Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Business Partner to join our team. As an IT Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business units and global IT organization, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment of technology solutions with business objectives. Your Digital Marketing and (Pharma)Business understanding will help to support your stakeholders when transforming to new and more data driven marketing models.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster strong relationships with business stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing strategic guidance on technology solutions.

Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as an IT Business Partner or similar role in a large global organization.
- Strong understanding of IT processes and key modern technologies, including databases, cloud, data analytics, AI, and RPA.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate decision-making processes and find solutions in complex and conflicting situations.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and cultures.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, Natural Sciences or a related field OR strong technical interest and capabilities paired with Digital Marketing, Digital Brand and Product Communication or Content Production and Web Expertise.

Position: Metrology Supervisor (2nd Shift)
Location: Devens- MA
** 12-hour rotating shift position (6pm-6am), therefore eligible for a 20% shift differential**
Key Responsibilities
- Supervises and ensures compliance with EHS guidelines, cGMP regulations, company policies and other external agency regulations during work execution. Monitors and supports adherence to procedures and programs. Identifies areas of opportunity and of non-compliance (Safety and Quality) and takes specific actions to escalate and to resolve the issue promptly.
- Manages the day-to-day activities of the Instrumentation and Calibration group including technician training, deployment, work execution, work review and approvals.
- Manages the Metrology team with responsibility over all Calibration Data Sheets and Metrology Job Plans Master Data within the system.
- Manages the use and application of all Metrology Tools.
- Develops and maintains Calibration Interval management program including minimally invasive instrumentation tasks which support Calibration interval extension.
- Develops and/or approves SOPs and other technical documentation required for Metrology.
- Ensures routine calibration and instrumentation activities are performed in accordance with established guidelines and operating procedures.
- Defines and ensures end user training on Metrology Data Sheets and Work Order processing within the related business system.
- Works with the Spare Parts group to ensure proper materials and parts are identified and available to sustain Calibrations and Corrective activities.
- Ensures the proper execution and compliance of Metrology work orders.
- Provides support to other departments in the investigations and resolutions of Metrology related Quality Events.
- Conducts basic risk mitigations options and advanced troubleshooting to identify root cause and appropriate corrective actions for equipment system problems.
- Monitors instrument diagnostics through Emerson A.M.S. Software and planning corrective predictive maintenance around instrument needs.
- Performs, as needed, a variety of installation, calibration, maintenance, etc.
Qualifications & Experience
- Knowledge of maintenance, operations and engineering generally attained through studies resulting in a B.S., in engineering, a related discipline, or its equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Maintenance or Operations of Biopharm Manufacturing and Manufacturing Equipment Support With relevant experience in metrology.
- Occasional travel is required for seminars and projects.
- Previous lead experience which demonstrates proficiency in selection, motivating and retaining a superior team, effectively managing personnel issues and planning and administering financial resources. Computer literate in Maximo or similar computer-based calibration program highly desirable.
- Familiarity with basic relay ladder logic, programmable logic controllers, and distributed control system is desired.
- Experience with DeviceNet and Foundation Field bus instrumentation highly desirable.
- Experience with Emerson A.M.S. Software desirable.
- Experience in working in an environment governed by SOPs and cGMPs and the know-how to work and manage within a regulatory oversight.
- Experience in both calibration and maintenance of instrumentation on biotech manufacturing equipment bioreactors, chromatography skis, centrifuge skids, ultra-filtration skids, CIP skids, WFI stills, Clean Steam Generators, Autoclaves, Freezers, Refrigerators, Incubators, etc.

