Position Summary:
The Therapeutic Area Specialist (TAS) plays a critical role in Bristol Myers Squibb's (BMS) unique customer model, driving the adoption of new and existing medicines for appropriate patients through impactful engagement with Health Care Providers (HCPs).
The TAS's primary responsibility is to generate demand for BMS medicines within their portfolio by engaging HCPs with a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper scientific dialogue, consistent with the product label, leveraging innovative working methods and CE^3 tools.
The TAS builds and maintains professional credibility with regional thought leaders (RTLs), community-based physicians, medical practice groups, office staff, and other stakeholders in the patient care continuum. They act as the primary point of contact, ensuring timely and scientifically accurate information.
Additionally, the TAS liaises with other BMS functions to enhance the overall Customer Experience, prioritizing the safe and appropriate use of BMS products, focusing on business results, performance objectives, and embodying BMS values.
This is a field-based role, with 100% of the TAS’s time spent with external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote approved BMS product indications within a defined territory or region to meet or exceed sales targets.
Create demand for BMS medicines by articulating the clinical and scientific rationale for proper use.
Engage with HCPs to build and continuously grow scientific expertise in all assigned products and therapeutic areas.
Prepare and implement comprehensive territory and account plans.
Utilize tools like CE^3 to derive insights and inform call plans, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
Demonstrate scientific expertise and passion using approved scientific resources and publications.
Conduct in-office presentations (e.g., lunch and learns) and organize external speaker programs.
Maintain expertise on emerging data for approved indications.
Use Medical on Call to respond to unsolicited questions and complex technical inquiries.
Collaborate with other field teams to ensure the best Customer Experience for HCPs.
Gather and share relevant insights internally to better serve customers.
Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience in healthcare sales, MSL, HCP, or nursing.
Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately to help physicians serve patients.
Proven experience building credibility with key customers and influencing networks through a customer-centric mindset.
Preferred experience in Dermatology.
Strong account management skills, superior selling competencies, and a proven sales performance track record.
Ability to work effectively cross-functionally with a positive team mindset.
Strong selling and promotional skills demonstrated by performance history.

As this position requires operation of a Company-provided vehicle, employment offers are contingent on meeting “Qualified Driver” requirements, including at least 21 years of age, a driver’s license in good standing, and an acceptable driving risk level per Company standards.
The starting compensation for this job is a range from $136,000 - $160,000, plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility).
The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.

Our Manufacturing Associate, Cell Therapy team manufactures human blood derived components per Batch Record and Standard Operating Procedures in a controlled, cGMP cleanroom environment under the supervision of Manufacturing Management. Manufacturing Associates adhere to regulatory requirements while performing job functions. Job duties are performed within a team according to an assigned, production shift schedule. Communication of production deviations and assistance with quality investigations are required, as applicable.
Shift Available:
Shift 1: Tuesday - Saturday, Onsite Day Shift, 6 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Shift 2: Tuesday - Saturday, Onsite Evening Shift, 1:30 p.m. - 10 p.m.
Shift 3: Tuesday - Saturday, Onsite Overnight Shift, 9 p.m. - 5:30 a.m.
Quad 3: Wednesday - Saturday (with e/o Wednesday off), Onsite Day Shift, 5 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Quad 4: Wednesday - Saturday (with e/o Wednesday off), Onsite Overnight Shift, 5 p.m. - 5:30 a.m.
* Start and end times are subject to change based on business demands.
Responsibilities:
Production of blood component lots through selection, activation through expansion or harvest
Aseptic technique is required for most activities: tube welding, connections, and transfers, at minimum.
Aseptic qualification is required in harvest bucket
Weigh and measure in-process materials to ensure proper quantities are added/removed.
Adheres to the production schedule ensuring on-time, internal production logistics.
Records production data and information in a clear, concise, format according to proper GDP guidelines.
Works in a team based, cross-functional environment to complete production tasks required by shift schedule.
Motivated, team consciousness individuals are needed to fulfill job requirements.
No direct reports will be assigned to this job role.
Maintain on time completion of training assignments to maintain the necessary technical skills and process knowledge.
Knowledge & Skills:
Basic understanding of cell culture, cryopreservation, selection, and aseptic processing or lab technique
General understanding of cGMP/FDA regulated industry
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing initiatives
Basic mathematical skills
Full compliance with Good Documentation Practices
Proficient in MS Office applications
Background to include an understanding of biology, chemistry, medical or clinical practices
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and no prior Manufacturing Operations experience.
Or Associate/ Medical Technical degree and 2 years of Manufacturing Operations experience.
Or High School diploma/GED and 4 years of Manufacturing or Operations experience.
Working Conditions:
Intermittent walking, standing and sitting to perform job functions; however, ability to stand for extended periods of time may be necessary.
Must be comfortable working with contained human blood components.
Physical dexterity sufficient to use computers and documentation.
Sufficient vision and hearing capability to work in job environment.
Ability to lift 25 pounds.
Must have the ability to work in laboratories and controlled, enclosed, restricted areas.
Must be able to be near strong magnets
Must be comfortable being exposed to human blood components.
Cleanroom garments and personal protective equipment will be required in designated areas which cover head, parts of the face, core body, and legs/feet.
Makeup, gum, nail polish, perfume/cologne and other potential microbial sources are prohibited in restricted areas.
Flexibility to don clean room garments and personal protective equipment (PPE).
Clean room environment is an enclosed, restricted space, with assigned pressure and temperature conditions.
Reagents, chemicals, and exposure to sanitization agents are expected.
Routine exposure to human blood components.
Restricted areas prohibit food, any outside materials such as cell phones, tablets, at a minimum.

