Position Summary
The TAS is a critical role in our unique customer model to execute the BMS aspiration to be the BioPharma that delivers the most impactful engagement with Health Care Providers (HCPs), driving adoption of new and existing medicines for appropriate patients.
The primary role of the TAS is to drive demand for BMS medicines within their portfolio for the appropriate patients. To meet the HCPs expectations, the TAS engages them with a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper scientific dialogue on and consistent with label, leveraging new ways of working and CE^3.
The role builds and maintains strong professional credibility with regional thought leaders (RTLs) and community-based physicians/HCPs in private practice, medical groups practices, office staff, and other stakeholders in the patient care continuum as their primary point of contact.
The TAS liaises with other BMS functions as needed to deliver an overall higher Customer Experience (Cx) – by meeting HCP needs in a timely and scientific manner. This role will prioritize the safe and appropriate use of BMS products while also focusing on overall business results and performance objectives while exemplifying BMS values.
The TAS role is field-based. A TAS is anticipated to spend 100% of their time in the field with external customers.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Promotion
- Promotes approved indications of BMS products and the launch of KarXT (xanomeline-trospium) within a defined territory or region to meet or exceed assigned sales targets in a compliant manner.
- Creates demand for BMS medicines by articulating in a balanced manner the clinical and scientific rationale for use of products in appropriate patients.
- Engages with and continuously maintains/grows a high level of scientific expertise in all assigned products and therapeutic areas.
- Prepares and successfully implements comprehensive territory and account plans.
- Proactively uses available tools such as CE^3 (once implemented) to derive insights and to dynamically inform call plans. Provides feedback on experience using these tools to leadership to enable continuous improvement.
Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue
- Demonstrates scientific expertise and passion in using approved scientific resources and publications to present information to HCPs and ensures medical accuracy.
- Conducts in-office presentations (e.g., lunch and learns) and discusses product-related scientific information with HCPs that is consistent with label.
- Organizes external speaker programs, selecting speakers from list approved by Speakers Bureau and facilitating scheduling and logistics.
- Maintains a high level of working expertise on emerging data for approved indications.
- Engages real-time medical support through Medical on Call to reactively answer unsolicited questions and complex technical inquiries.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Proactively collaborates with other field teams to ensure the best Customer Experience (Cx) for HCPs.
- Gathers and shares relevant insights and information internally with the appropriate stakeholders to enable BMS to better serve its customers.
Complies with all laws, regulations, and policies that govern the conduct of BMS.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or preferred 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience as healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately and convincingly to help physicians best serve their patients.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong credibility with key customers, office staff, and others in the customer influence network via a customer-centric mindset and desire to create positive and differentiated Customer Experience (Cx).
- Experience in Neuropsychiatry is preferred.
- Demonstrated strong capability in account management skill sets, superior selling competencies, and proven sales performance track record of meeting or exceeding goals.

Function Summary
Global Biometrics & Data Sciences (GBDS) is the quantitative center of excellence within Development at BMS. GBDS members strive to achieve the vision of “Every Drug Development decision optimized by the power of data”
Position Summary
Supports the Global Biometrics & Data Sciences (GBDS) Head of Clinical & Safety Data Insights and Analytics driving project coordination and administrative efforts within Statistical Programming and across GBDS.
Key Responsibilities :
Manages GBDS Projects SharePoint sites including permissions hierarchy, external partner access, & working with GBDS stakeholders to troubleshoot and ensure continuous improvement
Manages several SharePoint user request queues related to portfolio-facing SharePoint sites, fulfilling requests and responding to user questions
Maintains automated flows for various SharePoint requests and troubleshoots with GBDS stakeholders
Manages status report tracking in support of Initiative Governance, connecting with initiative leads and creating report summaries as necessary
Maintains GBDS Project Staffing list, works with GBDS stakeholders to ensure accuracy, and helps with onboarding., and assists with resource mapping analyses.
Manages updates to financial reporting workbook in support of further efficiency, optimization, and usability
eTime and demand report creation to support business analysis and forecasting
Support executives by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
Coordinates both individual and departmental meetings, off-site activities and meetings with vendors/suppliers; provides support for meetings by assuring technical requirements are met and providing meeting summaries upon request.
Phone and calendar management as well as timely scheduling ensuring meetings are prioritized and occur within appropriate timelines keeping various time-zones in mind.
Maintain and organize office operations and procedures such as filing system, expense reports, requisition of supplies, and other administration services.
Prepare spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations and drafts basic correspondences as requested.
Prioritizes activities and takes prompt action based on an understanding of departmental objectives and business needs.
Adhere to T&E policies, including booking travel (domestic & international) and monthly reconciliation of business expenses.
Ensure manager’s preparedness for meetings (e.g., assemble meeting materials & pre-reads)
Prioritize and complete support requests in a timely manner (i.e., issues with IT, systems, facilities, etc.)
Independently researches more complex inquiries and responds or escalates inquiry, recommending solutions as appropriate.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by remaining current with BMS continuous learning modules.
Submission of Purchase Orders into Ariba (usually requested by LT or their direct/indirect reports).
Qualifications & Experience
Proven English speaking, writing skills, reading and comprehension.
Associate or bachelor's degree in any discipline
5-8 years of experience in a fast-paced matrixed business environment
Demonstrated proficiency of standard business software applications including, but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint

