- Lead key strategic BD efforts in the China market; 80% dedicated to global strategic efforts, 20% dedicated to China 2030 strategy
- Lead strategic evaluations and sourcing in how we leverage China’s biotech ecosystem to source innovation for BMS globally; seen as expert in the ecosystem providing points of view on sourced innovative assets in China, presenting to the most senior BMS stakeholders including the Executive Leadership Team and the Board of Directors

Position Summary
The Senior Manager of Biostatistics is a member of cross-functional development teams and contributes to trial design, protocol development, analysis planning, interpretation of results, and preparation of regulatory submissions. These individuals develop collaborative relationships and work effectively with the Biostatistics Lead, and other cross functional team members.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborates in design of clinical study including methodology, data analysis & interpretation, and reporting of study results.
Authors and/or reviews protocol synopsis, protocol, statistical analysis plans, case-report forms, clinical study reports, associated publications, and other study level specification documents with minimum supervision
Performs and/or validates statistical analyses, advise ways to maximize clarity of data display
Communicates results to cross-functional teams, provides data interpretation in study documents such as clinical study reports, and publications.
Translates scientific questions into statistical terms and statistical concepts into layman terms.
Compliant with BMS processes and SOPs, adherence to global and project standards within an indication or therapeutic area and responsible for quality of deliverable.
Continually develops technical knowledge of statistical methodology and how it is appropriately applied in trial design and data analysis for clear, concise, high-quality results.
Continually enhances knowledge of drug development process, regulatory and commercial requirement
Develops & advises team members.
Effectively communicates the GBDS Mission and Vision in a fashion that generates pride, excitement and commitment within GBDS.
Enables a culture of inclusiveness, respect for diversity, compliance with process and allows for the questioning and challenging of others in a respectful and constructive manner.
Qualifications & Experience
Fresh PhD with 3+ years’ experience or MS with 5+ years’ experience in statistics or biostatistics or related scientific field with clinical trials, drug development, pharmaceutical industry or healthcare experience
Proficiency in scientific computing/programming (SAS, R or Python) and implementation of advanced statistical analysis, data manipulation, graphing & simulation.
Good interpersonal, communication, writing and organizational skills
Ability to:
- learn regulatory requirements & clinical trial design, data analysis and interpretation,
- work successfully within cross-functional teams,
- organize multiple work assignments and establish priorities
Experience in standard and advanced statistical methods is preferred.
Good understanding of regulatory requirements & clinical trial design is preferred.
The starting compensation for this job is a range from 164,110 to 198,900, plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility). The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.

Associate Director and Group Leader, Oncology Discovery Biology
The Oncology Thematic Research Center at BMS is a key research and early development engine, responsible for the discovery and development of novel oncology therapeutics for patients. Centered at our state-of-the-art research sites in Cambridge and Seattle, scientists focus on novel targets and pathways for tumors that are refractory to current therapies. With a deep understanding of the causal human biology, we are able to leverage our multiple modality platforms to best match the modality to the mechanism and desired outcome. Position Summary
The role of Associate Director, Oncology Discovery Biology within the Oncology TRC at BMS involves contributing to the preclinical drug discovery and development of small molecule therapeutics with a tumor intrinsic focus. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, passionate, and collaborative drug hunter with proven experience in preclinical drug development. Strong leadership and mentorship skills are essential. They will work closely with global cross-functional teams, including early target biology, chemistry, in vivo pharmacology, toxicology, DMPK, and translational biology, to conceptualize and advance novel ideas from discovery to the clinic. Contribute to the strategic direction of the broader tumor intrinsic portfolio from early target ideation to advanced pre-clinical programs and IND enabling studies.

Summary:
The Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) is a trusted clinical expert responsible for developing professional relationships and educating key Health Care Professionals (HCP) involved in the care of patients receiving BMS hematology products in a defined geography.
Responsibilities:
- Drive peer to peer interactions with customers that optimize patient outcomes by delivering end-to-end clinical exchanges that clarify the complexities of patient identification and management.
- Deliver a continuum of clinical education and support that address the needs of HCPs starting or continuing patients on BMS hematology and oncology medicines, optimizing patient management and duration of treatment. CNCs also educate on unmet disease needs and discuss the current treatment landscape for these patient populations. CNC interactions are aligned with on-label commercial strategies and the needs expressed by customers.
- Develop relationships with oncology focused Patient Support Groups for the purpose of presenting approved presentations that address specific patient education needs identified by the group leader.
Customer Focus:
- Develop and maintain relationships with academic and community HCPs within assigned geography to provide on-label clinical and product education for BMS hematology and oncology products. The CNC will use various channels for interactions (1:1, group presentations, remote, etc.) while utilizing on-label approved marketing materials.
- Actively assess the treatment and patient management landscape by meeting with HCPs to understand their needs and current patient management processes/protocols.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using available on-label CNC resources and presentations. Effectively utilize platform skills for presenting information to HCPs and be able to respond to questions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local procedures, ethical and legal-guidelines and directives.
- Consistently evaluate the impact of CNC activities in an account and plan for follow-up or next steps.

- Provide product demonstrations and infusion support for CAR T sites starting new patients.