Position Summary
The Associate Director, Therapeutic Area Audit Strategy Lead will be mainly responsible for developing the TA audit strategy and overseeing the planning, conduct and reporting of internal and external audits of clinical trial investigator sites.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and implement the Clinical Audit Strategy for various Therapy Areas (ICN & HOCT).
Oversee the planning, conduct, and reporting of internal and external audits of clinical trial investigator sites, vendors, and process/systems, including for-cause and directed activities.
Provide input in the global audit plans based on identified signals/trends/risks/gaps.
Partner with Risk, Governance, Operations (RGO) in the development of the Quality Narrative, specifically developing and contribution the audit/inspection portion.
Apply a risk-based approach to audit planning and execution.
Participate in audits and inspections, where needed, based on experience and resource availability.
Ensure rapid communication and escalation of quality issues, including potential misconduct or issues of significant deviations with project/products, to Health Authorities and RGO.
Translate risk factors into Clinical Quality Assurance oversight plans, including internal and external audit strategies and inspection readiness/management strategies.
Contact with appropriate technical, supervisory and management personnel internally and externally (BMS sites, vendors, partners etc.) in the conducting and reporting of audits.
Establish strong partnership with business stakeholders.
Interactions with external auditors from partner companies and health authority inspectors during the conduct of health authority inspections.
External engagement as needed with industry/trade/QA associations, regulatory agencies, vendors, and licensing partners as well as pharmaceutical company peers.
Other
Lead multidisciplinary or cross-functional work/project teams; serve as part of strategic team(s) within the group/discipline.
Lead and/or contribute to the implementation of large-scale initiatives and/or organizational changes (such as functional optimization) that affect the department.

Research and Development Quality is responsible for the following:
Defines and oversees the global quality strategy for early R&D Development up to phase IV Projects and ensure that GxP Quality Management Systems are implemented and in use
Translate QMS elements into the R&D processes and ensure feedback to the central QMS team
Lead the Quality and Compliance R&D Escalation Process
Ensure GLP systems are in place, studies are audited and lead analytical path of Translational Medicine
Oversee the Data generation and data integrity from laboratory work and non-clinical phase projects
Ensure Quality is Designed into non-clinical trials and clinical protocols using data and information from discovery phase, non-clinical and clinical studies
Oversee process development, manufacturing and release of clinical supplies to clinical trials protocols
Advice on Franchises (including Cell Therapy) and Clinical Operations development projects
Lead Qualification of vendors and manage external Quality Systems
Execute GCP and Pharmacovigilance audits and support GCP and Pharmacovigilance Regulatory inspections
Ensure that GxP follow-up CAPA activities are completed
Oversee study centers, countries, investigators and connect with PV, Medical Affairs and Regulatory Affairs
Contribute to develop Quality Management Systems training elements
Qualifications & Experience
Education and Experience:
B.S. and/or M.S. in Chemistry, Biology, or Health or Quality related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Minimum 10 years QA experience or relevant experience in medical quality management, biomedical science, clinical development, or regulatory compliance
Required Competencies: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Demonstrated applied knowledge of ICH/GCP, regulatory guidelines/directives, clinical research processes and principles of Quality Assurance
Very experienced in nonclinical/clinical research/pharmacovigilance experience
In-depth knowledge of applied risk-management including risk assessment, risk analysis, risk evaluation, risk reporting and communication, risk treatment and the review of continuous risk management
Understanding of BMS’s therapeutic areas (Oncology, Cardiovascular, Hematology, Cell Therapy and Immunology and Fibrosis)
Extensive experience in regulatory inspection preparation, management, and related follow-up
Demonstrated analytical and conceptual capability—including proficiency in utilizing data and ability to formulate clear business questions that can be answered with data
Proven problem-solving skills to prevent and overcome complex process and quality related issues during clinical program implementation and execution

