Summary
Workday HRIS Analyst role with a primary focus on HCM module and analytics, shall be responsible for identifying, designing, documenting, and testing HCM solutions. Candidate must have excellent working domain knowledge on any two of the modules such as Talent Acquisition that includes Recruiting and Onboarding, Adv Compensation, Payroll, Time, Security, Talent Management, Reporting and Analytics solutions within Workday and relevant 3rd party reporting and analytics. The role will require the candidate to partner with stakeholders across our HR and HRIT team, understand business needs, define requirements, test and roll out as part of People Services Organization.
What You'll Do
Primary lead in the HCM module to include best practices for the system architecture from concept through requirements, design, build, test, deploy and maintain.
Provide subject matter expertise in any two modules of workday with excellent working knowledge on reporting and analytics best practices, partner with stakeholders to understand pain points, prioritize requirements, and identify opportunities to improve processes and gain efficiency by leveraging Workday functionality.
Identify business-critical Workday new features released (R1 & R2 releases) and demo to our stakeholders.
Understand the full HCM technology landscape, especially how third-party point solutions are utilized and integrated within Workday.
Develop partnerships with our HRIT organization business stakeholders and provide guidance on how to best leverage and utilize Workday for HCM and reporting.
Optimize, standardize, and automate the Workday HCM and reporting process across a global environment.
Assess current setup, configuration, systems, and utilization, and identify and recommend improvements.
Develop training content to help end users with the adoption and usage of Workday.
Good experience in writing identifying test scenarios, writing test scripts and executing them and follow up with Defect Management.
Collaborate closely with other Workday SMEs to leverage knowledge, other solutions, and best practices to ensure a holistic best-practice approach.
Review the Workday new product releases, identify features and functionality to adopt, and coordinate the planning and execution, and testing of those delivered features.
Accurately estimate effort and resources required to complete projects as related to areas of expertise.
Provide excellent customer service in response to P&C inquiries and resolve inquiries accurately and timely.
What We're Looking For
Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, or a related field
Preferably Minimum of 2 years of techno-functional experience in Workday HCM and reporting and analytics as a senior analyst, or product lead delivering, documenting Functional Specification document, Workbook, configuring solutions and reporting.
Workday trained in any two modules with intermediate level experience in Workday HCM in any one module and or reporting preferred.
Experience and knowledge of other Workday modules preferred (such as TA, Compensation, Benefits, Talen Management, etc.).
Good knowledge on Workday Studio, RaaS reporting and API is a great to have.
Excellent verbal and written communication, escalation, and conflict resolution skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Experience developing and delivering training programs.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
A passion for excellent customer service, adaptable & flexible.
Ability to multitask and work effectively and efficiently, delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, changing work environment.
Ability to comply with handling sensitive and confidential employee data.

Position Summary
The DCM Supply Chain Planning and External Manufacturing – SAP is responsible for driving solutions to enable effective and efficient outcomes for the BMS business. Through strong collaboration and a focus on business success, this person drives delivery and support activities for the SAP S/4 Supply Chain Planning and External Manufacturing functionality associated to the SAP systems.
Position Responsibilities
Experience in a full life cycle implementation of SAP ERP

Managing/Guiding the transition of all project work to the Accenture build and run teams
Provide oversight and governance for process design within SAP platforms in specific area
Prepare for and be a part of the delivery of the ECC to S/4 conversion. Ensure all production functionality works without interruption upon S/4 go-live
Absorb new ideas and drive continuous improvement for operations and design of processes.
Provide support to confidential company programs /projects (Transformation M&A)
Develop and maintain productive and positive relationships with Key Vendor/Partners to understand roadmaps and strategies
Education and Experience
Bachelor's in computer science, Engineering or related field or equivalent professional experience.
7 plus years of experience implementing projects in SAP S/4HANA with full cycle SAP implementations.
Strong working knowledge of SAP ERP Production Planning and External Manufacturing is S/4 and SAP Ariba
Knowledge of SAP IBP (DP, SP) functionality and Kinaxis Rapid Response and Contract Manufacturing Operations preferred
Knowledge of related SAP areas such as Inventory Management (IM), Manufacturing (PP), Warehouse Management (WM), Quality Management (QM), Manufacturing (PP), Costing (CO)
Ability to produce clear and effective written presentations, memos, etc.
Able to effectively translate business requirements to a solution using the SAP ECC ERP system, bolt-ons to SAP ECC ERP, and related tools

