Bristol Myers Squibb encompasses a broad range of disciplines to enable a robust pipeline of drug candidates aimed at serious diseases. Chemistry is a core capability in Small Molecule & Drug Discovery with innovative scientists working in medicinal chemistry, radiochemistry, analytical chemistry, and large-scale synthesis. Within SMDD our Lead Discovery and Optimization (LDO) team is responsible for high throughput screening, compound storage and distribution, primary assays to support discovery programs, and compound profiling to explore drug liabilities in vitro. LDO scientists discover and adopt cutting edge assay technologies that utilize state-of-the-art automation to drive speed and efficiency. Our Molecular Structure and Design team embraces novel approaches to computer-aided drug design, machine learning, and structural biology. The integration of these disciplines provides a seamless and highly interactive environment for discovery scientists to learn, develop, and innovate. Working in partnership with our disease area experts in the Thematic Research Centers provides an exciting pathway to discover and deliver medicines to patients in need.
The Cheminformatics team within Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an exceptional scientist with an interest in the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning for molecular design. In this role, the selected candidate will use cutting edge techniques to accelerate the drug discovery process from hit identification through candidate nomination and will actively participate directly on therapeutic projects.
The scientist must have a broad knowledge of modern data science methods with an emphasis on machine learning to advance multi-objective molecular design efforts. We are looking for expertise in generative molecular design with applications to therapeutic projects. The successful candidate must have a sufficient understanding of chemistry and the ability to communicate with collaborative scientists from a broad array of backgrounds. Key objectives for this position will be to identify and use machine learning methods to drive chemical structure optimization within the context of therapeutic projects, and to enable other scientists within the team to benefit from those tools and methods in their projects.
The selected candidate will join a research team with a track record of pipeline impact across modalities and across therapeutic areas. This is an exciting opportunity as we combine the best of physics-based modeling with data analytics and machine learning to accelerate drug discovery and bring benefit to patients.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of academic / industry experience
Or
Master’s Degree with 3+ years of academic / industry experience
Or
Ph.D. and no experience required
Preferred Qualifications:
Ph.D. with 0- 2+ years of relevant fields with a focus in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning development and applications to molecular design. Postdoctoral or industry experience a plus.
Experience in machine learning or artificial intelligence work is critical, with cheminformatics, computational chemistry, and/or molecular modeling experience a plus.
Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Python, C/C++, and/or R etc.
Expertise in a subset of machine learning and cheminformatics libraries, such as TensorFlow, Kera’s, PyTorch, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, DeepChem, RDKit or OEchem is essential.
Sensitive to data. Critical assessment of experimental data and combinations of different data sets. Incorporate data knowledge into development and application of suitable machine learning algorithms to produce meaningful predictive models.
This position will be operating in a multidisciplinary environment and a willingness to collaborate across functional teams is essential.
An aptitude and desire to learn and apply new techniques is expected as well as personal attributes of integrity, creativity, problem solving, and a strong work ethic.
Excellent communication skills are a must.
Track record of publications on peer-reviewed scientific journals.

Position Summary
The Associate Director of Portfolio Management plays a pivotal role within Finance Strategic Operations overseeing and optimizing the Finance of the Future project portfolio including the FCE, LEAP and Enterprise FP&A initiatives. Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Finance Strategic Operations & Data Strategy, the Finance Associate Director of Portfolio Management will be responsible for strategically managing, monitoring and overseeing the execution of multiple projects to ensure alignment with the organization's goals and objectives. This role requires a strong ability to balance competing priorities, manage resources effectively and make data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Management:
- Define, develop and maintain the project portfolio strategy in alignment with the organization's business objectives.
- Evaluate and prioritize project initiatives based on strategic goals, resource availability and financial constraints.
- Monitor the portfolio's health, ensuring that projects are on track and adjust as necessary to meet strategic objectives.
- Conduct regular program reviews to assess performance, risks and opportunities.
Project Oversight:
- Provide guidance and support to project managers and teams to ensure projects are executed according to defined processes and standards.
- Assist in resolving escalated project issues and risks, fostering collaboration and facilitating communication among project stakeholders.
- Ensure that project objectives, scope and deliverables align with portfolio goals.
Resource Allocation:
- Collaborate with project coordinator(s) to allocate and optimize resources across projects in the portfolio.
- Identify resource gaps and work with leadership to address staffing needs.
- Monitor resource utilization and make recommendations for adjustments.
Supervisory Responsibility:
- 3-5 global project management FTEs (internal/external)
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the portfolio budget, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost-effective project delivery.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and potential risks related to project finances.
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts for senior management.
Risk and Issue Management:
- Proactively identify, assess and mitigate project and portfolio risks.
- Establish risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Escalate critical issues to program and project leadership and recommend solutions.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Foster positive relationships with global stakeholders, including executives, department heads and project sponsors.
- Communicate portfolio status, progress and performance to stakeholders through regular reporting and presentations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, business administration, operations management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Working knowledge of financial planning, performance management and financial close are highly desirable.
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience is required, with at least 4+ years in project management, business transformation and/or equivalent, with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects.
- Proficiency in project management software tools and financial management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align projects with organizational goals.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PSM/CSM – Professional/Certified Scrum Master certification is highly desirable.
- Experience working in a Project Management Office or similar environment is advantageous.

