The Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics (CP&P) team at BMS is responsible for the pharmacology and pharmacometric support for all pipeline assets throughout the clinical development lifecycle. Composed of pharmacologists, pharmacometricians, data scientists and modelers, this group oversees the pharmacokinetic evaluation, pharmacometric exposure-response evaluation, quantitative systems pharmacology modeling, physiologically based pharmacokinetic modeling and model based meta-analysis of assets covering all therapeutic modalities, including small molecules, traditional and complex biologics and next gen cell therapies. All therapeutic areas are supported.
The CP&P team interacts with discovery and translational scientists, project leadership, early and late clinical development teams and commercial colleagues to provide input on clinical pharmacology profiling, dose optimization, formulation bridging, and combination strategies to enable faster and more effective drug development informed by core scientific principals and data.
Responsibilities
Independently contribute to compound development across various development phases
Represent Clin Pharm on asset teams and at governance meetings based on proficiency
Provide input to Phase 2/3 clinical study design and registrational strategy
Accountable for the Clinical Pharmacology Plan
Lead design of clinical pharmacology studies and manages data analysis, interpretation, and reporting
High proficiency in PK, PK/PD, and model informed drug development (MIDD) principles and analyses
Collaborate on cross-functional drug development teams, and regulatory submissions; serves as Clinical Pharmacology subject matter expert
Lead and participate in departmental initiatives and represent CP&P on cross-functional initiatives / workstreams / taskforces
Participate in interactions with health authorities; serves as Clinical Pharmacology subject matter expert
Provide critical expertise to Business Development teams to assess external acquisitions
Requirements
Advanced Degree in related field (MS, Ph.D. or PharmD)
For Associate Director level with Ph.D. approximately 5+ years experience with demonstrated progression clinical pharmacology and Pharmacometrics experience
For Sr. Research Investigator, with Ph.D. approximately 2+ years experience with demonstrated progression clinical pharmacology and Pharmacometrics
For Research Investigator, with Ph.D. approximately 0-2 years experience with demonstrated progression clinical pharmacology and Pharmacometrics
Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic team-oriented environment
Expertise in general drug development
Expertise in small molecule and/or biologic drug property characterization
Demonstrated stakeholder management with strong influence/leadership
Quantitative data analysis, POP PK/PD, and data visualization skills

The Senior Specialist, QA Operations Deviation role will be responsible for providing quality oversight for site manufacturing operations and quality control laboratory operations at the Summit S12 Cell Therapy manufacturing facility, in accordance with Bristol Myers Squibb policies, standards, procedures and Global cGMP. Functional responsibilities for the incumbent include ensuring accurate and timely maintenance and review of procedures and methods; providing compliance oversight; ensure accurate and timely review of manufacturing and laboratory investigations; and identifying any trends.

Responsibilities:
Supports all activities for the Quality Operations Investigations group.
Review and approve Site operational investigation.
Review and approve Supplemental actions.
Review and approve Impact assessments or Product Quality Evaluation Approval.
Review and Approve Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA Plan, Action approval, Effectiveness Check (EC) Plan, EC execution Approval).
Participate in Audit and inspection including inspection readiness activities.
Attend and participate at Investigation and CAPA Review Board (IRB/CRB).
Review and approve Investigation Protocol/Plan and Summary report.
Review and approve interim controls (Mitigation protocols) for continued production.
Review and approve Proactive Initiatives.
Review and approve Standalone actions.
Contribute to deviation management procedure improvement.
Ensure appropriate CAPAs are generated to increase compliance and prevent repeat occurrences of deviations.

Basic Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Physical Sciences, Engineering, related discipline. An equivalent combination of higher education and demonstrated experience will be considered.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in related cGMP environment: Cell Therapy, Pharmaceutical, Biologics, Medical Device operations.
Minimum of 4 years in QA/QC.
At least 1-2 years investigation experience.
Preferred Requirements:
Advanced degree, in a science area.
Knowledge of Cell Therapy (CT) operations (manufacturing, QC, packaging/shipping) is preferred.
Knowledge of LIMS and laboratory data analysis systems.
Support in Health Authority Inspections.
Ability to understand the manufacturing process of both Abecma and Breyanzi.