Reporting to the Senior Director, Enterprise Executive & Business Communications, the Director, Business Development Communications, is responsible for strategy and execution of internal and external communications related to corporate partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions (M&A), and other critical deals and events that drive the Bristol Myers Squibb company strategy, growth and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads development and execution of an integrated, multi-channel communications strategy to elevate the company’s strategy and business development approach, achievements and partnerships, internally and externally
- Partners closely with company’s strategy and business development team to develop communications strategy and approaches that advance company strategy and team’s priorities
- Maintains detailed knowledge and understanding of company’s strategy and business development, and awareness of larger Corporate Communications plans and objectives
- Identifies, develops, and supports unique storylines, content, and thought-leadership opportunities relative to business development that advance BMS’s company growth and innovation narratives.
- Develops communications strategies, approaches, and materials for partnerships, deals, and other announcements, and liaises with partner companies on supporting plans, tactics and timing
- Oversees business development news-flow
- Partners with Media Relations team to build and strengthen relationships with key members of the business and M&A media and other market influencers
- Monitors and analyzes impact of business development communications externally; and maintains up-to-date information on relative topics that could impact the business and its business development strategy
- Develops and fosters collaborative relationships across corporate, R&D, and financial Corporate Affairs teams to ensure strategic alignment and drive effective, cohesive, and complementary communications in support of broader BMS company objectives
- Supports internal communications, including executive communications, to maximize visibility of BMS’s business development strategy.
- Stays abreast of trends and best practices in business development communications across the life sciences industry.
- Supports issues management preparedness, strategy, and response for corporate issues related to business development.
- Oversees management of agency partners and corresponding budgets
- Leads, manages, and supports team members, promoting a high-performance culture aligned with business goals, emphasizing accountability for results, and fostering career development opportunities
Qualifications & Experience
- Approximately 10 years of experience in corporate, M&A and/or financial communications in a large organization or agency setting
- Experience in the life sciences or healthcare industries preferred, or a combination of education and professional experience that would provide an equivalent career foundation
- Ability to interact effectively with colleagues and counterparts at all levels of the company, both within the Corporate Communications team and across the larger matrixed organization
- Ability to effectively counsel senior leaders
- Exceptional collaborative and team-building skills
- Superior written, verbal, editing, and interpersonal communications skills
- Strong research and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to learn the business quickly and excel in a fast-paced, challenging environment
- Self-directed with proven ability to meet tight deadlines and balance multiple initiatives with competing priorities

The Director, Quality Control provides leadership of the QC Analytical teams across multi shifts. The role oversees cGMP testing and supports technology and method transfers. The Director, QC is a key member of the Quality Control Leadership Team responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of all processes/systems in support of the Quality Control testing program at the Bothell Cell Therapy manufacturing site. In addition, the position will be responsible for executing quality policies, procedures and systems necessary to ensure adherence to QC testing operations in accordance with applicable Health Authority regulations.
Responsibilities:
Provide oversight of Quality Control (QC) analytical testing and oversees the day-to-day activities related to in-process, final release, and stability testing of drug product, and/or raw material testing.
Develops and manages a daily work plan for QC business needs.
Hire, mentor and develop exceptional QC personnel.
Coaches and develops team, by providing an environment that encourages ongoing personal and professional development. Manages and ensures the setting of goals, training and development opportunities, providing regularly scheduled feedback throughout the year.
Ability to effectively represent the company during interactions with FDA and other regulatory officials, demonstrating credible and substantial QC laboratory expertise.
Identifies and mitigates risks in QC laboratories, processes, and/or systems that could negatively impact the safety, identity, strength purity or quality of the product.
Assists in the design, implementation and continuous improvement of Quality Control systems and processes that are technically sound, promote effective and efficient operations, and comply with cGMP requirements.
Provides leadership support during troubleshooting of assay performance, equipment, systems, and/or processes as it relates to ensuring the quality and compliance of the product.
Directs QC laboratory operations to ensure that product and raw material testing is performed in compliance with regulatory agencies, cGMPs, and other company policies and procedures.
Ensures deviations, CAPA, change controls, process transfers, and other business drivers are supported in a compliant manner.
Analyze trends and generate metrics using statistical analysis.
Knowledge & Skills:
Ability to understand the site and appropriately network with stakeholders.
Strong working knowledge of cGMP regulations and Regulatory Agency requirements applicable to biologics and cell therapy manufacturing.
Demonstrated experience building and leading exceptional teams.
Ability to apply Lean, Six Sigma and Risk Management concepts and tools is preferred.
Ability to work in a high paced team environment, meet deadlines, and prioritize work from multiple projects.
Strong analytical and communication skills as well as sound judgment, with the ability to work effectively with others.

Basic Requirements:
BS in a scientific discipline. An equivalent combination of higher education and experience will be considered.
A minimum of 10 years' experience in a GMP laboratory.
A minimum of 2 years' technical experience with flow cytometry, molecular, or cell biology testing.
A minimum of 2 years' experience with regulatory inspections (including hosting lab tours).
A minimum of 6 years of increasing management responsibility of a cell therapy, drug product, or related biopharmaceutical Quality Control laboratory with a minimum of 2 years' experience with being manager of people leaders.
Extensive experience with developing team members.

