Position Summary:
The TAS is a critical role in our unique customer model to execute the BMS aspiration to be the BioPharma that delivers the most impactful engagement with Health Care Providers (HCPs), driving adoption of new and existing medicines for appropriate patients.
The primary role of the TAS is to drive demand for BMS medicines within their portfolio for the appropriate patients. To meet the HCPs expectations, the TAS engages them with a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper scientific dialogue on and consistent with label, leveraging new ways of working and CE^3.
The role builds and maintains strong professional credibility with regional thought leaders (RTLs) and community-based physicians/HCPs in private practice, medical groups practices, office staff, and other stakeholders in the patient care continuum as their primary point of contact.
The TAS liaises with other BMS functions as needed to deliver an overall higher Customer Experience (Cx) – by meeting HCP needs in a timely and scientific manner. This role will prioritize the safe and appropriate use of BMS products while also focusing on overall business results and performance objectives while exemplifying BMS values.
The TAS role is field based. A TAS is anticipated to spend 100% of their time in the field with external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Promotion
Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory or region to meet or exceed assigned sales targets in a compliant manner.
Creates demand for BMS medicines by articulating in a balanced manner the clinical and scientific rationale for use of products in appropriate patients.
Engages with and continuously maintains/grows a high level of scientific expertise in all assigned products and therapeutic areas.
Prepares and successfully implements comprehensive territory and account plans.
Proactively uses available tools such as CE^3 (once implemented) to derive insights and to dynamically inform call plans. Provides feedback on experience using these tools to leadership to enable continuous improvement.
Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue:
Demonstrates scientific expertise and passion in using approved scientific resources and publications to present information to HCPs and ensures medical accuracy.
Conducts in-office presentations (e.g., lunch and learns) and discusses product-related scientific information with HCPs that is consistent with label.
Organizes external speaker programs, selecting speakers from list approved by Speakers Bureau and facilitating scheduling and logistics.
Maintains a high level of working expertise on emerging data for approved indications.
Engages real-time medical support through Medical on Call to reactively answer unsolicited questions and complex technical inquiries.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Proactively collaborates with other field teams to ensure the best Customer Experience (Cx) for HCPs.
Gathers and shares relevant insights and information internally with the appropriate stakeholders to enable BMS to better serve its customers.
Complies with all laws, regulations, and policies that govern the conduct of BMS.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Advanced scientific degree and/or preferred 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience as healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse.
Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately and convincingly to help physicians best serve their patients.
Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong credibility with key customers, office staff, and others in the customer influence network via a customer-centric mindset and desire to create positive and differentiated Customer Experience (Cx).
Experience in Psychiatry preferred.
Demonstrated strong capability in account management skill sets, superior selling competencies, and proven sales performance track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively cross-functionally with a positive team mindset and can-do attitude.
Strong selling and promotional skills proven through a track record of performance.