Position: Lead, Global Policy & International Government Affairs, India, Turkey & the Middle East
Location: Washington, D.C.
Position Summary
The Lead Global Policy & International Government Affairs, India, Turkey & the Middle East will partner and engage on behalf of the Global Policy & International Government Affairs team by directing policy strategy, research, partnerships and managing consultants. This role will provide leadership with the local and global teams on policy and government affairs strategy, engagement, including executive travel to the market. They will guide prioritization and provide thought leadership at trade associations, as well as ensure alignment with BMS strategy by shaping policy principles and proposals including support for future product launches and support greater executive leadership in India, Turkey & the Middle East activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership and affiliate teams and General Managers in India, Turkey & the Middle East to develop effective government affairs strategies to shape key policy issues in support of BMS’ business needs and priority objectives.
- Drive cross functional collaboration on India, Turkey & the Middle East with other members of the GPIGA team and with global colleagues in Corporate Affairs, Commercialization, Market Access, Medical Affairs, R&D, BD, Legal and Regulatory.
- Engage with officials from India, Turkey & the Middle East, U.S. government officials, and with their representatives bilaterally and through platforms provided by trade associations, including PhRMA and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, in support of BMS objectives and in close collaboration with other members of the GPIGA team based in Washington DC, Brussels, and New Jersey.
- Monitor relevant developments in the global policy landscape and inform key internal stakeholders; work with them to assess the impact on BMS and develop action plans where needed.
- Develop dedicated global policy & international government affairs initiatives and support the rollout of global policy initiatives to support BMS therapy areas and advance BMS policy objectives across India, Turkey & the Middle East.
- Support BMS’ leadership in the external environment to enhance BMS external engagement, including effective engagement of BMS executives by providing high-quality briefings ahead of industry meetings.
- Ensure BMS is appropriately represented in industry associations and engage in relevant industry working groups to proactively shape their agenda and positions in line with BMS strategic goals, including in PhRMA and local trade associations in priority markets.
- Work with local affiliate teams in key markets to design and implement market shaping campaigns for BMS brands and pipeline innovation in the fields of cardiovascular health, immunology, oncology or hematology.
- Develop and manage relationships with relevant public affairs agencies and other partners.
- Work in close collaboration with functional leads across BMS to support affiliate teams in the development of cross-functional annual strategic plans.
- Knowledge and experience of India, Turkey & the Middle East a plus.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least 8-10 years of public policy and/or government affairs experience.
- Advanced degree from an accredited college or university in a related field such as, political science, law, science, economics or public health administration.
- Significant lobbying experience in a multinational company environment, with excellent reputation and recognition by industry peers, policymakers, and other policy influencers.
- Experience providing strategic guidance and work with affiliate teams and General Managers to develop effective government affairs strategies to shape key policy issues in support of BMS’ business needs.
- Strong track record of policy shaping and public affairs campaigns (experience in healthcare preferred but not required).
- Understanding of biopharmaceutical industry issues preferred.
- Active network with government officials and with their representatives bilaterally and through platforms provided by trade associations, including PhRMA and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
- Good knowledge of relevant developments in the policy landscape in health and trade policy in India, Turkey & the Middle East.
- Proven ability to engage with government stakeholders and third-party organizations and build solid trusting stakeholder relationships. Having an extensive contact network in the region will be a plus.
- Experience developing dedicated global policy & international government affairs initiatives and support the rollout of global policy initiatives of relevance to support BMS therapy areas and advance BMS policy objectives.
- Ability to work in close collaboration with functional leads across BMS to support affiliate teams in the development of cross-functional annual strategic plans.
- Familiarity with collaborating with colleagues across multiple internal functions, including in Corporate Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial, Strategy & Operations, Legal etc.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Self-starter who excels in a fast-paced environment, able to flexibly adjust depending on evolving needs.
- Highly organized, strong attention to detail and proven track record of completing projects and meet deadlines.
- Possesses a high level of integrity, maturity, and sound judgement.
- Must be able to travel up to 30% of the time, including travel internationally.
The location for this role will be in Washington, D.C.
The starting compensation for this job is a range from $182,000 - $228,000 plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility).
The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and the geographic location where work is performed.
Final, individual compensation is decided commensurate with demonstrated experience.

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Manager, Talent Acquisition who will be a member of the APAC Talent Acquisition team. This individual will be a key member of the strategic recruitment team and will be a key driver to proactively deliver on hiring needs within the business/functional areas they support. They will oversee the end-to-end recruiting process from the Recruiting Strategy/Kickoff meeting, to posting, screening and until the offer has been accepted. This will happen in collaboration with the Hiring Manager and HR as well as other partnering functions.