Position Summary
The TAS is a critical role in our unique customer model to execute the BMS aspiration to be the BioPharma that delivers the most impactful engagement with Health Care Providers (HCPs), driving adoption of new and existing medicines for appropriate patients.
The primary role of the TAS is to drive demand for BMS medicines within their portfolio for the appropriate patients. To meet the HCPs expectations, the TAS engages them with a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper scientific dialogue on and consistent with label, leveraging new ways of working and CE^3.
The role builds and maintains strong professional credibility with regional thought leaders (RTLs) and community-based physicians/HCPs in private practice, medical groups practices, office staff, and other stakeholders in the patient care continuum as their primary point of contact.
The TAS liaises with other BMS functions as needed to deliver an overall higher Customer Experience (Cx) – by meeting HCP needs in a timely and scientific manner. This role will prioritize the safe and appropriate use of BMS products while also focusing on overall business results and performance objectives while exemplifying BMS values.
The TAS role is field-based. A TAS is anticipated to spend 100% of their time in the field with external customers.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Promotion:
- Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory or region to meet or exceed assigned sales targets in a compliant manner.
- Creates demand for BMS medicines by articulating in a balanced manner the clinical and scientific rationale for use of products in appropriate patients.
- Engages with and continuously maintains/grows a high level of scientific expertise in all assigned products and therapeutic areas.
- Prepares and successfully implements comprehensive territory and account plans.
- Proactively uses available tools such as CE^3 (once implemented) to derive insights and to dynamically inform call plans. Provides feedback on experience using these tools to leadership to enable continuous improvement.
Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue:
- Demonstrates scientific expertise and passion in using approved scientific resources and publications to present information to HCPs and ensures medical accuracy.
- Conducts in-office presentations (e.g., lunch and learns) and discusses product-related scientific information with HCPs that is consistent with label.
- Organizes external speaker programs, selecting speakers from list approved by Speakers Bureau and facilitating scheduling and logistics.
- Maintains a high level of working expertise on emerging data for approved indications.
- Engages real-time medical support through Medical on Call to reactively answer unsolicited questions and complex technical inquiries.
Cross-functional collaboration:
- Proactively collaborates with other field teams to ensure the best Customer Experience (Cx) for HCPs.
- Gathers and shares relevant insights and information internally with the appropriate stakeholders to enable BMS to better serve its customers.
Complies with all laws, regulations, and policies that govern the conduct of BMS.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or preferred 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience as healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately and convincingly to help physicians best serve their patients.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong credibility with key customers, office staff, and others in the customer influence network via a customer-centric mindset and desire to create positive and differentiated Customer Experience (Cx).
- Experience in Immunology required.

Director of Biostatistics is a member of cross-functional team and contributes to development of compounds within the Neuroscience therapeutic area. Drives the design of innovative and efficient clinical trials, including the selection of populations to study and endpoints to use. Develops trial designs that address study objectives that will support regulatory approval and market access. Contributes to Clinical Development Plans, submissions, and post-submission strategies, preparations, and defenses. We are seeking an individual with a track record of strong leadership, compliant execution, and a winning mindset to join the Neuroscience Sales Strategy & Operations team – Psychiatry to support the Northeast and South regions during the launch of KarXT. This individual will partner with the Northeast and South Region Sales Leadership Teams to pull-through business-related functions. The selected candidate will have a high level of exposure to senior sales and marketing leadership across our business unit and will be a key member of the Sales Strategy & Operations team.
This position will report into the Director, Sales Strategy & Operations and have a dotted line reporting relationship with the Northeast and South Region Business Directors (RBD).
Even more specifically, the successful candidate will excel at:
- Collaborating with the Northeast and South Region Sales Leadership Teams, on the development and execution of the regional business plans and the business review process
- Providing recommendations to improve regional sales performance through proactive analysis of region, district and territory performance. This includes, but is not limited to business analytics, sales messaging, strategy and tactical planning.
- Leading the planning and execution of the sales communication plan, including the Regional or National meetings, e-mail correspondence, slide deck creation and management, teleconferences, and associated compliance/legal review.
- Managing the inquiry/resolution process as needed for the sales team (e.g. triaging and following up on Clarity/ServiceNow tickets, ad hoc requests from home office and field, tracking People Services and Help Desk Tickets, etc created by the sales team).
- Contributing subject matter expertise and/or managing operational support of field-based systems (e.g. OneLook Specialty (OLS), Veeva/InterAct, customer alignments, Call Planning Process, e-Roster, HCP Connect, MS Teams, a:Coach, SharePoint, Workday, MyBMS, Survey’s, etc.).
- Tracking the allocation and utilization of resources (e.g. promotional program budgets, marketing materials, etc.) and region adherence to BMS policies and procedures.
- Partnering with the home office operations teams and necessary functional areas to troubleshoot regional operational issues (e.g. relevant BMS systems).
- Assisting with the new hire on-boarding process as it relates to operational, analytical systems and business processes.
- As needed, leads projects to support the brand (e.g. field/tactical component to local professional society meetings, etc.), roll out of new technology and assist with POA planning/other meeting planning opportunities.
- Working with the Leadership Team to rollout the annual Objectives setting process.
- Driving a strong culture of development, growth, diversity, inclusion, rewards and recognition.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical or relevant sales experience.
- Well documented examples of strong leadership, strong compliant execution, and a winning mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver on sales objectives with a track record of strong sales performance.
- Experience with the Psychiatric customer base and market industry knowledge preferred (but not required).
- Successful experience working with local sales matrix team to accomplish business objectives.
- Demonstrated experiences partnering with Sales Leadership (e.g. DBMs) to support the execution of approved brand tactics, onboarding of new representatives, and assisting with training sales skills, business planning and product knowledge.
- Ability to impact and influence others with no direct reporting relationship.
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
- Demonstrated planning and project management skills.