Position Summary
The Senior Manager Finance Project Management position plays a pivotal role in supporting the efficient execution of projects within the Finance of the Future Program. Reporting directly to the Associate Director Finance Portfolio Management, the Senior Manager Finance Project Management will support projects that optimizing finance processes, driving efficiency and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership:
- Lead and manage Finance projects/initiatives from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Assist in resolving escalated project issues and risks, fostering collaboration and facilitating communication among project stakeholders.

The primary focus of this position is to support Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) as the Project Coordinator of EOHSS for the Devens Facility within the Department of Environmental, Occupational Health, Safety and Sustainability (EOHSS). As the Project Coordinator you will play an active role in supporting the company’s environmental, occupational health, safety, and sustainability (EOHSS) efforts within the Devens Facility to drive long-term company and stakeholder value.
The individual in this role will be responsible for providing administrative support and developing, planning, organization, and executing EOHSS programs, policies, procedures, and training to ensure that the site maintains a safe, healthy, and environmentally compliant facility in accordance with company and regulatory requirements. This position plays a key role in aligning corporate and local policies and procedures and will enable and foster a proactive and integrated EOHSS culture that promotes a positive, proactive approach throughout all operations.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Function as Incident Coordinator including internal notifications and reports, database maintenance, and tracking of EHS events, investigations, and action items. Assist with coordinating daily department Tier meetings.
Manage a wide range of communications and preparation / distribution of Site EOHSS communications.
Develop, create, and manage site platforms, databases, and SharePoint for documentation of procedures, forms, SOPs, investigations, communications, and other management system platforms and their outcomes in line with all EOHSS and Site requirements.
Develop, create, and maintain, and distribute EOHSS reports, and records as assigned.
Assist with coordination of group meetings, audits, and Site EOHSS events as needed.
Perform data analysis, trending, and deep data dives within EOHSS management system(s). Be familiar with the DMAIC process and assist with those continuous improvement activities.
Manage the EOHSS training schedule and help with coordination of assignments. Administer and review training reports, assignments, and work with Learning & Development Team on both submitting forms and implementing new initiatives. Independently assigns/determines training components for job classifications based upon existing guidelines. Exercises strong judgment when assigning qualifications.
Assist with document control process, including submitting documents for review and approval, submitting appropriate forms in document control system, and working with EOHSS Team on any periodical reviews required. Maintain a schedule for those periodic reviews to ensure timely completion.
Executes, tracks, and manages P.O.s, check requests, financial reports, and assists with purchases as needed.
Key contact for internal customers, researchers, facilities, management, and other cross functional groups, building strong relationships by handling EOHSS inquiries and managing central EOHSS e-mail box for the Site.
Challenges the status quo and brings new approaches to continually improve the effectiveness of workflows and processes (learn and apply new concepts).
Review and ensure accurate and complete resolution of issues as they arise and escalates concerns, resource constraints, needs, with urgency to appropriate leaders within the organization.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local environmental, safety, medical surveillance and sustainability laws, regulations, codes, rules, and consensus guides.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Minimum education of a B.S. degree is required.
Prior EHS Incident, Administrative, and/or Project Coordinator experience is required.
Experience with incidents and/or learning systems database (e.g., Enablon, Success Factors)
Previous experience with financial/purchasing systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba) preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Suite (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
Experience with document control systems (e.g., DCA, BMSDocs) preferred.
Prioritizes work and thinks independently, analyzes, and solves complex problems with excellent judgment, quality, and detail in an urgent manner.
