Key Responsibilities
Support Business System Ownership:
- Help retrofit the existing Enterprise Product Master capability to enable Functional Business use during data creation, including time-phasing of data and the appropriate governance controls for downstream consumption.
- Coordinate and perform required UAT activities.
- Ensure key documentation, including SOPs, are maintained as necessary to stay current with our environment of Compliance.
Ensure Product Master functionality aligns with Enterprise and Network functionality:
- Ensure Product Master functionality aligns to the future state Enterprise Data Governance structure.
- Support expansion of Product Master capability across our target Business user-base.
Drive new attribute / capability implementation, testing, and sustainment:
- Implement new attributes and functionality consistent with Enterprise Data Governance Operating Model and in alignment with design outlined by Product Master Strategy lead.
- Ensure User Acceptance Testing is performed as a part of planned release cycles.
- Provide Business Ownership oversight and guidance as a part of Product Master capability sustainment.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
- B.S. or BA in supply chain, management and/or engineering (biotechnology, biology, chemistry, pharmacy, engineering, or related disciplines).
- Experience across multiple Global Product Development and Supply business functions with a diverse set of data management applications desired.
- Operational excellence experience (Green/Black belt or equivalent) preferred.
Experience:
- 3-7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, or Regulatory Management.
- 3-5 years of experience in Strategic Data Management disciplines including Data Governance, Master Data Management, and Data Quality Management.
- Good understanding and exposure to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other regulatory requirements.
- Exposure and experience in Biotech / Pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, principles, and practices is highly preferred.
- Must have training / experience in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle).
- Experience in SAP deployment / implementation is essential (i.e. SAP-MM, PP, QM, CRM, SRM, GTS), with SAP Materials Management (MM) and Production Planning being the most preferred.
- Understanding of SCOR methodology is highly preferred.

Sr. Manager, Data Science

Data Scientists will work with senior DS leaders to extract insight from complex clinical, translational and real-world data. They will have the opportunity to work on complex data science problems including modeling techniques to interpret, infer and recommend based on insights from data.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Formulates, implements, tests, and validates predictive models and implements efficient automated processes for producing modeling results at scale.
- Creates robust models based on statistical and data mining techniques to provide insights and recommendations based on large complex data sets.
- Presents stories told by data in a visually appealing and easy to understand manner.
- Responsible for collaborating with cross functional teams, including but not limited to, clinicians, data scientist, translational medicine scientist, statisticians, and IT professionals.
- Proactively builds partnerships with specialist functions and global counterparts to maximize knowledge and available resources.
Requirements:
- Ph.D. in quantitative sciences (computer science, math, statistics and engineering)
- +2 years experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of programing languages, with a focus on machine learning (R, Python, Sagemaker, Tensorflow).
- Ability to summarize technically/analytically complex information for a non-technical audience
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with good interpersonal, communication, writing and organizational skills.
- Outstanding technical and analytic skills, proficient at understanding and conceptualizing business problems and implementing analytic or decision support solutions
- Experience in working with popular deep learning and transformer frameworks.
- Ability to code in Tensorflow or Pytorch
- Experience in fine tuning LLM, developing RAGs systems, training SLM
- Expertise in supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms
- Experience in working with clinical and translational data (omics, flow cytometry and images)

Key Responsibilities
Drive implementation of decisions and Policy:
- Translate Functional Committee Network standardization decisions into action plans for delivery.
- Ensure GPS Network data standard (controlled) documentation is updated / maintained.
Remediate data to adhere to new / updated data standards:
- In cases where existing data requires remediation, work with Functional Business leads to coordinate remediation activities.
- Partner with IT and respective Business teams in cases of mass remediation activities.
- Work with Data Strategy and Governance team and Decision Intelligence CoE to integrate necessary Business Rule / standard updates, ensuring testing plans are in-place for Data Quality dashboard.
Partner with IT on system alignment to Data Lifecycle processes:
- Where GPS systems are impacted due to data standard decisions, perform impact assessment and help the broader team understand scope of work required to accommodate the respective changes.
- Once system impact assessment has been performed and system changes approved, work with IT to ensure implementation, functional testing, and preparation for User Acceptance Testing.
- Ensure sustainment plans are in-place and in line with GPS Data Lifecycle process and SOP documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
- B.S. or BA in supply chain, management and/or engineering (biotechnology, biology, chemistry, pharmacy, engineering, or related disciplines).
- Experience across multiple Global Product Development and Supply business functions with a diverse set of data management applications desired.