The starting compensation for this job is a range from $125,000 -$155,000 plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility). The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed. Position Summary
Senior Managers of Statistical Programming provide comprehensive programming expertise to clinical project teams to lead statistical programming teams and support the development, regulatory approval and market acceptance of Bristol Myers Squibb products. This position is primarily responsible for the design, development and implementation of technical solutions for integrating, analyzing and reporting clinical data. Senior Managers develop collaborative relationships and work effectively within Global Biometrics & Data Sciences (GBDS), with external vendors and members of cross-functional development teams.
Senior Managers of Statistical Programming also support and lead improvement initiatives. They proactively plan, implement, and identify issues/risks and provide remediation strategies to facilitate decision making. Senior Managers also lead and support the change management process (e.g. communication, training, stakeholder engagement).
This position may include functional management responsibilities. In this role, Senior Managers of Statistical Programming are responsible for managing employees: set objectives, manage performance, and provide meaningful coaching and feedback. They also support the evaluation and recruitment of potential employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides comprehensive programming leadership and support to clinical project teams and vendors, including deployment of programming strategies, standards, specifications and programmed analysis to comply with regulatory requirements, SOPs and work practices
- Independently develops, validates, troubleshoots, and maintains complex programs and utilities in accordance with predefined specifications and standards
- Leads / Supports the electronic submission preparation and review
- Develops unambiguous and robust programming specifications (e.g. ADaM specifications)
- Reviews key planning documents (e.g., statistical analysis plan, data presentation plan, data review plan) to align with project objectives and ensures clarity and completeness of programming assumptions and requirements; Assesses document robustness and impact on programming activities
- Communicates proactively and effectively around issues and risks and contributes to its remediation
- Improvement Responsibilities:
- Identifies, leads, and supports opportunities to enhance processes and technology
- Communicates proactively and effectively around issues and risks and contributes to its remediation
- Managerial Responsibilities (if applicable):
- Effectively recruits, manages, develops, evaluates, rewards, motivates, and retains up to 5 direct reports, resulting in an increasing level of capabilities within GBDS
- Conducts objective setting, performance check-ins, and year-end discussions in compliance with BMS policies; aligns objectives, feedback and performance evaluation with manager
- Meets regularly with direct reports, focusing on project updates, development needs, issue resolution, and provides real-time coaching and feedback; holds staff accountable for quality and timeliness of programming activities; ensures staff is compliant with training requirements
- Communicates with manager regarding promotions, performance concerns, and retention risks
- Builds and maintains a network with stakeholders and peers to ensure cross-functional strategies and objectives intertwine and build upon each other to achieve results
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, biostatistics, mathematics, computer science or life sciences required
- At least 8 years programming experience in industry including support of significant regulatory filings
- Proficient knowledge of drug development process, clinical trial methodology, regulatory guidance, industry standards, statistical concepts, and medical terminology used in the analysis and submission of clinical data
- Broad expertise in statistical programming and in developing computing strategies
- In-depth understanding of clinical data structure (e.g. CDISC standards) and relational databases
- Demonstrated proficiency in using SAS to produce analysis datasets and TFLs and in using other software tools and applications (e.g. MS office, XML, Pinnacle 21)
- Demonstrated ability in processing of upstream data (e.g. multiple data forms, workflows, eDC, SDTM); Demonstrated ability in providing deliverables to meet downstream requirements, (e.g. ADaM, TFLs, e-submission components)
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with clinical team members