The primary role of the Oncology Lung Cancer MEL is to engage in meaningful peer-to-peer scientific dialog with healthcare system National Thought Leaders (NTLs) within a defined geography.
The MEL conducts critical activities that support advancing science, educating on evolving clinical practices, transforming science into patient care, and facilitating the development of new research collaborations (including Investigator Initiated Trials and Real-World Evidence).
The role collaborates with colleagues on capturing medical insights and acts as a therapeutic area resource to cross-functional partners. Engagement with TLs should be aligned with medical strategies, and the role should provide insight back to home office to inform strategy.
This role is field-based and regional in scope. It is anticipated that the employee will spend ~ 50 - 60% of the time in the field interacting with external stakeholders, including investigators and clinical thought leaders while supporting internal stakeholders and maintaining a high level of therapeutic expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Engaging in high-quality peer-to-peer scientific dialog with key National Thought Leaders in Oncology focused on pre- and peri-launch period.
Medical Strategy Advisory:
Collaborates with NTLs to identify and generate insights on evolving care paradigms to inform medical strategy
Provides strategic input into materials for national medical congresses. Collects meaningful medical insights and communicates to the medical and commercial organizations to support strategy development and business decisions
Evidence facilitation:
Facilitates scientific partnerships and research collaborations in collaboration with Global Drug Development (GDD)
Provides recommendations and insights to the clinical development team on study feasibilities within the therapeutic area based on knowledge of the field and through direct contacts with potential investigators, as agreed with home office medical and Global Development Operations (GDO)
Proactively leads BMS major evidence readouts to investigators partnering with GDD. Reactively discuss major evidence readouts with other thought-leaders
Liaises with large key accounts to understand clinical levers and barriers to patient access in the context of clinical trials
Medical engagement:
Effectively collaborates and communicates with NTLs to gain insights into the clinical landscape
Engages in scientific and clinical conversation to ensure the development of a product/disease area-focused medical plan that translates into effective launch and Life Cycle Maintenance (LCM) activities
Responsible for conducting evidence read-outs with the most prominent institutions, e.g., Phase 3 top-line data.
Engages with medical societies, Patient Advocacy Groups, and guideline discussions as appropriate.
Engage account-level decision makers in selected Academic Medical Centers to help identify barriers and solutions to improve patient care and outcomes
Required Qualifications & Experience
10+ years of relevant experience with emphasis on lung cancers or lung cancer specialty
MD recruited from top clinical practice and hospital-academic centers
Proven record of developing high impact peer-to-peer relationships and influence with high impact NTLs
Strong Oncology experience required:
- scientific or clinical area, patient treatment trends, clinical landscape
- pharmaceutical industry, including compliance and regulatory guidelines
- clinical trial design and process
- national and regional healthcare and access environmentWorking in a scientific and/or clinical research environment.
Deep understanding of NTL environment and needs.

The starting compensation for this job is a range from $270,000 - $305,000, plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility).
The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed.
Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.

Position Summary
The District Business Manager is a critical role in our unique customer model to execute the BMS aspiration to be the BioPharma that delivers the most impactful engagement with Health Care Providers (HCPs), driving adoption of new and existing medicines for appropriate patients.
The primary role of the DBM is to be accountable for leading, coaching, and motivating a team of approximately 6- 10 TASs to drive the adoption of BMS assigned Cardiovascular portfolio and generate demand. The DBM is accountable for coaching of TASs on specific learning objectives (selling skills, scientific engagement, and use of digital capabilities) and for ensuring continuous improvement in the core skills of their team. The DBM also plays a leadership role in business and account planning and championing the utilization of new digital capabilities and tools such as Medical on Call and CE^3.
We are looking for leaders who can inspire and motivate a team to reach and exceed business goals while maximizing their growth and development potential.
The DBM is aligned to accounts and covers all Cardiovascular portfolio.
The DBM reports to the Regional Business Director and works collaboratively across matrix of Commercial, Medical, Access organizations, for example Scientific Engagement Partner (SEP), and Field Access Manager (FAM) and other field roles in the new Commercialization model to appropriately address customer needs and ensure that BMS delivers on set sales targets.
The DBM role is field-based. A DBM is anticipated to spend 100% of their time in the field with TASs, depending on the geographic area.
Key Responsibilities
Focused in-role coaching and developing of TASs
- Coach TASs on specific competencies and learning objectives (e.g., scientific agility, customer/commercial mindset, change agility & teamwork/enterprise mindset). DBMs will conduct selected ride-alongs with TASs for the most important HCPs as relevant, according to coaching plan.
- Ownership for TASs learning journey and accountable for ensuring continuous improvement in core skills and behavior (e.g., scientific agility, patient mindset, digital agility, analytical mindset).
Champion adoption of new capabilities (e.g., CE^3 analytics, content personalization)
- Understand and role model new capabilities and tools e.g., sharing knowledge, information, insights and experiences with new tools with the TAS team.
- Effectively coach TASs on how to appropriately leverage CE^3 insights to guide call planning and call preparation.
- Regularly convene field team to exchange experiences, collect feedback, proactively coach on change leadership, and encourage adoption of capabilities and new ways of working.
Execute strategic planning activities (e.g., promo program planning, budget planning, tumor prioritization at HCP level)
- Engage with relevant insights to prioritize accounts and develop strategies for key accounts.
- Ensure continues customer experience improvement
- Lead financial and program planning for district
Comply with all laws, regulations, and policies that govern the conduct of BMS.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience or other related industry experience.
- Prior experience as a District Business Manager in Pharmaceutical Sales, or equivalent experience in leading and managing high-performing teams is strongly preferred.
- Pharma experience is strongly preferred, including an understanding of reimbursement processes, access, and distribution environment.
- Proven track record of inspiring and leading teams to meet or exceed expectations and goals.
- Proven successful track record of selecting, developing, and retaining talented individuals.
- Previous experience that has required the use of analytical skills, selling skills, development of strong business acumen, and working knowledge of the pharmaceutical value chain.