Job Description
Position Summary
• Contributes to the operational execution of clinical studies to ensure delivery
on time, within budget, and of high quality in compliance with ICH/GCP,
Regulatory Authorities' regulations/guidelines, and applicable SOPs/WPs.
• Participates on one or more cross-functional study team(s) and/or performance
and quality oversight of one or more Contract Research Organization (CRO)
teams and vendors.
• Primarily works on routine to complex projects/trials at varying stages and
supports multiple complex trials as needed.
• Contributes to achieving corporate and study team goals, successfully
completes assigned tasks, participates in service provider oversight, and sets
priorities with guidance.
• Proactively manages multiple assignments and operational processes with
moderate to minimal supervision.
• Has high functional impact on the study team and the organization.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Involve a combination of execution and oversight, dependent
on the sourcing model, to ensure deliverables and may include, but are not

Project Management

• Uses performance metrics and quality indicators to assist the Global Trial
Manager in driving study execution.

Position Summary
The primary role of Genitourinary (GU) MEL is to engage in meaningful peer-to-peer scientific dialogue with healthcare system National Thought Leaders (NTLs) within a defined geography.
The MEL conducts critical activities that support advancing science, educating on evolving clinical practices, transforming science into patient care, and facilitating the development of new research collaborations (including Investigator Sponsored Research and Real-World Evidence generation). The role collaborates with colleagues on capturing medical insights and acts as a therapeutic area resource to cross-functional partners. Engagement with TLs should be aligned with medical strategies, and the role should provide insights back to home office to inform strategy.
This role is field-based. It is anticipated that the employee will spend ~ 50-60% of the time in the field interacting with external stakeholders, including investigators and clinical thought leaders while supporting internal stakeholders and maintaining a high level of therapeutic expertise.

Collaborates with NTLs to identify and generate insights on evolving care paradigms to inform medical strategy.
Provides strategic input into materials for national medical congresses. Collects meaningful medical insights and communicates to support strategy development and business decisions.
Evidence facilitation
Facilitates scientific partnerships and research collaborations in collaboration with Global Drug Development (GDD).
Provides recommendations and insights to the clinical development team on study feasibilities within the therapeutic area based on knowledge of the field and through direct contacts with potential investigators, as agreed with home office medical and Global Development Operations.
Proactively leads BMS major evidence readouts to investigators partnering with GDD. Reactively discuss major evidence readouts with other thought-leaders.
Liaises with large key accounts to understand clinical levers and barriers to patient access in the context of clinical trials.
Medical engagement
Effectively collaborates and communicates with NTLs to gain insights into the clinical landscape.
Engages in scientific and clinical conversation to ensure the development of a product/disease area-focused medical plan that translates into effective launch and Life Cycle Maintenance (LCM) activities.
Engages with medical societies, Patient Advocacy Groups, and guideline discussions as appropriate.
Engage account-level decision makers in selected Academic Medical Centers to help identify barriers and solutions to improve patient care and outcomes.
Required Qualifications & Experience
MD from top clinical practice and hospital-academic centers
10+ years of relevant experience with emphasis on GU cancers
Proven record of developing high impact peer-to-peer engagement and influence with high impact NTLs.
Strong Oncology experience required, consisting of 1) Scientific or clinical area, patient treatment trends, clinical landscape, 2) Clinical trial design and process 3) National and regional healthcare and access environment
Working in a scientific and/or clinical research environment.
Deep understanding of TL environment and needs.

