This individual will be an integral part of the Study Design Innovation and Optimization (StuDIO) function within Global Biometrics and Data Sciences of BMS. The individual will report to StuDIO Head, Global Biometrics and Data Sciences. The individual will have subject matter expertise in drug development and a strong background in Clinical Development & Quantitative Methods knowledge, particularly in innovative study design context. This individual will be accountable for utilizing a structured program to guide study teams to ideate design options, assess trade-offs, and align on design decisions. The StuDIO Lead will support study teams by identifying capabilities to address specific design questions while ensuring study teams are connected to SMEs or capability owners who will provide hands-on support and training in leveraging tools and resources. The individual will bring forward perspectives and share experiences from other Therapeutic Areas or indications and suggest appropriate resources and tools to aid in devising plans to leverage key capabilities available.
The individual will have strong networking skills to effectively identify SMEs across BMS. The StuDIO Lead will connect study teams with SMEs who will act as on-demand resources to provide study teams with recommendations for leveraging key capabilities and pressure-test study teams’ proposed designs via ‘peer review’ approach.
The StuDIO lead will facilitate discussions in workshops to drive alignment and have the ability and knowledge to prompt questions from quantitative and statistical viewpoints. The individual will utilize soft skills to drive study team engagement while facilitating discussions and driving decision making.
This role will collaborate with cross-functional groups across the organization to support study teams with study design and strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Effectively tap into network of Quantitative Method SMEs across BMS
Maintains portfolio-wide understanding of key design questions and issues
Determines approach(es) for engagement with study teams, based on study objectives
Leads holistic design support workshops and drives study team engagement and decision making
Participates in industry-wide technical discussions
Ensures consistency and adherence to BMS processes and standards across therapeutic areas and projects
Qualifications & Experience
BS or MS (10+ years’ experience) in Statistics, Biostatistics, Quantitative Science or in related scientific field with clinical trials, drug development, pharmaceutical industry or healthcare experience
Strong background in Clinical Development and Quantitative Methods knowledge
Excellent interpersonal, communication, writing and organizational skills
Extensive experience in drug development across multiple therapeutic areas
Demonstrate expertise in applying knowledge of general and cutting-edge clinical trials methodology to solve complex problems in the clinical development area and ensure alignment with regulatory agencies and industry standards
Capable of quickly building strong networks across organizations
Demonstrate excellent collaboration, organizational/ leadership abilities, and interpersonal skills while working in a matrixed environment
Extensive experience facilitating teams and utilizing engagement strategies to enable effective decision making

Position Summary
The TAS is a critical role in our unique customer model to execute the BMS aspiration to be the BioPharma that delivers the most impactful engagement with Health Care Providers (HCPs), driving adoption of new and existing medicines for appropriate patients.
The primary role of the TAS is to drive demand for BMS medicines within their portfolio for the appropriate patients. To meet the HCPs expectations, the TAS engages them with a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper scientific dialogue on and consistent with label, leveraging new ways of working and CE^3.
The role builds and maintains strong professional credibility with regional thought leaders (RTLs) and community-based physicians/HCPs in private practice, medical groups practices, office staff, and other stakeholders in the patient care continuum as their primary point of contact.
The TAS liaises with other BMS functions as needed to deliver an overall higher Customer Experience (Cx) – by meeting HCP needs in a timely and scientific manner. This role will prioritize the safe and appropriate use of BMS products while also focusing on overall business results and performance objectives while exemplifying BMS values.
The TAS role is field-based. A TAS is anticipated to spend 100% of their time in the field with external customers.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Promotion
Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory or region to meet or exceed assigned sales targets in a compliant manner.
Creates demand for BMS medicines by articulating in a balanced manner the clinical and scientific rationale for use of products in appropriate patients.
Engages with and continuously maintains/grows a high level of scientific expertise in all assigned products and therapeutic areas.
Prepares and successfully implements comprehensive territory and account plans.
Proactively uses available tools such as CE^3 (once implemented) to derive insights and to dynamically inform call plans. Provides feedback on experience using these tools to leadership to enable continuous improvement.
Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue
Demonstrates scientific expertise and passion in using approved scientific resources and publications to present information to HCPs and ensures medical accuracy.
Conducts in-office presentations (e.g., lunch and learns) and discusses product-related scientific information with HCPs that is consistent with label.
Organizes external speaker programs, selecting speakers from list approved by Speakers Bureau and facilitating scheduling and logistics.
Maintains a high level of working expertise on emerging data for approved indications.
Engages real-time medical support through Medical on Call to reactively answer unsolicited questions and complex technical inquiries.
Cross-functional collaboration
Proactively collaborates with other field teams to ensure the best Customer Experience (Cx) for HCPs.
Gathers and shares relevant insights and information internally with the appropriate stakeholders to enable BMS to better serve its customers.
Complies with all laws, regulations, and policies that govern the conduct of BMS.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Advanced scientific degree and/or preferred 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience as healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse.
Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately and convincingly to help physicians best serve their patients.
Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong credibility with key customers, office staff, and others in the customer influence network via a customer-centric mindset and desire to create positive and differentiated Customer Experience (Cx).
Experience in Oncology required.
Demonstrated strong capability in account management skill sets, superior selling competencies, and proven sales performance track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively cross-functionally with a positive team mindset and can-do attitude.