Position Summary:
The TAS is a critical role in our unique customer model to execute the BMS aspiration to be the BioPharma that delivers the most impactful engagement with Health Care Providers (HCPs), driving adoption of new and existing medicines for appropriate patients.
The primary role of the TAS is to drive demand for BMS medicines within their portfolio for the appropriate patients. To meet the HCPs expectations, the TAS engages them with a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper scientific dialogue on and consistent with label, leveraging new ways of working and CE^3.
The role builds and maintains strong professional credibility with regional thought leaders (RTLs) and community-based physicians/HCPs in private practice, medical groups practices, office staff, and other stakeholders in the patient care continuum as their primary point of contact.
The TAS liaises with other BMS functions as needed to deliver an overall higher Customer Experience (Cx) – by meeting HCP needs in a timely and scientific manner. This role will prioritize the safe and appropriate use of BMS products while also focusing on overall business results and performance objectives while exemplifying BMS values.
The TAS role is field-based. A TAS is anticipated to spend 100% of their time in the field with external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Promotion
Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory or region to meet or exceed assigned sales targets in a compliant manner.
Creates demand for BMS medicines by articulating in a balanced manner the clinical and scientific rationale for use of products in appropriate patients.
Engages with and continuously maintains/grows a high level of scientific expertise in all assigned products and therapeutic areas.
Prepares and successfully implements comprehensive territory and account plans.
Proactively uses available tools such as CE^3 (once implemented) to derive insights and to dynamically inform call plans. Provides feedback on experience using these tools to leadership to enable continuous improvement.
Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue
Demonstrates scientific expertise and passion in using approved scientific resources and publications to present information to HCPs and ensures medical accuracy.
Conducts in-office presentations (e.g., lunch and learns) and discusses product-related scientific information with HCPs that is consistent with label.
Organizes external speaker programs, selecting speakers from list approved by Speakers Bureau and facilitating scheduling and logistics.
Maintains a high level of working expertise on emerging data for approved indications.
Engages real-time medical support through Medical on Call to reactively answer unsolicited questions and complex technical inquiries.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Proactively collaborates with other field teams to ensure the best Customer Experience (Cx) for HCPs.
Gathers and shares relevant insights and information internally with the appropriate stakeholders to enable BMS to better serve its customers.
Complies with all laws, regulations, and policies that govern the conduct of BMS.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Advanced scientific degree and/or preferred 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience as healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse.
Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately and convincingly to help physicians best serve their patients.
Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong credibility with key customers, office staff, and others in the customer influence network via a customer-centric mindset and desire to create positive and differentiated Customer Experience (Cx).
Experience in Dermatology is preferred.
Demonstrated strong capability in account management skill sets, superior selling competencies, and proven sales performance track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively cross-functionally with a positive team mindset and can-do attitude.

We are currently seeking a skilled and highly motivated Sr. Associate Scientist with experience in assay development to validate PD/efficacy endpoints from in vivo models to support programs at various stages of an Immunology portfolio. The desired candidate will have technical expertise in various biochemical and immunological assays. This individual will demonstrate sophisticated scientific thinking and have the capacity/eagerness to rise to challenges in an adaptive environment. A strong work ethic, good judgement, and the ability to work equally well in a team and independently are key qualities in the successful candidate.
Job Requirements:
This position requires a bachelor’s degree with 4+ years or master’s degree with 2+ years of work experience in the field of biology, immunology or a related scientific discipline in an academic or industry setting.
Key Qualifications & Experience
- Extensive experience in designing and executing Luminex/MSD, ELISA, and qPCR assays is a must.
- Experience in tissue collection and processing from rodents for ex vivo analyses is a must.
- Experience with flow-cytometry is highly desirable.
- Experience handling and dosing rodents is highly desirable.
- Research experience in inflammatory & autoimmune diseases is desirable.
- Industry experience is desirable.
- Collaborate alongside a cross-functional team that includes in vivo pharmacologists and immunologists, to drive assessment of PD/efficacy endpoints.