Summary:
The Data Scientist II will play a crucial role in supporting operational analytics across GPS to ensure products continue to serve most pressing GPS analytics needs, with potential opportunities to build new advanced analytics capabilities such as predictive modelling, simulation, and optimization. Our Chemical Process Development group is a team of organic chemists, analytical chemists, and chemical engineers working together to design novel syntheses from raw materials to supply new medicines to patients. Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide process hazard evaluation of processes to manufacture strategic materials, chemical intermediates, active pharmaceutical ingredients, and dust hazards associated with excipient blends and other BMS materials through experimentation, data collection and interpretation. The Senior Manager, Agile Sourcing, Information Technology will be part of a team that is responsible for contributing to and overseeing the delivery of source-to-contract operations across the IT subcategory within the broader Enabling Services category. Specifically, this role will be focused on supporting the various functional leaders within the IT organization, as well as BMS’ IT infrastructure and enterprise-wide hardware, software, applications, platforms and IT services in general. The Senior Manager will lead a team of resources to ensure effective sourcing, negotiating, contracting and purchasing activities to optimize buying power and achieve desired procurement outcomes in support of our company’s goals. This position will report to the Associate Director, Agile Sourcing, IT.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and lead the end-to-end sourcing and contracting process in support of operations across multiple IT categories
Act as an expert facilitator to fully manage and lead complex sourcing events from end-to-end (RFI/RFP): lead the preparation and solicitation of competitive bids, quotations and proposals; evaluate competitive offerings; assess supplier product and pricing information; conduct negotiations and communicate decision externally
Act as an expert facilitator to drive and manage the contract through the contract life cycle from fully understanding the complexities of the deal to choosing and preparing the correct template to drafting, negotiation and managing redlines through finalization, distribution, signatures and storage
Coordinate closely with business stakeholders, procurement partners and subject matter experts such as legal and others (Cybersecurity / IT, Data Privacy, Quality, etc. as applicable) to incorporate feedback to ensure timely, compliant, and effective facilitation of contracts
Understand the contractual terms and be able to explain their risks and implications to the internal business stakeholders to help drive appropriate decision-making
Maintain awareness of pre-contracting steps, including underlying BMS policies and procedures related to the contracts and the contracted activities within scope
Performance Management & Continuous Improvement for Source to Contract
Identify trends for continuous improvement to improve operational effectiveness, standardization and process simplification
Partner and share best practices and learnings with Agile Sourcing team to ensure business needs are proactively met in an aligned, consistent and collaborative manner across functional areas and in a manner that is complaint with BMS Standard Operating Procedures and protocols
Work with procurement and legal partners to find ways to improve the contracting process, including recommending updates to contract templates, collecting fallback language and developing guidance for negotiations
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within procurement to strengthen our contracting and sourcing outcomes
Qualifications & Experience
B.S./B.A. Sciences
Minimum of 6 years prior related experience, including relevant IT category procurement, sourcing and contracting experience, including but not limited to familiarity with Software-as-a-Service Agreements, Software Licensing
Agreements, and IT Services Agreements
Expertise in procurement process, agreement management, financial analysis, market analysis, supplier analysis, supplier diversity, supplier management, technology utilization, strategic planning and integrated supply chain experience
Expertise in contract construction, terms and conditions, with strong preference for working knowledge of facilitating, drafting and negotiating buy-side and other in-scope contracts in the pharma/biotech industry
Excellent oral and written communication skills and diplomacy to convey information and influence others with a strong customer focus
Demonstrates a high level of adaptability in dealing with ambiguous and complex work environment and balances multiples demands on role in a responsive and professional manner and proven ability to engage teams and inspire them to sustain high levels of performance in a constantly changing environment
Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management technology (e.g., Icertis) to automate and streamline processes

