Bristol Myers Squibb earns coveted spot on this year's UK’s Best Workplaces in BioPharma list

We are delighted to announce that Bristol Myers Squibb UK has been recognised with yet another Great Place To Work^® accolade, this time as one of the leading biopharmaceutical companies in the UK.

Our place on this new for 2024 list is driven by an employee engagement survey, measuring the extent to which everyone across BMS UK feels about the culture we've developed collectively.

The survey asked colleagues at our sites in Chester, Moreton, Uxbridge, and in the Field to comment on how our company supports their work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety, and financial security. The Great Place To Work^® evaluations also included an assessment of how well our organisation delivers a consistent employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.

Highlights from our Great Place to Work^® survey include:

91% of our colleagues say they feel a sense of pride when they look at what they’ve accomplished.
96% say our facilities contribute to a good working environment.
91% say people care about each other at BMS.
95% say that are proud to tell others they work at BMS.