Position Summary:
The Director, Quality Disposition Operations will be responsible for the development, implementation and sustainability of the processes for disposition of incoming materials and commercial final drug product for the Devens Cell Therapy Facility (CTF). This role is responsible for the day-to-day evaluation of product quality and disposition of the products produced at the Devens CTF. This person will be a key leader for the Devens CTDO Quality team, a member of the Quality Leadership team, and a champion for quality principles and compliance within the Devens organization. While this position will lead a team of Quality professionals responsible for product disposition, this position will from time to time be required to perform the lot disposition process for batches produced at the Devens CTF. Work scope will include commercial manufacturing and clinical manufacturing for all cell therapy products manufactured in Devens. This role will work with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Project Management, and MS&T.
This role is stationed in Devens, MA and reports to the Executive Director, Quality for the Devens Cell Therapy Facility.
Key Responsibilities
Experience with implementing and overseeing GMP operations in a plant manufacturing both clinical and commercial products is required.
Background in Protein Biologics or Cell Therapy Manufacturing is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience building and leading exceptional teams is required.
Ability to effectively lead a team, drive accountability, and prioritize deliverables.
Experience leading in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast paced environment.
Understanding of financial principles, core business concepts, and business management.
Qualifications & Experience
BS/MS in relevant Science or Engineering discipline and 10+ years of experience in managing Quality Assurance or Manufacturing function; at minimum 7 years of people management experience.
Expertise in GMP compliance and FDA/EMA regulations.
Develop and continuously improve processes to ensure timely product disposition; manage the disposition activities for clinical and commercial finished drug products by ensuring all relevant documentation associated with a lot are accounted for, completed and approved by the appropriate individuals.
Develop and continuously improve processes for the review and approval of the QC documentation related to each lot (Certificate of Analysis and QC testing data, including EM and analytical data).
Develop and continuously improve processes for the review and disposition raw and intermediate materials used in the manufacture of drug products.
Collaborate with stakeholders and management and communicate batch disposition status; monitor progress and issue status reports.
Develop and continuously improve the procedures and processes for the performance of the review of lot genealogy for all raw materials and components used in each lot to ensure they are approved and released using the electronic system (MES - Manufacturing Execution System).
Develop and continuously improve the procedures and processes for SAP and MES Master Data.
Lead the site Material Review Board (MRB) meetings and evaluate recommendations made by the board during product disposition.
Develop, own, and maintain SAP Quality Module, including procedural document and training for Quality staff.
Collaborate with other leaders across the organization and assist in the continuous improvement and lifecycle management of implemented cGMP policies and quality management system.
Contribute to the development and execution of the Pre-Licensing Inspection (PLI) and commercialization readiness plan at the Devens CTF.
Develop departmental goals and ensure the timely completion of all deliverables.
Champion and foster a positive and successful quality culture.
Mentor Quality personnel and enable their individual growth.