Position Summary
This individual contributor role is responsible for managing in-house and outsourced studies while ensuring adherence to BMS outsourcing strategies within specific therapeutic areas. The role supports clinical trial vendor partnerships across select or multiple service categories of clinical trial activities in R&D.

- Experience engaging with a wide range of suppliers (e.g., Contract Research Organizations, Cooperative groups, Clinical laboratories, Core laboratories including ECG and Imaging service providers): initiating, negotiating, and executing legal and/or financial agreements in the clinical trials environment- biotech or pharmaceutical industry.

Functional Area Description
Support the strategic and tactical planning as well as operational management of biospecimens, which contribute to asset development. Our functional teams ensure timely availability of high-quality, accurate biological specimens, along with managing biospecimen information driven by end-to-end visibility and best-in-class logistics.

The Manager, Biospecimen Lead, will be an independent contributor who will work closely with our Clinical Teams to develop and implement biospecimen management plans for BMS-sponsored Phase 1-4 clinical trials and externally acquired biospecimens. Members of this team will develop and execute asset and protocol-level biospecimen strategies initially under the guidance of senior colleagues and work across the organization and with BMS’s partners to implement and project manage efforts to execute these strategies. Critical to this role is the ability to provide innovative solutions to oversee timelines for specimen data delivery, enabling quick decision-making and ensuring BMS’s continuous competitive advantage. The individual will be responsible for supporting biospecimen management for opportunities to contribute toward optimizing work streams cross-functionally throughout the organization as it relates to biospecimens.
Position Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the complete lifecycle of biospecimens collected for clinical studies with minimal supervision.
- Serve as a Core Clinical Team member responsible for providing shipping/sample movement and management, including requests, query and inventory reports, follow-up on active issues with vendors, preparing sample management-related reports, and reviewing/preparing tracking activities (such as vendor manifests/inventories, tissue/blood match pairing, depleted/non-viable samples, loading documents to Shared Drive folders, etc.).
- Independently review clinical study protocols, providing comparisons of vendor statements of work and biospecimen-relevant sections, and offering feedback with support as needed.
- Perform routine vendor management responsibilities. Able to request and/or access necessary vendor/system inventory files to perform specimen tracking.
- Create biospecimen trackers using various tracking tools (MS Excel, Spotfire, Tableau, or Polaris, if applicable) with support.
- Identify biospecimen-related risks with support from the risk library. May require support for de novo risks and mitigation strategy proposals. Support the Critical to Quality (C2Q) process with guidance, if needed.
- Exercise judgment within policy and procedure boundaries. Troubleshoot routine problems and understand when it is appropriate to ask for guidance. May need assistance prioritizing BOW activities during critical deadlines.
- Maintain intermediate working knowledge of compound and study-related biospecimen requirements.
- Ensure completion of individual Study Transition Forms.
Degree Requirements
Scientific degree (Associates, Bachelors, Masters, or higher), Project management, or equivalent experience.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 3-4 years of academic, biotech, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry experience or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of clinical and biomedical research, GCP, GLP, CLIA, data management, risk management, and regulatory issues.
- Experience desired but not limited to biospecimen life-cycle/operations, compliance, management, and vendor management.
Key Competency Requirements
- Demonstrated clinical trial experience, healthcare/medical/laboratory, or equivalent.
- Vendor experience preferred (e.g., Central Labs, Bioanalytical, Biomarker, CROs, Biospecimen Storage Vendors, etc.).