Excellent transparent verbal and written communication skills.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Executive Director, Cell Therapy Quality Analytical Science & Technology (ED, CTQ, AST) is accountable for delivering commercially robust and globally compliant analytical strategies and outcomes that sustain the product supply chain throughout the product lifecycle. Accountable for cell therapy analytical method validation and transfer, including highly complex bioanalytical methods, analytical CMC strategy, stability program, and end to end life-cycle management for cell therapy. The scope of the role includes cell therapy cell banks, plasmids, viral vectors, drug product intermediates, drug products, and finished labeled drug product. The Executive Director, Cell Therapy Quality, Analytical Science & Technology (ED, CTQ, AST), in the nascent field of cell therapy, is skilled at development of analytical strategy including strategies for complex early generation bio-assay methods with limited industry guidance. The ED, CTQ, AST is a motivated, engaged, solutions-driven and adaptable leader who supports the VP of Cell Therapy Quality, the senior Cell Therapy Leadership Team, in the advancement of analytical readiness for Cell Therapy at BMS. The ED, CTQ, AST is a strategic leader, operational integrator, and implementer to ensure that analytical strategies and methods are commercially ready across the Cell Therapy landscape, as well as direct management of operational responsibilities including CT global stability programs, QC readiness, reference standard support and analytical leadership for the CT GO teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the Cell Therapy Analytical Science & Technology team for BMS Cell Therapy franchise.
- Ensure the methods used to release product and support shelf life are suitable for their intended use, robust, and globally compliant.
- Cell Therapy AST partners and collaborates with Cell Therapy Operations and Cell Therapy Development to troubleshoot and triage methods to minimize or eliminate the impact of test methods on the global supply chain.
- Partner across development, operations, and regulatory to define and deliver analytical control strategies (methods and specs) that comply with internal and external quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develops and improves analytical method control strategies for cell banks, plasmids, viral vectors, drug product intermediates, drug products, and finished labeled drug product.
- Oversees generation and review of data (i.e., market life stability programs, periodic review of methods, etc.) used to determine continued suitability of drug supply throughout the product lifecycle.
- Ensures that clinical and commercial analytical strategies and outcomes comply with internal and external directives/policies/procedures and for assurance that product quality is maintained through the testing and release process.
- Supports clinical and commercial global regulatory filings and authors/ reviews/approves portions of the filings related to method development, qualification, and/or validation as required.
- Provides quality oversight of analytical method strategies in support of development, characterization, and comparability studies conducted in collaboration with process development, manufacturing sciences and technologies, analytical development, quality control, and/or stability.
- Excels at analyzing complex data, information and issues, assessing risk, designing appropriate strategies and overseeing execution of the strategies through completion.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Specific Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, etc:
- Expertise in GMP compliance, global regulations and strong understanding of pharmaceutical analytical development lifecycle are required.
- Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving capabilities relative to Quality, compliance, technical considerations, and regulatory requirements are required.
- Experience in Cell Therapy (preferred), Biologics and Sterile manufacturing or technical support.
- Proven track record of delivering the analytics and associated analytical CMC strategies for late stage and commercial cell therapy products.
- Experience implementing quality strategy and standards related to analytics.
- Direct experience managing interactions with global regulatory agencies and in the preparation of regulatory submissions.
- Demonstrated ability to develop technical and strategic leadership talent to meet current and future business needs.
- Experience leading a large, diverse, geographically dispersed group of colleagues.
- Ability to build strong, trusting relationships, lead large/complex teams, and work across divisions, diverse business backgrounds and cultures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent influencing and negotiating experience and capabilities in a matrix environment. Must be able to interact with senior leaders from both Cell Therapy Development and Operations and Global Product Development & Supply in this capacity and as such is seen as a highly regarded and a credible leader with the ability to act on behalf of the VP of Cell Therapy Quality to interface with stakeholders in a matrix environment.