Job Summary:
The primary focus of this role is to support Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) as the Senior Specialist of EHS for the Seattle Sites within the Department of Environmental, Occupational Health, Safety and Sustainability (EOHSS).
This role revolves around engaging end users where they work. The role also encompasses overseeing safety programs and delivering training for various safety procedures. The senior specialist will also engage in compliance activities, self-assessments, and audits to uphold environmental, safety, and sustainability standards. As a key contact for EHS inquiries, the specialist will collaborate with multiple departments, lead EHS culture initiatives, and support training programs. Additionally, the role involves conducting risk assessments and continuously improving EHS processes and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local environmental, safety, medical surveillance and sustainability laws, regulations, codes, rules, and consensus guides.
- Develop and implement new EHS programs, policies, and procedures and update and improve existing ones.
- Develop, create, maintain, and distribute EHS reports, and records as assigned.
- Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for Industrial Hygiene, Chemical Hygiene, Biosafety and Bloodborne Pathogens Programs. Maintain chemical and biological inventories for the site.
- Manage site biosafety programs, services, inspections, and resources for staff at multiple sites. Assess risks involved with the research programs and bring new pathogens or other biologicals for review with the Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC). Coordinate the site Institutional Biosafety Committee and provide technical assistance as needed. Lead and manage biological safety, EHS trainings pertaining to biosafety topics, and other programs.
- Develop and provide EHS training to personnel, including but not limited to new hire employee orientation, biological safety, laboratory safety, and subsequent refresher trainings. Maintain records of EHS training in appropriate database.
- Work with staff to promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance to all safety requirements. Lead safety inspections and other audit programs. Prepare and track incident investigations and reports.
- Responsible for the retention of data associated with the occupational health programs including reproductive health and family planning, vaccination program, respiratory program, risk assessments, incidents, near misses, etc. Work with the occupational health nurse to manage and follow up with investigations and reports.
- Responsible for using EOHSS platforms including modules for investigation, inspection, compliance, and occupational safety.
- Participates in EOHSS operational and tier discussions, EOHSS committees and teams; and EOHSS self-assessments, inspections, GEMBAs, and audits.
- Challenges the status quo and brings new approaches to continually improve the effectiveness of workflows and processes and learn and apply new concepts.
- Review and ensure accurate and complete resolution of issues as they arise and escalates concerns, resource constraints, or needs with urgency to appropriate leaders in the organization.
Experience and Qualifications:
- B.S. degree in chemistry, the biological sciences, industrial hygiene or related scientific fields
- Minimum of 4 years of directly related EHS experience, preferably in a Biopharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing or laboratory environment.
- Experience with incidents and/or learning systems databases. (e.g., Enablon, Intelex, Success Factors, etc.)
- Experience related to the EHS federal and state regulations.
- Hands on laboratory experience with hazardous chemicals is preferred.
- Previous experience related to the EHS federal and state regulations (EPA, MassDEP, OSHA, etc.) preferred.
- Ability to take initiative and adapt to frequently changing priorities simultaneously and think creatively, critically, and strategically to solve problems in a complex environment.
- Experience handling confidential information and sensitive issues in a diplomatic manner to ensure integrity and confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proclivity for partnership and collaboration with peers, all levels of management, cross-functional teams at site and EHS above site teams.
The starting compensation for this job is a range from $82,000 - $102,000, plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility).

The TAS is a critical role in our unique customer model to execute the BMS aspiration to be the BioPharma that delivers the most impactful engagement with Health Care Providers (HCPs), driving adoption of new and existing medicines for appropriate patients.

Portfolio Promotion:
- Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory or region to meet or exceed assigned sales targets in a compliant manner.
- Creates demand for BMS medicines by articulating in a balanced manner the clinical and scientific rationale for use of products in appropriate patients.

Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue:
- Demonstrates scientific expertise and passion in using approved scientific resources and publications to present information to HCPs and ensures medical accuracy.
- Conducts in-office presentations (e.g., lunch and learns) and discusses product-related scientific information with HCPs that is consistent with label.
- Organizes external speaker programs, selecting speakers from list approved by Speakers Bureau and facilitating scheduling and logistics.
- Maintains a high level of working expertise on emerging data for approved indications.
- Engages real-time medical support through Medical on Call to reactively answer unsolicited questions and complex technical inquiries.

- Proactively collaborates with other field teams to ensure the best Customer Experience (Cx) for HCPs.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or preferred 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience as healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately and convincingly to help physicians best serve their patients.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong credibility with key customers, office staff, and others in the customer influence network via a customer-centric mindset and desire to create positive and differentiated Customer Experience (Cx).
- Experience in Immunology required.