Patient Access is defined as the payer’s positive assessment of the value of our medicine, at a price that is acceptable to both Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) and Dutch society, which yields minimal barriers to physician prescription and patient affordability of our drug. The current position will become part of a team consisting of 5 senior Pricing & Access Managers reporting to the Associate Director Pricing & Access Marjolein Pompen. This team is part of the larger Value, Access & Pricing department led by Edwin Ket.
Main responsibilities:
- Support and coordinate preparation of reimbursement file/HTA dossiers, which could involve GVS, a lock or add-on procedure. Be responsible for dossier submissions and coordinate accurate response to questions from - but not limited to – Zorginstituut (HTA body) or other governmental agencies.
- Support local country adaptations of Health Economic models and act as local contact for worldwide Health Economics and Outcomes Research colleagues and vendors.
- Assess preliminary competitive pricing and access (P&A) environment and identify early gaps. Analyse current market dynamics for new interventions including stakeholders’ perspectives, competitors and patient access options and limitations.
- Pricing also involves translation of a price strategy into optimal list and net prices. Defining negotiation strategies with payers and executing P&A interactions with internal and external stakeholders. Be part of the pricing negotiation team when relevant.
- Seek input where necessary from clinical experts and leverage real world data to support our P&A activities.
- Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to inform, develop and execute country brand plans, anticipate environmental changes and external stakeholder needs in order to optimize patient access through building partnerships.
- Identify key payers and insight providers, understand their requirements, customize the value statement to payer segments and assess potential reactions to value.
- Communicate value messages to key internal and external stakeholders. In close collaboration with other access colleagues collect and analyse outcomes research, health economics and budget impact data, and translate it into meaningful, relevant data to be used for reimbursement or pricing purposes.

Position Summary

BMS Hyderabad is an integrated global hub where our work is focused on helping patients prevail over serious diseases by building sustainable and innovative solutions. Position Summary
Senior Managers of Statistical Programming provide comprehensive programming expertise to clinical project teams to lead statistical programming teams and support the development, regulatory approval, and market acceptance of Bristol Myers Squibb products. This position is primarily responsible for the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions for integrating, analyzing and reporting clinical data. Senior Managers develop collaborative relationships and work effectively within Global Biometrics & Data Sciences (GBDS), with external vendors and members of cross-functional development teams.
Senior Managers of Statistical Programming also support and lead improvement initiatives. They proactively plan, implement, and identify issues/risks and provide remediation strategies to facilitate decision making. Senior Managers also lead and support the change management process (e.g. communication, training, stakeholder engagement).
This position may include functional management responsibilities. In this role, Senior Managers of Statistical Programming are responsible for managing employees: set objectives, manage performance, and provide meaningful coaching and feedback. They also support the evaluation and recruitment of potential employees.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provides comprehensive programming leadership and support to clinical project teams and vendors, including deployment of programming strategies, standards, specifications and programmed analysis to comply with regulatory requirements, SOPs and work practices
· Independently develops, validates, troubleshoots, and maintains complex programs and utilities in accordance with predefined specifications and standards
· Leads / Supports the electronic submission preparation and review
· Develops unambiguous and robust programming specifications (e.g. ADaM specifications)
· Reviews key planning documents (e.g., statistical analysis plan, data presentation plan, data review plan) to align with project objectives and ensures clarity and completeness of programming assumptions and requirements; Assesses document robustness and impact on programming activities
· Communicates proactively and effectively around issues and risks and contributes to its remediation
Improvement Responsibilities:
· Identifies, leads, and supports opportunities to enhance processes and technology
· Communicates proactively and effectively around issues and risks and contributes to its remediation
Managerial Responsibilities (if applicable):
· Effectively recruits, manages, develops, evaluates, rewards, motivates, and retains up to 5 direct reports, resulting in an increasing level of capabilities within GBDS
· Conducts objective setting, performance check-ins, and year-end discussions in compliance with BMS policies; aligns objectives, feedback and performance evaluation with manager
· Meets regularly with direct reports, focusing on project updates, development needs, issue resolution, and provides real-time coaching and feedback; holds staff accountable for quality and timeliness of programming activities; ensures staff is compliant with training requirements
· Communicates with manager regarding promotions, performance concerns, and retention risks
Builds and maintains a network with stakeholders and peers to ensure cross-functional strategies and objectives intertwine and build upon each other to achieve results
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in statistics, biostatistics, mathematics, computer science or life sciences required
· At least 8 years programming experience in industry including support of significant regulatory filings
· For US positions: US military experience will be considered towards industry experience
· Proficient knowledge of drug development process, clinical trial methodology, regulatory guidance, industry standards, statistical concepts, and medical terminology used in the analysis and submission of clinical data
· Broad expertise in statistical programming and in developing computing strategies
· In-depth understanding of clinical data structure (e.g. CDISC standards) and relational databases
· Demonstrated proficiency in using SAS to produce analysis datasets and TFLs and in using other software tools and applications (e.g. MS office, XML, Pinnacle 21)
· Demonstrated ability in processing of upstream data (e.g. multiple data forms, workflows, eDC, SDTM); Demonstrated ability in providing deliverables to meet downstream requirements, (e.g. ADaM, TFLs, e-submission components)
· Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with clinical team members
