Position Summary
The Omnichannel Senior Manager (OCM) drives transformative efforts across customer-engaging functions, shifting from a content-centric to customer-centric approach ensuring that content is tailored and delivered through the most effective channels to meet the specific needs of different customer segments. The OCM partners with Brand Teams to accelerate omnichannel strategy design and implementation, with a strong focus on digital marketing initiatives. This role aligns brand strategies with customer preferences, integrates digital marketing efforts, and collaborates with internal and external partners to ensure execution aligns with strategic plans. The OCM challenges the status quo, removes barriers, and commits to continuous innovation. The OCM plays a crucial role in driving the company's digital transformation and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute omnichannel digital campaigns: Partner with Brand Teams to develop tactical plans aligned with overall business strategy. Adapt content for various channels to engage target customer segments.
- Provide strategic advice to Brand Teams, offer insights on omnichannel activities, initiatives and solutions, for multiple customers as prioritized by the Brand Leads.
- Ensure digital campaigns and tactics are prioritized for effective and timely execution.
- Establish and measure campaign success through robust metrics, evaluate and optimize digital marketing activities.
- Implement tactical plans to achieve KPIs and business objectives, aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Collaborates with Brand Teams, Strategy & Operations and BI&A to understand omnichannel preferences for different customer segments, assists in identifying key customer segments and their specific content and channel preference.
- Budget and Timeline Management: Ensure adherence to budgets, timelines, and objectives.
- Coordinate initiatives and facilitate seamless communication among Brand Teams, internal/external production partners, Strategy & Operations, Business Information and Analytics (BI&A) and IT.
- Provide the technical infrastructure, tools, and expertise needed to enable effective data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement across all aspects of omnichannel campaign management and reporting.
- Participate in the design of dashboards with effective data visualizations using BMS analytics tools.
- Leads and coordinates regular insights and metrics discussions with business partners in partnership with Strategy & Operations, BI&A team to ensure frequent optimization of the engagement, content and channel plans.
- Deliver channel insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization of business plans.
- Partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to develop further omnichannel maturity and support innovations, orchestrate collaboration and streamline omnichannel strategy and execution.
- Align enterprise strategy, frameworks, best practices and roadmaps with the current state and business ambitions.
- Support the roll-out of new digital marketing capabilities, Explore digital opportunities by researching emerging technologies and platforms, conducting feasibility studies, and collaborating with teams to implement innovative digital marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in digital/omnichannel marketing.
- Pharma/Biotech experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of omnichannel engagement and digital channels.
- Customer-focused mindset and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in agile teams and content creation.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Experience in change management and project leadership.
- Fluent in Hungarian & English.

BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:
Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility.