Commercial Planning and Execution:

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in a Hematology/Oncology Disease Area, APP (DNP, APRN, NP, CNS) or MSN or BSN

Position Summary:
The Multiple Myeloma Director is responsible, in partnership with the Multiple Myeloma Cell Therapy Lead, for setting the strategic vision and strategy for BMS’s MM CAR T business, including (a) optimization of our inline BCMA CAR T, Abecma, and (b) GTM and launch strategy/readiness activities for the pivotal launch of BMS’s first-to-market GPRC5D CAR T, arlo-cel. This role will be a critical interface and point of contact across functional teams to drive to recommendations and decisions on asset strategy and lifecycle management and elevate these decisions to appropriate governance forums.
Key Responsibilities:
Support MM CT Lead in development and execution of the strategic brand plan, GTM strategy, and global launch plan for arlo-cel (first-in-class GPRC5D CART)
Lead WW Abecma Commercial activities, including:
Accountable in partnership with MM CT Lead for determining and executing Abecma optimization strategy and full P&L ownership for delivering against all financial and forecast targets working in collaboration with the markets
Lead the development and execution of the strategic brand plan for Abecma, including incorporation of learnings from markets and launches
Serve as the Commercial lead for Abecma Development Project Team(s) (GPTs), as cross-functional input is needed
Interface with functions (e.g., GDD, Commercial, CTDO) to synthesize inputs into a cohesive cross-functional franchise-level Abecma brand plan
Manage Abecma brand strategy through product lifecycle (e.g., LOE strategy, priority initiatives to drive differentiation, date generation requests, identify and manage strategic risks)

Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience in biopharma

Experience launching growth brands in highly competitive areas, in the US and globally, with proven track record of driving performance and executional excellence

Project Engineer – Capital Projects (Ref:7660), Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, Devens, MA. Execute various capital projects, including modification and improvement of upstream or downstream biological process systems (e.g. Bioreactor, Harvest, Ultrafiltration and Diafiltration, Chromatography, Liquid handling skid) and Clean/plant utilities (e.g. WFI, Clean steam, clean compressed air, glycol system). The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Retirement Professional with a focus on 401(k) savings and retirement plan management. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient administration, compliance, and optimization of our 401(k) program. Operational responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the operations, execution, administration, and operational communications of Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS) benefits, including the 401(k) plan, Benefits Equalization Plan (BEP), and other retirement programs. Responsibilities include managing the implementation of new and modified 401(k) savings and retirement plans, covering processes, procedures, change management, system requirements, vendor requirements, and documentation. The position is also responsible for handling day-to-day operational activities, ensuring effective plan design implementation, streamlining processes, and maintaining adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements. Additionally, the role requires addressing, solutioning and resolving vendor issues, Tier 2 inquiries, escalations, ad-hoc inquiries, as well as ensuring the timely completion of audit requests and providing necessary information for compliance, audits, contract management, and governance.
This role will partner closely with Total Rewards Strategy and Service Delivery Management Partners, People Services Capability Center teams (including Payroll), Third-Party Vendors, Legal, the Corporate Secretary’s office, Compliance, and Finance.

Essential Functions
Subject matter expert for all US/PR qualified and non-qualified savings and retirement plans – operations and regulatory environment.
Accountable for the delivery of excellent customer experience and monitoring trends and issues that may impact the employee experience with the plan. Manages the operations and administration of the BMS US/PR Savings and Retirement Plans, including contributions, distributions, loans, withdrawals, vesting, payroll deductions, statutory and legal filings, coordinating with finance, tax, legal, internal and external auditors, and applicable vendors.
Ensures robust controls are embedded in each process and operating as designed; supports the implementation and adherence to SOX controls and compliance, audit activities as needed, ensures compliance for all plan documents and statutory requirements related to benefits, savings and retirement plans and programs operations.
Actively participates in the audit process and fulfils regulatory reporting requirements, including the non-discrimination testing, blackout restrictions and relevant financial reporting.
Liaises with third party vendor partners, payroll, and other teams, to promptly resolve operational and systems issues.
Documents and deploys processes for savings and retirement plan operations and service support, with process improvement and customer experience focus.
Participates in the design, development, testing and implementation of websites, enrollment tools, and other content and communication.
Responsible for development of functional requirements for savings and retirement plan integrations (files) between HR system, payroll system, benefits systems, ensuring data files are accurate.
Operationalizes the annual BEP/savings elections, annual additional savings contributions file, etc.
Acts as point of contact for escalation and resolution of Tier 2 queries, plan interpretation and appeals.
Responsible for ensuring internal processes are documented and updated versions are maintained.
Responsible for ensuring Knowledge Articles are updated and provide recommendations for content articles to resolve common questions.
Supports communicating change and develops and delivers ongoing learning/development of functional expertise of the extended People Services teams.
Collaborates with Benefit Operations teams in the implementation and standardization of operational changes, reports and interfaces to reduce costs and improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
Experience Preferred
5-7+ years’ experience in human resources service delivery, within operational/administrative areas in a highly matrixed, shared service environment, strongly preferred.
5+ years of experience overseeing retirement plan administration, with a focus on 401(k) savings plans.
Strong knowledge of ERISA, IRS regulations, DOL guidelines and other relevant compliance standards.
Experience working with third-party administrators, recordkeepers and investment managers.
Demonstrated deep functional knowledge of US Savings and Retirement programs, trends, best practices and recent legislative and other changes, required. Additional experience in PR preferred.
Strong working knowledge and understanding of SOX controls as they relate to US Savings 401(k) plans operations and administration. Additional experience in PR preferred.
Experience with system integrations, reporting requirements and specifications to maximize integration process efficiencies, strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels in the organization, preferably in a highly matrixed organization.
Demonstrated analytical abilities, attention to detail and the ability to successfully manage multiple competing tasks and priorities.
Experience coordinating large project plans using relevant tools and strong organization skills.
Knowledge and understanding of process flows, mapping and relevant tools.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within internal and external team environments.
Advanced/expert level MS Excel, required.
BS, BA or graduate degree in business or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidates Would Also Have:
Experience working with: Workday, ServiceNow, ADP and vendor management.
Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or equivalent Industry designation, preferred.