As part of the commercial organization, the Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) is a trusted clinical expert responsible for developing professional relationships and educating key Health Care Professionals (HCP) involved in the care of patients receiving BMS hematology products in a defined geography.
Please Note: Territory encompasses the state of Pennsylvania with exception of City of Philadelphia and Bucks County. Incumbents are required to live in the territory advertised and must be willing to travel the state.
- The primary role of the CNC is to drive peer to peer interactions with customers that optimize patient outcomes by delivering end-to-end clinical exchanges that clarify the complexities of patient identification and management.
- The purpose of these interactions is to deliver a continuum of clinical education and support that address the needs of HCPs starting or continuing patients on BMS hematology medicines, optimizing patient management and duration of treatment. CNCs also educate on unmet disease needs and discuss the current treatment landscape for these patient populations. CNC interactions are aligned with on-label commercial strategies and the needs expressed by customers.
- CNCs develop relationships with hematology focused Patient Support Groups for the purpose of presenting approved presentations that address specific patient education needs identified by the group leader.
- CNCs are viewed as clinical experts by their customers for the BMS hematology portfolio and are responsible for REBLOZYL (MDS), ONUREG (AML), POMALYST & REVLIMID (MM), ABECMA & BREYANZI (CAR-T). Product responsibilities may change based on franchise and business needs.
Customer Focus
- Develop and maintain relationships with academic and community HCPs within assigned geography to provide on-label clinical and product education for BMS hematology products. The CNC will use various channels for interactions (1:1, group presentations, remote, etc.) while utilizing on-label approved marketing materials.
- Actively assess the treatment and patient management landscape by meeting with HCPs to understand their needs and current patient management processes/protocols.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using available on-label CNC resources and presentations. Effectively utilize platform skills for presenting information to HCPs and be able to respond to questions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local procedures, ethical and legal guidelines and directives.
- Consistently evaluate the impact of CNC activities in an account and plan for follow-up or next steps.
- Respond and adapt quickly to support new and ongoing educational gaps or other customer needs.
- Actively monitor CNC dashboard & account data, adjusting activities and business plans to meet goals and objectives.
- Continuously seek to increase knowledge of treatment landscape, product attributes and disease states. Actively prepare to address the educational needs of customers.
Provide Clinical Expertise
- In collaboration with sales partners, deliver on-label promotional speaker programs to HCP customers in approved out of office settings.
- In collaboration with sales partners, deliver on-label promotional in-services for HCP customers.
- Provide product demonstrations and infusion support for CAR T sites starting new patients.
- Support initial and ongoing clinical/disease area and product specific training to internal stakeholders (e.g. Commercial, Value Access & Payment).
- Participate in assigned Medical Congress activities.
- Share clinical insights and patient management experiences internally to support franchise strategy.
Commercial Planning and Execution
- Adopt account business planning approach and contribute to cross-functional business plans.
- Collaborate with peers and cross-functional partners to successfully execute Hematology franchise performance goals and metrics.
- Assist with the development of clinically meaningful CNC programs/projects in line with commercial strategies and plans.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- APP (DNP, APRN, NP, CNS) or MSN or BSN, minimum of 5 years clinical experience in a Hematology/Oncology Disease Area.
- Nurse Educator experience within the bio/pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Current active Nursing or PA licensure
- Clinical depth within Hematology and Cell Therapy including AML, Lymphoma, MDS, and Myeloma

The Business Controls Function (BCF) is a key contributor to the Company's overall enterprise risk management strategy. The BCF is a global organization with resources based around the World. The BCF Leadership Team and many BCF team members are based in Princeton, NJ.
The BCF is a “second line” risk management function (in accordance with the Institute of Internal Auditors’ "three lines" concept), reporting directly to the Corporate Controller, and partnering with Finance, business operations, functional leads and senior management throughout the Company.
The Senior Manager BCF, Centralized Capabilities Spain, Portugal & other markets within Business Control Functions (BCF) for BMS will play a pivotal role in supporting the Director, Centralized Capabilities. This role will be performing critical market-focused control assessments and consultations.
The Senior Manager will represent BCF as a leader and subject matter expert in controls and business process optimization.
The Senior Manager will actively participate in various activities including:
- Interact closely with market financial and operational leadership to mitigate risk
- Play a key role in strategic planning, risk management, process improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams of the region / market to drive controls excellence
- Assist markets in executing financial and operational activities in accordance with internal policies and directives

- Provide regular reports to senior management and executive leadership regarding the status of controls and risk management efforts for business units / markets within region
- Support the development and/or implementation of internal controls and risk management frameworks to prevent and detect fraudulent activities
- Stay updated with regulatory requirements impacting markets and their respective controls requirements