The Manager, Supply Chain External Manufacturing is the bridge / interface between the Contract Manufacturer (CMO) and the wider BMS Supply Chain team. They are accountable for ensuring effective communication of supply chain information to and from the CMO & Virtual Plant Team (VPT) and within BMS Supply Chain. The Supply Chain lead is also accountable for driving Supply Chain improvements with the CMO.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain/develop strong relationships with supply chain counterparts at CMOs and internal BMS stakeholders to facilitate continuous performance improvement.
- Participate in Virtual Plant team meetings, CMO face to face meetings & lead supply chain related meetings with CMO as required.
- Participate in BMS Supply Chain meetings as required to ensure alignment on BMS customer requirements.
- Act as point of escalation for Other Supply Chain functions including External Manufacturing (ExM) Customer Planning, ExM Planning, Logistics, Finished Goods Planning and Inventory Control teams.
- Prepare Supply Chain related topics for discussion at CMO business reviews and represent BMS Supply Chain at the relevant business reviews.
- Accountable for CMO supply chain metrics. Report Supply Chain metrics to CMO, VPT & within ExM Supply Chain. Generation of action items for VPT, CMO and ExM Supply Chain to resolve any performance levels below target.
- Review of relevant CMO forecast for significant changes and communication of major changes & background to such changes to VPT and CMO. Communication of forecast to CMO.
- Determination of supply priorities through interaction with the wider ExM and Global Supply Chain teams as appropriate & communication of these priorities to the CMO.
- Understanding supplier capacity constraints in the short medium and long term, aiding resolution of these constraints & escalating to the VPT and BMS Supply Chain Management as necessary.
- Holding VPT accountable for continuity of supply & mitigation of risk to customer. Communicate inventory risks to ExM inventory control and finance teams in a timely manner.
- Review of CMO related change controls to understand the supply chain impact, assigning relevant child actions. Engagement with ExM planning teams to ensure potential supply restrictions are managed and mitigated. Alignment with Global Planning on the approach to management of any supply restrictions.
- Proactive aid in the mitigation of Back Orders and Anticipated Back Orders with the relevant CMO. Ensuring continuity of supply from the CMO.
- Effectively communicate and coordinate activities to determine the impact of supply delays, quality events, line shut downs, projects, etc on supply to customers (other CMOs or market) & engage with other Supply Chain functions as necessary. Effectively mitigate the impact of such delays on supply.
- Effectively communicate, escalate and manage relevant stakeholders & implement standard ExM communication tools.
- Execute scenario planning as necessary & engage with ExM planning to support scenario analysis as necessary.
- Coordinate gathering of required supply chain information for Fact Finding Investigation meetings and representing Supply Chain at the necessary meetings.
- Identify and drive supply chain improvement projects with CMO & ExM teams. Review current Supply Chain processes and streamline as necessary.
- Review volumes for budget and projection & providing input into the drivers behind variances.
- Ensure that BMS Supply Chain requirements are represented in the contract with the relevant CMO and responsible for providing input into contract amendments/updates.
- Identify Supply Chain related projects to be implemented which may require additional support & escalation as required.
- Participate in/lead projects as necessary.

Position Summary
We are searching for an Associate, Director, Translational Data Integration Lead to support Translational Research Leaders in the Cancer Immunology and Cell Therapy (CICT) Thematic Research Center (TRC) to manage complex and high-profile translational data generation and analysis generated across the CICT portfolio and facilitate broad, integrated delivery of our translational development learning and strategy with key stakeholders. The Translational Data Integration Lead would support the management of the integrated book of work for all translational analysis within Cell Therapy clinical studies and for establishing and creating internal and external visibility for sharing translational work.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage the integrated book of work for all translational correlative analysis across the CICT portfolio including but not limited to asset specific and above-asset ongoing correlative analysis, and internal and external collaborations.
Establish and creating visibility for translational analysis book of work and maintaining transparency into translational activities to key stakeholders that contribute to the overall translational plan for a defined portfolio of assets.