As this position requires the operation of a Company-provided vehicle, offers of employment are contingent upon the candidate meeting the requirements of “Qualified Driver,” as determined by the Company in its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following: 1) at least 21 years of age; 2) a driver’s license in good standing issued by your state of residence; and, 3) a driving risk level deemed acceptable by the Company.
The starting compensation for this job is a range from $120,00-$160,000, plus incentive cash and stock
opportunities (based on eligibility).
The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed.
Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.

Position Responsibilities
- Responsible for elaboration and supervision of tax compliance routines in Latin America, primarily supporting Argentina and Puerto Rico.
- Work collaboratively with the Sr Manager, Tax Latam on tax requirements such as compliance, reporting, tax accounting and transfer pricing.
- Prepare US GAAP tax reporting, provision and contingency through OneSource (TaxStream tool).
- Work closely with third-party external professionals (global and local providers) and promote close collaborations with shared services centers within the organization.
- Prepare projections (ETR, deferred taxes and cash tax flow).
- Manage possible tax inquiries from the Tax Offices mainly located in Argentina & Puerto Rico.
- Responsible for transfer pricing documentation and collaborate on the analysis of the legal entity profitability jointly with the local finance teams.
- Ensure SOX compliance in relation to reporting controls by supporting testing and documentation processes.
- Identifies potential tax compliance issues, performs research, and make recommendations to prevent & resolve tax issues.
- Seek for potential ways to optimize tax processes and sets up compliance procedures.
- Look for technology initiatives to create effective calculations and financial models to support tax returns and provisions, dashboards and analytics.
- Provide tax support for local business, connect with the Sr Manager to advise business partners on relevant changes in tax legislations.
- Build a strong networking across global tax, finance Latam, customs, treasury and legal.
- Work with the operations team, legal, country controllers and other stakeholders.
- Be current with changes in tax laws that could impact the Company’s operations.
Main Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Tax, Finance, or a related field + 8 years of combined tax experience in public accounting or a large multinational company with a corporate tax department or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
- Knowledgeable in Latin America countries, ideally familiar with the tax environment in Argentina and Puerto Rico.
- Proficient in English & Spanish skills (written, reading, and speaking).
- Exposure to a large ERP system, in particular SAP and One Source/Tax stream would be advantageous.
- Advanced skills in Excel functions (pivot tables, macros, filters, etc.)
- Good understanding of accounting and tax principles; tax return preparation experience a plus.
- Team player with good collaborative skills who is confident in communicating with others and can work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to deliver accurate documentation and task completion.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a time sensitive environment. Detail oriented and organized.