The Senior Manager, Corporate Development will report to the Executive Director, Corporate Development and will be responsible for supporting various transactions including Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and other strategic initiatives such as partial or full externalization approaches (outlicensing, spin-outs) and divestitures. Key Responsibilities
Support business leads in US & IE – and potentially business directly at times - in development of business/user requirements for new capabilities, enhancements, system upgrade or new deployment for Kinaxis-RapidResponse system.
Serve as a supply chain planning process expert translating business and user requirements into system design of Kinaxis-Rapid Response system for IT partners.
Support software engineers in seamless delivery of system solutions following best practices and aligning People, Process, Technology & Data.
Engage with IT, Supply Chain and Business Insights & Analytics (BI&A) colleagues in exploring cost-effective and sustainable technology solutions. Actively participate in various meetings with internal and external stakeholders in driving timely closure of projects and support activities.
Manage portfolio of outstanding tickets (bug-fixes, enhancements), ensuring timely resolution as per the SLA guidelines, in partnership with IT.
Support IT partners on unit and integration tests and assist with user acceptance testing.

Qualifications and Experience
Having an over all 4+ year of experience with 1-3 years of relevant experience on advanced planning systems as analyst, consultant or end user.
Intermediate to advanced understanding of demand, supply and S&OP business processes.
Experience with implementing or supporting supply chain planning solution deployments (esp. Kinaxis Rapid Response – Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, S&OP).
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, supply chain, science field or related discipline is required.
Some experience with supply chain planning algorithms such as Heuristic and Optimizer.
Agile and critical thinker with a passion for innovation and learning new skills. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; ability to strategically collaborate and influence in the defined area of scope.
Ability to easily navigate and prioritize through multiple tasks and initiatives. Ability to balance strategic awareness & direction setting with consistent tactical results.

Summary:
The Director of Pricing and Market Access Strategy Oncology will be responsible for the overall Global Market Access (GMAx) Strategy for one or more of BMS’s portfolio assets or combination of assets in the targeted therapy oncology space. They will provide input to the Development and Commercial Strategy organization on access approaches globally (US and ex-US). Additionally, they will be responsible for representing integrated MAx input on above-brand portfolio strategy and portfolio prioritization decisions.
The Director Pricing and Market Access Strategy Lead (PASL) Oncology will report to the Executive Director Pricing and Market Access Strategy Oncology.
The position is highly strategic and cross-functional in nature, and is part of a highly-matrixed organization. The PASL will partner with the cross-functional GMAx Team as well as with the extended team (commercial, medical, regulatory, clinical, advocacy, policy, business Insights & analytics global leads), and with the relevant individual market stakeholders across the world to optimally position BMS products for success in an increasingly challenging and evolving WW access landscape.
A motivated, inclusive, and decisive disposition is essential for success. It is critical that the successful candidate be highly informed on Global Pricing and Access strategy, have a track record of making complex strategic decisions, and can communicate strategy effectively to senior leaders across functions.
Responsibilities:
Lead development of an integrated Global Market Access strategy for BMS' in-line and pipeline Oncology Medicines/assets for relevant assets/indications by ensuring that the Pricing and Market Access Strategy' is supported by strong Payer Value Propositions articulating bold and differentiated messages on clinical, humanistic, and economic benefits, and that those propositions are supported by strong bodies of evidence coming from both interventional, non-interventional, and real-world data in time for the first worldwide price negotiation at launch of the Brand or new Indication.
Lead GMAx input to the Global Product Team to ensure Pricing and Market Access perspective is incorporated into development plans and to optimize our Registrational Trial designs (through DEX). Ensure these study designs are supported by full evidence generation plans to meet payer needs and requirements.
Collaborate with the full GMAx organization (Pricing, HEOR, in region teams) to holistically assess BMS' Oncology assets, maximizing both speed of access and long-term franchise value with consideration for commercial objectives and the market environment we anticipated at launch of the asset/combination of assets. This includes establishing/updating GOAs and partnering with Pricing to provide strategic adjudication of local business cases for price exceptions.
Lead the Global MAx Core Value Team and Value Strategy Team for relevant assets/indications
Work with Commercial, Medical, Business Insights and Analytics teams and local markets to monitor external environment and synthesize input to inform Market Access strategy throughout the drug’s life cycle (from GT5 to commercialization)
Effectively navigate matrix to develop and maintain positive relationships with other functional areas and Market Access colleagues in order to drive alignment, consistency across the portfolio, where appropriate, best practice sharing, and flawless implementation of all Market Access activities.
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree required, MBA and/or post graduate degree (PHD, MPH, MSc) in relevant field strongly desired.
Understanding of the current and evolving global pricing and market access environment for Oncology products; including latest pricing, reimbursement and HEOR methodologies and approaches in the marketplace and how they can be employed to advance product value propositions.
Ideally has at least 8 years’ experience in the health care field.
Knowledge of the product development and commercialization process including but not limited to solid scientific background or appropriate experience enabling assessment of trial design impact on payer strategies.
Proven ability to interpret and critique clinical study protocols, as well as identify relevant clinical endpoints.
Launch / commercialization experience desired.
Displays excellent business & financial acumen, with awareness of the key issues or topics within complex situations.
Demonstrated ability to distill multiple perspectives and positions into a single set of recommendations for decision-making.
Proven ability to efficiently craft and accurately articulate pricing and access strategy to senior, cross functional, stakeholders with limited understanding of the access environment in a particular disease area or region.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and knowledge-based confidence to constructively challenge cross functional partners, when needed.
Adept at navigating international, multi-lingual, and cross-functional organizational matrices within a diverse and cross-cultural work environment.
Experienced in prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results in a timely manner.
Comfortable working in a rapidly evolving scientific and competitive landscape with a high degree of ambiguity.
Ability to travel to international congresses and BMS internal meetings.