Education/Experience/ Licenses/Certifications:
- Advanced degree in life sciences or related discipline preferred.

This role partners with the Irish Commercial and Strategy Lead to drive Haematology and Oncology activities, across all appropriately prioritized brands and indications. The Marketing Strategy Lead – Haematology and Oncology - is a core member of the local Irish cross-functional team, responsible for driving in-line marketing and launch strategies for Irish healthcare practitioners along with ensuring market leading tactical execution to achieve Irish brand and sales objectives. Position Summary
Drive the Operational Excellence program within the Drug Development (DD) Hyderabad organization. This position will be critical to enabling the organization to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and achieve drug development objectives to improve quality, capacity (productivity), and urgency (clinical trial cycle times), while cultivating a foundational end to end process mindset that values and leverages operational measures to realize data driven continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
As part of the Business Process Management / Operational Excellence team, you will partner with the different functions in the Drug Development organization in Hyderabad, global process owners, and with Portfolio & Strategic Operations (P&SO) function. Specific activities include:
- Process Analysis and Management: Partner with cross functional leaders and subject matter experts to optimize DD processes, establish and report process measures to track and manage critical health indicators and performance targets. Meticulously examine process health using data analysis tools and techniques to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Continuous Improvement: Support the process improvement initiatives across HYD DD to ensure successful implementation and realization of business benefit.
- Industry and Technical Knowledge: Identify and embed relevant external best practices, technologies, frameworks, and tools used in business process management and Operational Excellence, such as performance management, process modeling software, workflow automation tools, resource planning systems, Lean Six Sigma, etc.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors or Masters degree in Science or Engineering with Six Sigma/Lean certification or equivalent; degree in Business Management is a plus.
Minimum 10 years of experience in operational excellence and or process improvement within the pharmaceutical industry required; experience within Drug Development (Clinical Development, Trial Operations, Biostatistics, Regulatory, Safety, Project Management, etc.) is a plus.
Demonstrated experience in project management, operational excellence / continuous improvement, and change management.
Demonstrated innovation, flexibility, open-mindedness, and adaptability to meet objectives in a rapidly changing environment with shifting priorities.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the Finite Scheduling modeler of Emerson RTMS system in driving optimal solutions and digital capabilities. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders in reviewing business requirements for new capabilities, enhancements, system upgrades or new deployments. Deliver the IT solutions following best practices and aligning People, Process, Technology & Data. Engage with IT and Mfg. Ops. colleagues in exploring cost-effective and sustainable solutions. Actively participate in various meetings with internal and external stakeholders in driving timely closure of support activities. Ensure timely resolution of outstanding tickets (bug-fixes, enhancements) as per the SLA guidelines. Monitor and provide system support ensuring system operates under the service level agreement around availability, performance, accuracy & reliability. Perform unit and integration tests and assist with user acceptance testing. Provide system training on new capabilities to the business stakeholders. Provide guidance to junior team members on new technologies and capabilities.
Qualifications and Experience
3-5 years of experience on model development and programming as developer or modeler. Experience with SQL scripting and data modeling. Experience with Objective C language or related object-oriented programming language and discrete event simulation. Understanding of production planning & finite scheduling business processes is a plus. Bachelor’s Degree in technical engineering, science field or related discipline is required. Some experience with scheduling and planning algorithms in addition to ERP and manufacturing systems (e.g., MES, DCS, Process Historian) is a plus. Agile and critical thinker with a passion for innovation and learning new skills. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; ability to strategically collaborate and influence in the defined area of scope. Ability to easily navigate through multiple tasks and initiatives. Ability to balance strategic awareness & direction setting with consistent tactical results. Good planning, problem solving, analytical, time management and organizational skills.

Role Summary:
Coach, lead and inspire the sales team to achieve sales objectives agreed upon for each Oncology/Hematology products within the portfolio. Ensure all sales tactics are within strategy, executed in a compliant manner, and in collaboration as appropriate with the Key Accounts and Medical Field team.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and execute sales plan as per company strategy that expands customer base and extends reach of BMS molecules
- Manage multiple territories and sales advisors to achieve region forecasts for each brand/Indication/Segment
- Monitor and analyze performance to provide business updates to the leadership team
- Ensure all Sales Force metrics such as Days in Field, calls / day, Reach, RRF, CME, Channel Mix, activities etc. are being met to drive business objectives
- Ensure appropriate use of marketing rolled out messages and tactics within the region
- Conduct regular zonal team meetings to ensure the team is on strategy and sales are on track
- Ensure there is a strong business, account, and customer plan in place per territory
- Provide forecast updates so that appropriate stocks are available for the region based on demand and patient needs
- Collaborate with distributors to ensure products are available to all key customers
- Identify locations that need CME events, coordinate local speakers and ensure content is as per regional needs
- Collaborate with thought leaders in the field of Oncology and Hematology
- Lead recruiting efforts to fulfill vacancies with the right talent for the team and the company
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them
- Determine training needs and co-ordinate adequate product knowledge training in collaboration with marketing and medical
- Maintain product, competitor, and health care environment knowledge
- Analyze the market place and anticipate future changes to create a competitive advantage
- Create an environment within the team where compliance is an important factor in all decisions and actions taken by the team
- Complies with all laws, regulations and policies that govern the conduct of BMS
- Understands and acts in accordance with all applicable laws, local compliance rules and BMS policy when promoting BMS products.
- Foster collaboration of the sales team with multiple functions such as the medical field team, key accounts team, and marketing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in one of the Health Sciences, MBA preferred
- Proven track record of working with cross functions team.
- Previous experience that has required the use of analytical skills, selling skills, and development of strong business acumen, and working knowledge of the market access environment.
Languages:
- Strong command of English and regional language(s)
Experience and Knowledge
- 10+ or more years in the pharmaceutical specialty market
- Minimum 2+ years in current role and delivered high performance
- Deep knowledge within the Oncology and or hematology field
- Expertise in customer segmentation and targeting processes. Resources allocation expertise working with multiple customer segments.
- Understanding of the complexities of interacting with KOLs/KBLs and influencing customers
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong leadership ability
- Ability to travel at least 30% of the time

Position Summary
As part of the business operations team within the Drug Development (DD) Hyderabad organization, this position with strategic business acumen will work towards creating efficiencies and optimizing ways of working across the Drug Development Organization
Key Responsibilities
