyse de projets transverses inter Division et Cross Division.
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Marketing et commerciales

 Compétences requises :

• Ingénieur, Data analyst, Pharmacien et/ou école de commerce,
• Esprit analytique et appétence pour les chiffres,
• Autonomie, rigueur, sens de l'initiative, force de proposition, bon relationnel,
• Intérêt pour la science et le monde de la santé, agilité scientifique,
• Intérêt pour l’accès au marché de produits pharmaceutiques,
• Connaissance et fluidité analytique,
• Dynamique, esprit d’équipe, curiosité, implication,
• Bonne maîtrise de l'Excel et de l’informatique
• Bon anglais.

On-site Protocol
