At Bristol Myers Squibb we are committed to supporting quality initiatives to make a difference in people’s lives through corporate giving. At a local level, our corporate giving efforts support charitable causes operating in our local community.  We work with our partner charities year on year from raising vital funds through fundraising initiatives on site, volunteering and raising awareness of these worthy causes.  

Because today’s students will discover tomorrow’s medicines, we’re committed to improving science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) studies in schools and community groups.  We're always eager to open young minds to the exciting possibilities within STEM. Through engaging with local schools and partnering with universities, we continue to introduce students to working laboratories, giving them talks on our employees career experiences while also supporting different fairs and events that support STEM nationally.

Our employees volunteer their time and expertise to help improve the quality of life in the communities where they live and work through participation and engagement with local community groups.  

In order to keep serving patients, we have to grow in a manner that respects the environment.  Being environmentally responsible and resource-efficient is important to us. Our state-of-the-art biologics facilities represents our commitment to incorporating green practices in building design.  We are also accountable for efforts to reduce, reuse and recycle onsite and we extend these efforts within the local community, participating in tidy town initiatives.