Position Summary:
The TAS is a critical role in our unique customer model to execute the BMS aspiration to be the BioPharma that delivers the most impactful engagement with Health Care Providers (HCPs), driving adoption of new and existing medicines for appropriate patients.
The primary role of the TAS is to drive demand for BMS medicines within their portfolio for the appropriate patients. Senior Inventory Manager
Lead and optimize inventory management and material flow for the Phoenix manufacturing site. Manage a team of warehouse and logistics personnel, collaborating with other departments.

Position Summary
The Senior Manager of Biostatistics is a member of cross-functional development teams and contributes to trial design, protocol development, analysis planning, interpretation of results, and preparation of regulatory submissions. These individuals develop collaborative relationships and work effectively with the Biostatistics Lead, and other cross functional team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborates in design of clinical study including methodology, data analysis & interpretation, and reporting of study results.
- Authors and/or reviews protocol synopsis, protocol, statistical analysis plans, case-report forms, clinical study reports, associated publications, and other study level specification documents with minimum supervision
- Performs and/or validates statistical analyses, advise ways to maximize clarity of data display
- Communicates results to cross-functional teams, provides data interpretation in study documents such as clinical study reports, and publications.
- Translates scientific questions into statistical terms and statistical concepts into layman terms.
- Compliant with BMS processes and SOPs, adherence to global and project standards within an indication or therapeutic area and responsible for quality of deliverable.
- Continually develops technical knowledge of statistical methodology and how it is appropriately applied in trial design and data analysis for clear, concise, high-quality results.

- Proficiency in scientific computing/programming (SAS, R or Python) and implementation of advanced statistical analysis, data manipulation, graphing & simulation.
- Good interpersonal, communication, writing and organizational skills
- Ability to:

- work successfully within cross-functional teams,
- organize multiple work assignments and establish priorities.
- Experience in standard and advanced statistical methods is preferred.

The Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Executive Director, Digital Strategy & GPO is responsible for developing and overseeing the Partner-to-Pay Digital and Analytics strategy and multi-year roadmap for SS&P in close collaboration with SS&P Senior Leadership Team as well as IT and BI&A executives. This role is responsible for collaborating across several key SS&P leaders to gather requirements for Digital and Analytics within each process/capability area and translate requirements into an end-to-end strategy for Procurement.
This role is also responsible for being a thought leader in the digital procurement space, connecting with ecosystem partners and bringing outside-in leading practice thinking to elevate SS&P digital strategy while ensuring contribution to improving impact and business results and performance. The digital strategy lead will drive the continuous evolution of the Intelligent Procurement digital strategy and roadmap across the 4 key dimensions of the digital procurement architecture; 1. User experience, 2. Technology applications by capability, 3. Insights and intelligence, and 4. Data infrastructure and governance.
This role is also responsible for designing global business processes that align with the SS&P organization's overall strategy and objectives. Establish standardized processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across different regions and business functions. Develop and implement governance frameworks, continuously assess and improve global business processes to drive operational excellence and collaborate with key stakeholders, including business leaders, process owners, and subject matter experts, collaborate with teams to integrate global processes with other functions, systems, and technologies. - Responsible for developing and maintaining user journeys to understand opportunities to improve and simplify the Procurement user experience for the business

- Collaborate with category strategy enablement team to understand how buying channel strategy impacts buying experience

- Partner with internal and external partners to bring digital innovation to SS&P, ultimately helping to shape the future of Procurement
- Drive large strategic innovation program to transform processes and ways of working across Procurement, fundamentally changing the way Business professionals engage with Procurement (i.e., Intelligent Procurement)
- Provide extensive senior thought leadership and in-depth Procurement transformation experience
- Bring outside-in expertise to shape the Digital and Analytics strategy for SS&P and to continuously improve the capability

Job Description
- Manage and own overall Partner Enablement Operations with a focus on user experience to efficiently enable connectivity and collaboration capabilities for our growing community of external partners.
- Accountable for end-to-end delivery of all project sized partner enablement requests, in collaboration with other IT support groups.