Detailed Position Responsibilities
- Maintain current market knowledge and external trends.
- Build and maintain meaningful and trusted relationships that result in dynamic hiring manager and candidate experiences
- Participation in business leadership team meetings, work to improve processes, identify gaps, and make changes as needed.
- Utilize BMS’s Employer Brand to effectively build relationships with external candidates and to ‘market’ opportunities within BMS and the future direction of the organization
- Lead and facilitate recruitment strategy meetings for active requisitions, which provide an overview of the external market, as well as a firm understanding of the capabilities needed by the business
- Lead and set expectations on roles & responsibilities of the hiring manager and HR.
- Responsible providing quality candidates to the hiring manager, timeliness of their presentations, while providing updates throughout the interview process.
- Execute the full life-cycle recruiting process including sourcing, interviewing, presenting candidates, and negotiating offers (including the presentation and explanation of BMS’ benefits package)
- Responsible for providing quality candidates to the hiring manager in a timely manner
- Manage relationships with third party vendors (if engaged)
- Champion structured interviewing and selection methodology / approach with client group and ensure strong interview capabilities for those on the panel

- Provide preparation /overview to the candidate prior to their interview day
- Manage candidate debrief sessions following the interviews and communication with the candidate throughout the interviewing process
- Work with the Compensation/Total Rewards to put forward a competitive offer package with input from the hiring manager
- Metrics: provide dashboard for LTs, on time and trends in TA, data analysis, help build & deliver TA narrative & proactive view of recruitment and business needs.
- Responsible for data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System, Candidate Relationship Management, and other systems
- Partner with S&O and lead early hiring programs including participation program design, stakeholder management, attendance at relevant events, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer generation
- Under supervision, lead and/or support ad-hoc projects where demand exists
Experience Desired
Skills/Knowledge Required:
- Demonstrated experience in functional pharma/life sciences recruiting, supporting areas such as Commercial, R&D, Enabling Functions & Manufacturing, etc.

- Proficient in using an ATS - Workday preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders at all levels of a highly matrixed organization; ability to work across cross-functional, cross-organizational teams

Role Summary:
Coach, lead and inspire the KAM team to achieve sales objectives agreed upon for each Key Account customer. The Zonal sales Manager is responsible for managing a team of key account managers and ensuring the achievement of sales targets within the public market. This role involves developing and executing strategies to grow the business, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in one of the Health Sciences field preferred.

Position Summary
The TAS is a critical role in our unique customer model to execute the BMS aspiration to be the BioPharma that delivers the most impactful engagement with Health Care Providers (HCPs), driving adoption of new and existing medicines for appropriate patients.
The primary role of the TAS is to drive demand for BMS medicines within their portfolio for the appropriate patients. To meet the HCPs expectations, the TAS engages them with a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper scientific dialogue on and consistent with label, leveraging new ways of working and CE^3.
The role builds and maintains strong professional credibility with regional thought leaders (RTLs) and community-based physicians/HCPs in private practice, medical groups practices, office staff, and other stakeholders in the patient care continuum as their primary point of contact.
The TAS liaises with other BMS functions as needed to deliver an overall higher Customer Experience (Cx) – by meeting HCP needs in a timely and scientific manner. This role will prioritize the safe and appropriate use of BMS products while also focusing on overall business results and performance objectives while exemplifying BMS values.
The TAS role is field-based. A TAS is anticipated to spend 100% of their time in the field with external customers.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Promotion
- Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory or region to meet or exceed assigned sales targets in a compliant manner.
- Creates demand for BMS medicines by articulating in a balanced manner the clinical and scientific rationale for use of products in appropriate patients.
- Engages with and continuously maintains/grows a high level of scientific expertise in all assigned products and therapeutic areas.
- Prepares and successfully implements comprehensive territory and account plans.
- Proactively uses available tools such as CE^3 (once implemented) to derive insights and to dynamically inform call plans. Provides feedback on experience using these tools to leadership to enable continuous improvement.
Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue
- Demonstrates scientific expertise and passion in using approved scientific resources and publications to present information to HCPs and ensures medical accuracy.
- Conducts in-office presentations (e.g., lunch and learns) and discusses product-related scientific information with HCPs that is consistent with label.
- Organizes external speaker programs, selecting speakers from list approved by Speakers Bureau and facilitating scheduling and logistics.
- Maintains a high level of working expertise on emerging data for approved indications.
- Engages real-time medical support through Medical on Call to reactively answer unsolicited questions and complex technical inquiries.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Proactively collaborates with other field teams to ensure the best Customer Experience (Cx) for HCPs.
- Gathers and shares relevant insights and information internally with the appropriate stakeholders to enable BMS to better serve its customers.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or preferred 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience as healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately and convincingly to help physicians best serve their patients.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong credibility with key customers, office staff, and others in the customer influence network via a customer-centric mindset and desire to create positive and differentiated Customer Experience (Cx).
- Experience in cardiovascular required.
- Demonstrated strong capability in account management skill sets, superior selling competencies, and proven sales performance track record of meeting or exceeding goals.