Video/Photography Production Specialist – BMS Films
Provide day-to-day technical studio and remote services across all aspects of Video, Audio, and Photography assignments within scope of BMS Films managed Corporate Projects. Full technical responsibility, on multi- sized projects including Executive level Video messaging & Photography for a wide range of Internal & External Communications.
Responsibilities include fast response to providing Photography & Video services in close collaboration with BMS Films Corporate project Producer executing on project plan and timeline. Role includes Photography responsibilities, Video DP responsibilities & Editing. Additional multi-tasking production activity may be needed as is reasonable (i.e. Directing, Teleprompter, Audio, etc.) in coordination with a BMS Films Corporate Projects Producer and where appropriate or needed.
Reports to the BMS Films Manager – Production
Responsibilities Include:
- Best in class day to day technical operation of the BMS Films Corporate Production Facility at the direction of BMS Films Manager - Production.
- Active resource as Department Photographer, Video DP & Audio technician operator including set up, record & breakdown in studio and at various remote locations.
- Strong experience with utilization and technical oversight of professional video cameras specifically Canon & Black Magic along with Lighting Audio recording and teleprompter skills.
- Video, Audio & Photography Editing capability. Experience with utilization of Lightroom and strong competency across non-linear editing in current platforms such as Premier, Resolve or AVID. Story building competency in post a strong plus.
- Control space allocation, technical equipment oversight, facility security & safety.
- Manage Equipment inventory upkeep and expendables for Video Studio and Remote Equipment packages.
- Manage up to Manager regarding studio utilization and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Analyze & guide internal corporate requests - create simplified technical production plan – supporting Producer obtained intake requests.
- Maintain all technical timelines, resources, deliverables on projects. While seeking to solve - advise Producer on technical & potential cost impact of any Project scope or scheduling changes
- Drive seamless best in class execution and focus of projects while meeting Corporate Business Partner needs in all necessary production and project capacities. Manage technical leadership and execution of a large volume of productions simultaneously.
- Travel as needed for productions including international travel – anticipate limited travel.
- Support department needs in fast paced; deadline driven environment that could involve occasional demand outsides of typical work hours with quick, energized response.
- Work collaboratively with Manager to support secondarily outside of Corporate – workload permitting.
- Attending BMS Films Team meetings for weekly status and discussion. Additionally, meet as requested with Manager for continuous transparency between locations.
- Engage with BMS Films Senior Editor regularly to discuss and align on editing accomplishments, challenges and recommendations.
- Online maintenance of studio & equipment schedule aligned with BMS Films system. Scheduling, job log updating and tie in with virtual tools within the BMS Films equipment utilization systems.
- Closing all projects including uploading materials to BMS Content Central.
- Engagement with Manager to determine if/when additional crew is needed.
- Report up in writing and verbally in regularly scheduled meetings on-going with Manager regarding project status & weekly Facility Utilization Reports & Weekly Production Activity Reporting.
- Demonstrate exceptional Business Professionalism and experience with Senior Executives.
- Hold in high regard a very positive work tone with colleagues.
- Operate with a strategic mindset to drive continuous improvement and innovation of superior process from production planning through video/audio/photography capture & storage.
- Adherence to BMS & OSHA Safety throughout all productions on-site and remote

Role Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years' experience operating in a hands-on, end-to-end technical Video/Photography/ Editing Capacity in corporate, advertising/marketing/public relations agency, online video or television production environment

Video Producer – BMS Films
Produce all aspects of video, audio, and photography projects within scope of BMS Films managed Corporate Projects. Full Producing responsibility, on multi- sized projects including Executive level messaging & Photography for a wide range of Internal & External Communications.
Responsibilities include fast response, proactive internal project Producing from intake to delivery. Role works is close collaboration with BMS Films studio Corporate Production Team member and leads response to inquiry/ need with project plan and timeline, estimate/budgeting & actualizing, scheduling for all production needs, allocating resources, creating and managing timelines and deliverables and all production scope of work details. - Apply Video Producing experience to responsibilities associated with corporate Video, Audio & Photography productions from first inquiry to planning to production & delivery.
- Analyze & guide internal corporate requests - create simplified project brief, plan & budget for alignment & project file creation. Manage entire production process, track time & financial spending – keep production on time, within scope and within budget.
- Manage, communicate, assess, and redesign production if developments push project beyond initial scope, deadlines, etc..
- Assess, design & communicate end to end the needed logistics of all production phases (crew coordination, registration, catering, talent booking, travel, and delivery methods)
- Maintain all timelines, resources, deliverables on projects, and ensure that Business Partners are aware of any changes.
- Drive seamless best in class execution and focus of projects while meeting Business Partner needs in all necessary production and project capacities.