Position Summary
The Project Analyst will support Portfolio and PMO governance lead in providing financial management, Operational oversight and Strategic insights that optimize the services GPS IT function provides our customers.
He/She will assist in overseeing the health and performance of GPS IT projects . Closely monitoring, analyzing data, actuals, forecasting, and advising on opportunities that increase the financial position and/or operational efficiencies of the organization.
Support Portfolio Governance lead to proactively identify risks and barriers to project goals and monitor the overall health of the portfolio and drive initiatives to optimize.
He/She will support the development of reporting capabilities for GPS IT to provide analytics that contribute to developing and implementing improvements that optimize the performance across GPS IT function. On demand and periodically provide metrics and data for consumption by Portfolio Governance in reporting progress to GPS IT and IT PMO Leadership. Responsible for development of reporting including actuals, resource allocations for projects, and cross-functional alignment opportunities. Produce reports and statistics of the Portfolio and PMO that ensure transparency & predictability of execution & financial performance.
This role will support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting through each budget cycle and develop reporting capabilities for GPS IT functions to support transparent financial management. He/She will support the organization through technical expertise, financial analytics, and operational excellence capabilities to drive positive outcomes and data improvements.
Promote opportunities for improvement that will streamline and automate operations

Position Responsibilities
- Supports to measure and track qualitative and quantitative benefits realization from investments.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project management processes, tools, and templates.
- Support project managers in project planning, tracking, and reporting activities.
- Collect and analyze project data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare regular reports, Executive Slides dashboards to provide project status updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct periodic project audits to ensure compliance with established processes and guidelines.
- Creating frameworks to collect, cleanse and consume data into our target reporting tools/repositories.
- Identify actionable results through data correlation findings.
- Support ad-hoc projects and requests that are assigned to the GPS IT PMO function.
- Research, identify and resolve root causes driving financial variances.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives within the PMO.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in project management, contributing to the continuous improvement of the PMO.
- Identify and communicate project risks and issues, assisting in the development of mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to project management standards and best practices.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives within the PMO.
Desired Experience
Qualifications and Experiences:
- A bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent experience is required. Field of study in mathematics, statistics, Business Administration, Project Management or in computer science and information management are preferred.
- Proven experience as a Project Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience translating and correlating complex/disparate data points into summarized consumable material.
- Ability to identify and improve the quality of data used in analytical reporting.
- Good understanding of project management financials, methodologies and processes.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Service Now, PowerBI, Excel, MPP, Spotfire,Azure DevOps).
- Experience with software development methodologies and requirements gathering techniques such as Agile, (Scrum, AUP, SAFe etc.) and Waterfall is preferred.