The starting compensation for this job is a range from $122,000 - $143,000 , plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility). The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed. RayzeBio is looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple projects at their Indianapolis manufacturing site. The role involves ensuring the completion of project timelines and key deliverables, particularly in the context of clinical programs. This position will require a blend of technical knowledge in logistical process planning, production efficiency, project coordination, and the ability to effectively communicate plans to ensure successful execution. The Project Manager will manage internal stakeholders to ensure production schedules meet customer demand. The Project Manager will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Program Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day project activities and escalate issues across multiple departments.
Communicate project status effectively to senior management and stakeholders.
Oversee logistics and planning to meet clinical and commercial production timelines.
Serve as the primary contact for assigned programs, facilitating team discussions and decision-making.
Manage multiple large projects with minimal supervision.
Develop contingency and risk mitigation plans based on project requirements.
Proficiency in project management tools and software applications (SmartSheet, Excel, ERP systems) for planning, analysis, and reporting.
Effectively communicate and present project status to Sr. Manager of Program Management and key stakeholders.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of experience in a relevant scientific field.
- Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Understanding of clinical trial design and FDA clinical trial processes.
Skills and Qualifications:
Fluency in English.
Proficient in MS Office Suite. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is desirable.
Understanding of radiopharmaceutical production processes is a plus.
Strong long-term planning and cross-organizational management skills.
Ability to protect and maintain confidential information.
Excellent organizer, multi-tasker, and analytical person.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision. Must be willing to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) for long periods.

The Cheminformatics team within Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an exceptional scientist with an interest in the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning for molecular design. In this role, the selected candidate will use cutting edge techniques to accelerate the drug discovery process from hit identification through candidate nomination and will actively participate directly on therapeutic projects.
The scientist must have a broad knowledge of modern data science methods with an emphasis on machine learning to advance multi-objective molecular design efforts. We are looking for expertise in generative molecular design with applications to therapeutic projects. The successful candidate must have a sufficient understanding of chemistry and the ability to communicate with collaborative scientists from a broad array of backgrounds. Key objectives for this position will be to identify and use machine learning methods to drive chemical structure optimization within the context of therapeutic projects, and to enable other scientists within the team to benefit from those tools and methods in their projects.
The selected candidate will join a research team with a track record of pipeline impact across modalities and across therapeutic areas. This is an exciting opportunity as we combine the best of physics-based modeling with data analytics and machine learning to accelerate drug discovery and bring benefit to patients.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of academic / industry experience
Or
Master’s Degree with 3+ years of academic / industry experience
Or
Ph.D. and no experience required
Preferred Qualifications:
Ph.D. with 0- 2+ years of relevant fields with a focus in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning development and applications to molecular design. Postdoctoral or industry experience a plus.
Experience in machine learning or artificial intelligence work is critical, with cheminformatics, computational chemistry, and/or molecular modeling experience a plus.
Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Python, C/C++, and/or R etc.
Expertise in a subset of machine learning and cheminformatics libraries, such as TensorFlow, Kera’s, PyTorch, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, DeepChem, RDKit or OEchem is essential.
Sensitive to data. Critical assessment of experimental data and combinations of different data sets. Incorporate data knowledge into development and application of suitable machine learning algorithms to produce meaningful predictive models.
This position will be operating in a multidisciplinary environment and a willingness to collaborate across functional teams is essential.
An aptitude and desire to learn and apply new techniques is expected as well as personal attributes of integrity, creativity, problem solving, and a strong work ethic.
Excellent communication skills are a must.
Track record of publications on peer-reviewed scientific journals.