Senior Mental Health Account Specialist (MHAS)

Position Summary
The MHAS is a critical role in our unique customer model to execute the BMS aspiration to be the BioPharma team that delivers the most impactful engagement with Health Care Providers (HCPs), driving adoption of new and existing medicines for appropriate patients. This role will be hired to support the potential US commercialization of our lead investigational product, which, if approved by the FDA, could be the first ever treatment to target muscarinic receptor circuits for schizophrenia. The Mental Health Account Specialist team will call on the providers and care team members specifically at Community Mental Health Centers and Certified Community Behavior Health Centers. You will be a critical member of the launch team. Geographies may cover multiple states as they will mirror our District footprints.
The primary role of the MHAS is to drive demand for BMS medicines within their portfolio for the appropriate patients. To meet the HCPs expectations, the MHAS engages them with a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper scientific dialogue, consistent on-label discussions and leveraging effective avenues for partnering. CE^3.
The role builds and maintains strong professional credibility with regional thought leaders (RTLs) and community-based physicians/HCPs in private practice, medical groups practices, office staff, and other stakeholders in the patient care continuum as their primary point of contact.
The MHAS liaises with other BMS functions, including partner portfolio aligned Therapeutic Areas Specialists (TAS) to deliver an overall higher Customer Experience (Cx) – by meeting HCP needs in a timely and scientific manner. This role will prioritize the safe and appropriate use of BMS products while also focusing on overall business results and performance objectives while exemplifying BMS values.
The MHAS role is field-based and is anticipated to spend 100% of their time in the field engaging solely with our customers in Community Mental Health Centers and Certified Community Behavioral Health Centers.

The Director of Production will be responsible for oversight, development, and leadership of drug product and isotope production teams. The Director of Production will set vision and drive a culture of compliance and teamwork in a GMP radiopharmaceutical environment. The Director of Production will work with department managers to establish KPI’s, training programs, and setting of clearly defined roles and responsibilities for department personnel. The Director of Production will work cross-functionally to meet corporate objectives and implement systems related to the commercialization of RayzeBio’s programs. The Director of Production will establish and manage teams of high performers to ensure a consistent and timely global supply chain is achieved.
Responsibilities:
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Provide in-plant leadership and guidance for production personnel and ensure GMP compliance for clinical and commercial drug product and/or isotope production.
Manage external cleaning vendors and or other support vendors related to GMP cleanroom operations.
Support the development and implementation of a robust employee training program.
Draft GMP documentation including but not limited to Batch Records, SOP’s, forms, Deviations, CAPA’s, Change Controls and reports.
Support investigations and implement preventative action plans.
Support the building of a production team including drafting job descriptions, interviewing and hiring of personnel.
Conduct performance reviews and lead employee development programs.
Establish and manage production department KPI’s related to performance and throughput of GMP radiopharmaceutical operations.
Support validation activities related to hot cells and production cleanrooms.
Ensure compliance with NRC, EH&S and US/EU GMP regulatory guidelines as required.
Knowledge and Skills:
Highly motivated and organized professional with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven experience building and managing teams in a GMP environment.
Excellent professional ethics, integrity, and ability to maintain confidential information.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in Radiopharmaceutical or injectable GMP manufacturing environment.
Experience leading and organizing teams within manufacturing
Experience establishing KPI’s and training programs
Preferred Qualifications:

Description of the project and work required (including references)
The candidate will be responsible for developing applications and tools in support of data visualization and reporting, including the use of R Shiny as the reporting layer, Web programming in JavaScript/CSS for customized UI, and R and/or SAS for any pre-processing/data manipulation.
Examples of some of the R methods/packages that the candidate will be expected to use include ggplot2, plotly, dplyr, haven/readxl. Candidate will also be involved in generating complex graphs used for statistical analysis and interpretation such as DAG (Directed Acyclic Diagrams) and Sankey plots, among others.
In addition to the development of new code, the candidate will be expected to support and maintain standard R programs, which will comprise a library of code to be used for future development and developing and writing database procedures and schemas.

Experience:
4-6 years of experience in digital/tech, mobile, and analytical software product development with full-stack experience including R/Shiny server operations
Clinical/Statistical programming with R and experience in creating TLF (Tables, Listings and Figures) outputs using SDTM, ADaM data
Technical:
R and Shiny with standard packages for data visualization and analysis in aid of clinical data review
Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile development methodologies

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior MES Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in Emerson Syncade MES, specifically in the Biologics, Pharmaceutical, or Cell and Gene Therapy industries, to join our team. As an Senior MES Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting our manufacturing operations by performing business analysis, implementing recipe changes, and driving process improvements within the assigned area. - Perform MES Business Analysis and Recipe Changes: Analyze MES requirements and make necessary changes to recipes in the assigned area, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives.