Bristol Myers Squibb is looking for an experienced sourcing and contracting professional to join its Agile Sourcing team. The Associate Director, Agile Sourcing, Information Technology Contracting role will be responsible for the delivery of an industry-leading contracting capability across the IT subcategory through efficient contract review, issue identification and analysis, redlining, negotiation and management of escalations to the legal department. Specifically, this role will be focused on supporting the various functional leaders within the IT organization, as well as BMS’ IT infrastructure and enterprise-wide hardware, software, applications, platforms and IT services in general.
The candidate will need to be able to manage a team and handle internal escalations as well as a heavy workload with occasional short and/or expedited deadlines. The individual in this role must also be able to resolve complex negotiation issues in a timely manner and push a deal through to execution. This individual must be able to build strong relationships of mutual trust and accountability with the internal business clients, contracting teams and legal department.
Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Source, on-board, lead, manage and develop a team in support of contracting operations across multiple categories
Monitor team performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement to ensure successful development and implementation of contracting strategy.
Assist direct reports with professional development planning and enable flexibility across Agile Sourcing organization to foster cross-functional proficiencies of resources and procurement categories.
Assist in the creation of training materials leveraging a deep knowledge of contract terms and conditions, negotiation best practices and BMS Standard Operating Procedures.
Establish clear performance expectations, provide proactive feedback and be a hands-on manager who provides close leadership and support to their team.
Drive and manage the end-to-end contracting process in support of operations across the IT organization
Perform appropriate due diligence by issue spotting and assessing risk mitigating options.
Execute contracts in a timely manner with appropriate legal support to ensure compliance with company standards.
Understand the contractual terms and be able to explain their risks and implications to the internal business stakeholders to help drive appropriate decision-making.
Ensure applicable written guidelines and company policy are followed and required SME input is obtained where required (i.e., privacy, finance, international and domestic taxation, customs and trade, information security, systems quality, software asset management).
Maintain awareness of pre-contracting steps, including underlying BMS policies and procedures related to the contracts and the contracted activities within scope.
Partner directly with adjacent stakeholders and deliver on complex, high-risk issues or projects
Act as a trusted advisor to global category managers and their leadership to ensure procurement strategies can be delivered against the expectations of the business.
Act as an expert facilitator to fully manage and lead complex contract negotiations in partnership with business stakeholders, global procurement category managers, legal and other participants in the contracting process, including various subject matter experts.
Coordinate with cross-functional and stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant and efficient facilitation of contracts.
Identify points of escalation for Agile Sourcing to interface with relevant stakeholders regarding contracting and procurement policy and related operational questions.
Performance Management & Continuous Improvement for Source to Contract
Work with procurement and legal to develop and maintain contracting guidance documents to continually improve on an efficient and effective contracting function.
Support continuous improvement initiatives towards an industry-leading contracting capability within Agile Sourcing by participating in, creating and delivering training to provide opportunities for professional development and further expansion of contracting skillsets.
Participate in or lead continuous improvement initiatives within procurement to strengthen our contracting and sourcing outcomes.
Explore new procurement technologies with a focus on AI/ML opportunities.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Minimum education of a B.S./B.A. is required. Juris Doctorate (JD) is required.
Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant IT category procurement, sourcing and contracting experience, including but not limited to drafting, redlining, reviewing and negotiating procurement / business contracts, procurement negotiations and familiarity with Software-as-a-Service Agreements, Software Licensing Agreements, and IT Services Agreements.
Minimum of three (3) years experience managing a cross-functional contracting team, with ability to provide close leadership and support to large groups of cross-functional, multi-cultural professionals.
Experience leading, collaborating with and participating on cross-functional and global teams and demonstrated ability to work and influence within a matrix structure.
Expertise in contract construction, terms and conditions, with strong preference for working knowledge of facilitating, drafting and negotiating buy-side and other in-scope contracts in the pharma/biotech industry.
Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management technology (e.g., Icertis) to automate and streamline processes.
